Not sure when/if I'm going to get around to actually doing something about this, so going to archive it.
Maybe sometime I'll do a "Spice Girls, 3rd gig" ... time will tell.

I'd be very surprised if this is still here. As stated in previous logs, coordinates put me on the riverbed which doesn't seem feasible. Had a really good poke around, did not find.
I suspect this one is gone-burgers ...
Took a look for it (going from memory of where it was) and it wasn't where I though it should be - must go back using GPS ... co-ords should put you on the river bank by a tree, but different GPSr's will put you in slightly different places.
Due to the work that went into creating this puzzle cache, I am reticent to archive it, but I may yet have to. If someone else wants to put a cache in this vacinity prior to me sorting this out (or archiving it), let me know. I suspect that I may need to archive this one and create "Spice Girls, 3rd gig" with different difficulty/terrain ratings anyway.

A bit of fun gathering the waypoint clues, but struggled with the final. In particular, wasn't sure of the Sport Spice clue; perhaps the seating arrangement has changed since the cache was last found. Final co-ords didn't seem right based on this.
Found the co ordinates of the final cache no probs but two of us looked long and hard for the cache and did not find it. We checked on both sides of the bank. Given that no one has found it for nearly two years, it might be worth the owner checking its still there. Cheers.
First cache of the day for Team Welsh and myself... The river was running fast so we were pleased that the cache was safe and dry further up the bank. t4tc
Actually started this multi yesterday but had difficulty with one of the Spice Girls. After a bit of advice from the cache owner where we went wrong and it was great to go and collect this early on the morning as we headed back north. Not a bit spice girls fan as there is no Curry spice but very happy to sign the log book for this one. Fav point from me.
Was in Masterton, and after concluding business was planning another mission when I realised I had solved this one back in 2010. Quick call back to HQ and the co-ordinates came by text about 15 mins later. A very imaginative multi. Welldone!
After doing the walking through the park just over two years ago (10/09/11) and not then being able to retrieve the cache due to the presence of many young football muggles throwing stones into the river, I returned today (co-incidentally the same youth football tournament two years on) to make an almost instant find in the first placed checked. Had just received the cache and was sitting down to complete the log when a group of young footballers came running down the bank chasing a ball which had ended up in the river. Bye bye ball. (All good caches come eventually to those that wait ) TFTC
Found it. Had a bit if trouble with getting the final as things had grown around it. All sorted and safely rehidden
Would never admit to being Spice Girl fans, but our daughters were. Spent an enjoyable time in the park, despite the heat and humidity as storm clouds gathered. Got the information required to compute GZ and found the final. We were returning to our campervan when the clouds burst open. This was the only wet day we had, but the temperatures seemed a lot cooler for days after. Thanks for the multi, and the look around Queen Elizabeth Park.

Found on an afternoon's caching walk around Masterton. This one took me on a most interesting tour around the park, I had never been here before and after doing two multi-caches in the area I feel that I know it very well now! A couple of the questions had possibly more than one answer but a bit of logic associated with the calculations quickly zeroed in on the correct answers. No problems with the calculations and the final location looked pretty plausible on the topo map so I set off after it. The well-hidden cache was found after a few minutes' searching and asking myself "where would I have put it?". Signed log, TFTC!
Too many young football muggles about today taking time out from the tournament, throwing stones into the river, to hunt this one out. Didn't even try to look. One to save up for a return trip. Thanks for the walk around the park.
Another great multi. Clues completed at the same time as Deer Me last week and cache found today. The river was at full force and almost lapping at my ankles as I signed the log! Complements on the great hide too, took a few looks before I realised it was not natural!
Enjoyed this themed multi. We did the donkey work yesterday while picking up some caches and another multi in the park, but decided to leave the last WP for today. May have bungled with the calculations as the co-ords were in a most unlikely spot, luckily the hint helped us pinpoint the cache 15m from where the GPSr was pointing.

#2335. Ran out of time to finish this the previous afternoon, so we did this as our final Masterton cache today. Coords had us in the middle of the river. Hmmm. However, they proved close enough to locate the hiding place. TFTC.
This was one of those caches that I had spent so long on that I was starting to wonder whether or not that I would ever get the chance to finally finish it off. Not quite sure when I first started it but it was when spice girls 1 was still operating. After this was archive I waited till the 2nd gig turned up and then was able to get all the required info to look for the final. Have had the final co-ordinates with me for over a year and wasnt quite sure why I have never gone and grab this one. Finally a quick walk to the final GZ was called for and then the fun began, searched high and low and totally missed the cache, after a bit more of a search I finally found the cache in the first spot that I originally looked in - DAME - don't you love it when this happens, glad to finally get this one off my list, one of my oldest solved multi's, thanks for the great musical experience, not quite as scary as I first imagined it was going to be, TFTC TNLNSL (3206)
All worked out fine - some nice areas to walk around the park. Hugo the dog enjoyed the nice walk around too. Took a short search to find the cache. SL Left TB TFTC
Found it while I visited the famous Golden Shears. The No. 1 sheep shearing event in New Zealand!
Thank you!
Thank you!
#Find 400. Yippee!!! We are very glad to finally reach this number, and we timed to right to make this cache the milestone! This was our 1st find of our final day of another Wairarapa trip... we got up nice and early - around 6:00am, and biked to the starting point, wit our GPS mounted on the bike. There was no one on the roads or in the park which made everything infinitely easier - QE Park is much nicer when no one else is around. We had lots of fun cycling through the park and gathering the answers to the questions, which were all very well constructed and specific, minimizing the amount of guesswork.
We found the final location, hopped off our bikes and narrowed the search area down to a few metres using the GPS, and the sun was rising directly over the cache site, which made things easier. We found it after about 10 minutes. Elated to find and open the cache. All in all, a top notch multi that definitely goes on our favourites as a cache to remember! SL TFTC Graeme.N!

3014 We are far from Spice Girls fans but we throughly enjoyed this multi. Thanks for your efforts.
Solved the puzzle but couldn't find the cache. As we have kids we were a little concerned about the safety issue which may have compromised our search. We will need to check our sums and try again another day.
#1629. Great multi, done in parallel with Deer Me. Good hide at final. TNLNSL. TFTC.
We started off visiting Baby Spice and got stuck there for quite a while because the kids wanted to stay and play. So I sent W.E.K.A. off to visit the other waypoints. After the kids had finished with Baby Spice we headed over to Posh and Scary Spice. (Well actually we headed over to hire a boat, but I'll pretend we were going to Posh and Scary Spice). While we were waiting for some boats to come in, W.E.K.A. turned up. So they joined us for a lap and bit around the lake in a couple of pedal boats. After the boating, we made our way to the final location and I found the cache after a couple of minutes of searching.
Great location for a multi cache like this.
The kids love visiting this park.
Thanks.

After trundling around the park doing the calculations, we had an unsuccessful look for the cache, in what seemed an appropriate location. Returning to nzcoozer, we found ourselves engaged in strenuous exercise pedalling boats around the lake, after which we returned to the cache site and found it. TFTC
5107 Enjoyed meeting the Spice Girls on our walk around the domain… wasn’t too confident with our answers, depends on ones interpretation, which turned out to be out by ~10m. Sneaky hide, met up with the cache owner afterwards… Had a long yak about caching, great to have finally met you Graeme, thanks for all your caches, cheers YuGeo4.
Spent a lot of time walking back and forth over the park for corrections to our workings on this one. Maybe a bike next time...... Got it in the end. TFTC
TFTC. 1 of 31 found on geo road trip ,this proved to be a bit of a problem as didnt start in car parks and getting correct numbers for equations , but got there in the end . Thanks
Found all the waypoints last night but complicated it by trying to do the Deer Me one at the same time. So it was too dark to find either final so back tonight to finish them off. Not a fan myself but willing to perservere for a cache TFTC #1206
I worked out the location of the cache and headed off to GZ all seemed good when I found a likely looking hiding place. looked like a DNF was on the cards.
A phone call told me the workings for the cache had changed since I down loaded the page in September last year. Soon had the right location in my sights with the right information. So a happy ending to the story with a lesson learnt for next time.
Not the first time I've assumed that things haven't changed and wasted time looking in the wrong spot . TNLN SL TFTC

Having just done "Deer Me", this was a bit of deja vu. We biked around the wp's and enjoyed our time in the area. Well put together multi. Took a while to find the final, but got there in the end - a very good hide. TFTC

I didn't choose a very good day to take this one on. When it wasn't drizzling, it was raining quite heavily. An enjoyable adventure, nonetheless.
Did this on the bikes after completing our 500th nearby. Can't say I've ever been a Spice Girls fan but ashamed to say I did know all their names...! TFTC!
a nice walk on a sunny day. Yes the final is not kiddy safe but my dog really wanted to take the leap!!!!
Good cache for getting you to explore all around the park we took the geocoin will find a good home for it
Went looking for another suitable tree location to place the cache, but couldn't find one nearby. So tried to find a suitable temporary location that I could use while persuing a remedy to the possum problem, but found a suitable permanent location instead! - Not up a tree, but such that the difficulty/terrain ratings are still applicable.
Due to the unwelcome cohabitant (an opossum), I am temporarily disabling this cache while I work out my next step with it.
Nicely themed and fun multi. Brilliant sunny day in the park today and lots of people out here enjoying it.
Same as waiiti20 I got to meet the resident opossum who stuck his head out only inches from my hand as I was replacing the cache and let out a very loud and menacing screech, gave me a heck of a fright!

Extreme care required at GZ! Took Miss waiiti20 with three other friends to do this one while camping nearby for the weekend. Found final spot no problems but while retrieving we ended up coming face-to-face with a resident opossum who is sharing the some spot as the cache container! Placed Travelcoin.
Chilly wander on an unseasonal day - Made twice as long by not sorting the waypoints first
Very clever hide. TFTC

Second to find. Lovely walk around the park on a sunny day, with a climb at the end. TFTC.
