Muggled and gone forever

08-Aug-10
Going by clue it would have been attached to drainpipe that has been recently removed.

15-Jul-10
We looked under bins, on chairs and everything magnetic but we still could not find it. [:(!]

04-Jul-10
Had a quick look but couldn't find today

25-Jun-10
Hunting around city for the day.
First DNF this morning before heading next cache.
Very quite here at 10am... been searching.. no luck

22-Jun-10

Pretty sure it's not here, got on our hands and knees

20-Jun-10
looked everywhere with frickinjess but had no luck. we think this cache may have been muggled

12-Jun-10
Unfortunately like a number of other cachers I couldn't find it.
I got really down and dirty looking for it and scoured the entire area yet still no luck.
I would suggest the owner go and have a look because I really do believe it has disappeared.

12-Apr-10
it doesn't appear the cache is there anymore had a good look around

02-Apr-10
We're very sorry to confess, but your cache isn't there any more. We figured out the clue and knew where the cache is suposed to be, but it's not there!
Sorry thanx for the hunt!
Kiewiet

17-Mar-10
No luck here and had a good look with no muggles around at night. Used torch to have a good look. Thanks anyway.

21-Feb-10
we had a look too, lots of muggles again, and not really any sign of anything.
hope it's not gone Sad
thanks anyway Big Grin

08-Feb-10
I have had a pretty good look too, had to wait for some muggles to move from some of the seats. Defininately no cache there... think it has been muggled?

07-Feb-10
We didn't find it but we are not going to log a DNF.

A 'gentleman' had taken up permenant tenancy of the area so we were unable to search. We tried to sit him out but he was not going to budge for love nor money so we left and live to search another day. Thanks anyway.

Tried this earlier today but to many muggles so said I would come back. Got back at 5pm and still people were smoking in th square. I sat down and waited they soon left and noone was to be seen. Searched a little and then spotted the cache. Dont know what the clue means but I got it TFTC

31-Jan-10
was an easy find after reading through the logs. thanx. Smile

Was just sitting having a rest from all the cachin', while hubby was searching everywhere. Thought I'd better look and what do you know, I was right on it!! Didn't have a pen so didn't sign the log but thanks for the cache!! It was fun.

26-Jan-10
Found fairly quickly by a team of four. Thanks for the hide!

26-Jan-10
Our second time searching for this one - finally found it! TFTC!

26-Jan-10
Found this one surprisingly easily given that we didn't manage to find it at all last time... Second find of the day with Froglet, Shmookey and Nat. If you read the information in the description, there's only so many places in the area that would be suitable...

16-Jan-10
Found this one with Team BAPHA on second attempt. We were in Perth the previous weekend and had a quick look for this one on the way to the Perth Mint but couldn't get a stable reading on GZ. A rethink on our return today meant a relatively quick find in the end, TFTC!

16-Jan-10
Found by Team BAPHA. Took two tries to find. TFTH. 2 trackables listed but none in cache! Updates current?

12-Jan-10
A morning in Perth with Dad and GeoBro and a couple of caches. SL TFTC

12-Jan-10
A nice morning walking around the city with the sons, this cache had the GPS giving large errors, but the hint and the logs soon steered us in the right direction. SL TNLN TFTH

10-Jan-10
Went this morning after finding Hay Fever, but couldn't seem to find it. Returned this afternoon after reading through the logs and had success after about a 5 min search with no muggles about.
Grabbed the geocoin - will move it on quickly.

10-Jan-10
Luckily no muggles around...took a while before Ms Bushies2 found it. Thanks for the cache and hunt.

09-Jan-10
A lot less muggles than Hay Fever. Ironic considering it's a Sunday! TFTC

04-Jan-10
Hung around for a while trying to subtly search around the people having a smoke break, but when lunchtime came it got too busy and we wandered off...

03-Jan-10
GPS signal was pretty much useless, but none the less a quick find. took tb and dropped one. sl ftfc

23-Dec-09
Searched around for a while and then the cache when we were at the right angle. TNLN. Thanks Perrycom

Found on a nice walk about Perth. No bugs found in cash. TFTC

21-Dec-09
A good quick find. Thanks for the walk about town.

18-Dec-09
Found on our honey moon trip to Australia. Thanks for the cache !!

16-Dec-09
It was very quite when I walked through the square today so it enabled me to find without being spotted.

14-Dec-09
Well I sat there in the courtyard with my GPS going crazy. Accuracy = 8m, GZ = 2m then Accuracy = 5m, GZ = 45m. (!) That's sitting still! At knockoff time there were plenty of muggles who seemed to want to hang near work so I didn't get a good look. Came back a couple of hours later and found it within reach of where I'd been waiting! Then my pen failed so there's no entry for me. How do I prove it? There are no TBs in there and the last log is 24/11/09 so someone since then has nicked them as per usual.

Woo-hoo!!! First ever find!! This is SO fantastic!!!!

14-Nov-09
Found on our way into Perth from Bunbury. Luck was on theside of geo-hubby with this one and he found it first spot he looked. Nice one!

13-Nov-09
Easy find! Had a biiiig clue though. Hehe. TFTH!

11-Nov-09
And then there was this location where both GPSrs were going around and around in circles. So I just did the same and quietly checked all locations. Cache was found in the last place I looked. And we needed ladies hands to the retrieve the cache.

10-Nov-09
Coin drop off

07-Nov-09
No muggles this time of the morning which is just as well because our GPS wasn't very helpful and we had to rely on the cache description and the very useful hint. SL TFTH

07-Nov-09
easy when noone around......TFTC

06-Nov-09
A tricky little lunchtime cache, needing some patience to avoid muggle scrutiny, but eventually found.
TFTH

05-Nov-09
Happy to have found another of Perrycom’s creation! GPSr readings were wild for this one. But the clue is the saving grace! TFTC, Perrycom. Greeting from Geocaching Malaysia in Facebook.

04-Nov-09
A quick and easy find once the GPS settled down, Searched several locations before the cache was in hand. No problem with muggles at 7 oclock at night.

SL TFTC Big Grin

04-Nov-09
Stopped in here on the way home from work, on the bike today, so was able to use that as a bit of a decoy. Not too many people around, just had to pick a gap to do my searchings, and came up with the goods on the 3rd spot searched. Thanks for the cache.

04-Nov-09
Yay. easy find. couple of night-cleaning-muggles but they had no clue we were there. TFTC

01-Nov-09
Took quite awhile to find this one. It was the clue rather than the erratic GPSr readings that had helped to find this cache. TFTC.

29-Oct-09
Needed two attempts because of a group of muggles who felt very much at home here. Came back two hours later and found that I couldn't rely on the GPS as my position was all over the place. Found the cache by trial-and-error.

TFTC, wemwolf

24-Oct-09
Great spot, I had no idea this square existed.

24-Oct-09
I was so pleased to find the labyrinth - in spite of working in the CBD, I'd never come across it. Thank you!

24-Oct-09
This was next on my tour and I arrived at a lonely GZ (phew Razz) where I was able to find the stash quite quickly at 15:55 (after a liberal reading of the hint that is Red Face).

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Perrycom.

nice hiding spot =)

20-Oct-09
I looked high and low for this, but I got there in the end.

Haggis.

16-Oct-09
Finally found after about 10 attempts, GPS was still 18 meters off.

15-Oct-09
Introduced a bunch of guys from work to geocaching with this one. Good spot though a little exposed to muggles. Yay for magnets Smile

09-Oct-09
Hubby spotted this cache however we couldn't touch it as a lady was eating her lunch where we wanted to be! Left for a bit and came back, whilst signing the log we met the Robs from Queensland who spotted our GPS and said we'll sign after you if that's ok!

09-Oct-09
TFTC....
while waiting for GPS to zero in on the cache I noticed thewoodlands signing the cache , so I asked , if I could sign the log after them...
much to thier suprise

thanks guys for making the actual find for us

[Third time lucky. Our GPS had us a lot closer to the Church. We tried two other times and it placed us in the same area near the bin.]
The cache was around 8 to 13m from that location and away from the church.
[We have added our coordinates just in case but its possible the buildings are the main culprits. We meant to use one of our other GPS units to take a reading too but there was a homeless guy walking around and talking to himself nearby, we dont think he liked us walking around his living room so we headed off to Northbridge for a large bowl of Vietnamese Soup and some Fresh Spring rolls. A very nice way to break up a day of Geocaching. Afterwards we were tempted to go to the pub but our stomaches were full of soup so the beer wouldnt have been able to fit in....maybe next time.
Thanks for the cache....I've had a sleep in this park during a lunch break in years gone by, its a nice escape from the heat of summer.]

This used to be a regular walk through when doing my weekly library stop. Found quite quickly, happily due to not too many spots it could have been, as GPS didn't like the surrounding buildings. Thanks for the hunt, Perrycom.

03-Oct-09
A quiet day in Perth and a nice place to sit and ponder.

03-Oct-09
After crossing from Sydney by the Indian Pacific train this is our first cache in Perth
Quite a relaxing find in a quiet place.
It's the sort of cache you could sit down and rest whilst caching, great idea for armchair cachers

28-Sep-09
We were in the area so we had a second try at finding this one...We looked in all the places we would have thought to look but nothing. Eventualy we had to leave as a homeless guy started to wander back into the alley and we thought it prudent to not give him any trouble by hanging around his home.

27-Sep-09
Wow what a great day for some caching..... iTreasureHunt2 and I decided to pop into the city CBD to do some caching. This was the 6th one for the day and we did it after popping into the church for a few hymns on the way. The congregation was in full voice and the organ sounded great. Very inspiring. (I recommend you do this one on a Sunday morning if you want the same buzz we got.) Doing this cache reminded me of another inspirational song. "From a distance". TFTH

27-Sep-09
Went Geocaching with iTreasureHunt today. It was a fine sunny day. Geomum stayed home.
If iTreasureHunt told me that it was through them, I would have found it and I did.

26-Sep-09

wow, great place for a cache!!! Our second cache in Perth. TFTC
Greetings from Switzerland

20-Sep-09
A challenging cache as my GPS signal kept dropping out. With a bit of dead reckoning the cache was finally retrieved. TFTH.

19-Sep-09
A very quiet location on a very miserable day. Passed a couple of homeless people sheltering from the rain in the alleyway. Bet they thought I was crazy heading out into rain and then just sitting on the seat.
Thanks for the cache Perrycom.

12-Sep-09
Nice location - best to go on the weekend when there's no one around. Have a go at the labyrinth while you're there!

12-Sep-09
Had to outlast a couple of underage drinkers sitting a few metres away. They must have been mightily annoyed at having their quiet night time drink interrupted. The GPS worked beautifully from one direction but went crazy from another - tall buildings do make a challenge. Thanks for another good cache

12-Sep-09
nice find. glad to get rid of all my cbd caches Smile

12-Sep-09
Easy find with thatgrumguy, rifus, and two brand new cachers. I never knew this courtyard existed. After logging the cache, some of us traversed the Celtic labyrinth Smile TFTC!

12-Sep-09
Found with Devar and Grum.
Nice little courtyard and easy find.

11-Sep-09
After attempting a couple of others in the city today without success it was nice to find this one. Tegan came up with the goods while I was still reading the GPS which was getting quite a bit of interference from the buildings.

09-Sep-09
After left 09-09-09 Multi-event cache and attended the Slava’s Snowshow at the Regal Theatre, Subiaco with the friends tonight. On way to home, decided to find this cache – less the muggles at the night time the better. Nice quick find to mark my 1500th GC finds. Thanks for the cache, Perrycom.

08-Sep-09
Didn't have any trouble locating the cache, I walked right up to the location sat down and had the cache in my hand, it just seemed too easy. Maybe I was just lucky, GPSr had no problems.

Thanks for the hunt.

08-Sep-09
Came into town at lunchtime and found the cache after a muggle vacated the spot.

Thanks for the cache
