Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Looked for a while, but couldn't find it. Looking at the other logs; are you sure it's still there?
No sign of it. Didn't look for too long considering all the Dnfs. Not the best spot for a micro.
Think the cache may not be there. Looked everywhere that was knee hight and found nothing.
No joy for me. Lots of leaves and thick hedge were all conspiring against me today I'm afraid.
No sign of a cache here. Pretty sure we were in the right place. With stirfryinoz.
Reviwing my list of finds, Have accidentaly logged this as a find. Mistake Ammended.

No joy for me today, but there are so many leaves lying about that the cache could be easily obscured.
We searched for a while for this one, searched all the obvious places but could not find it.
We looked and looked, but given that the cache was on it's last legs, I'm not surprised we had no success.
The last one after a 50km bike round LBG.. awesome easter long weekend
Thanks CBR900RR

Afternoon caching in Canberra. Took a bit of a hunt as coords are about 7m off. All was in order and dry (minus the lid). Signed log: TNGD. Returned the cache upside down as done by last finder (very clever) to keep it staying dry. TFTC!
Found it on my second attempt, it was to busy on the first attempt with muggles, agree with the others, the cache is wearinfg out, it has no lid, so open to the weather, and rain will soak it. Its a fun cache to look for though so perhaps it can be fixed? Tnlnsl tftc
Quick find with a little help from a friend. Cache looks to be on its last legs.

This was hard to find. Although if you are lucky it might take you seconds. Took me far to long, I was composing the DNF log in my head when I had a very last look in one spot I hadn't before giving up. Would have been much easier with a little emptier car park.
If you want to find this you should do it soon. Cache container is open and barley holding on (literally). TFTC CBR900RR

I'm starting to dislike this cache and location. 2 DNF for ruzzelz after coming a long way to look.

This one had been eluding me for some time now, thanks to my coordinates being a little off. As jb666 comments, the cache container does need to be replaced/fixed as the lid is missing.
Log was a little damp, and I can only imagine if the rain continues the way it has, this cache could end up being waterlogged.
TFTC.

2nd time lucky, broadened my search area and got it.

Visting form NZ and did a geo wander around the city centre with other family and friends. TFTC, It's missing the lid for the container.
This is one of those needle-in-a-haystack caches; fortunately the needle is a good size and the tree cover was not too much of a problem for my phone GPS. Once the shady character in the carpark had moved on (no, I wasn't the shady one) I had the cache in hand. Thanks!
Finally! This one had been eluding me for months. Found surprisingly quickly on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Sneaky hide too but the hint definitely helped.

After a long search, briefly interrupted by muggles, I have given up and am heading home.
Had a look for this one on dusk. Not too many Muggles but still no luck finding it.
A quick look with limited time did not come up with the goods, but I wouldn't say we did an exhaustive search.
Sunday afternoon was a perfect time to be looking for this one - the carpark was deserted and we only saw two other people. The GPS changed its mind a few times, but we stuck with its original plan and after a short time managed to see the container. It was all in good condition, TNLNSL TFTC!
We had tried this some months ago, but failed. Today-success. In fact we can now see the cache location from our new (temporary) home. Many thanks,

This was meant to be #4 on our Acton geowalk but on first try could not find, so went off and found the others only to return and have a much closer look.
Second round we found - really clever hide - and some interesting things in the bushes that were best left alone. Left a lucky Chinese Feng Shui coin. TFTC. 2BluFish

Having moved to the city a few months ago, I thought it was time I got around to caching the ones within walking distance.
It's always interesting to see what else you can find while looking for a cache. While searching in the bushes for Nationals 09 I also found;
- a tennis ball;
- a handwritten page out of someone's tax return;
- an actual goddamn rat.
The cache is very clever and completely invisible unless you're actually looking for it. Took nothing but left a "tinfoil hat" goon lapel pin. Nice hide and TFTC!

Stayed at the rydges so just had to grab this one before we left good hide nice camo and the hotel is awesome TFTC!
I've finally found it. Third try or maybe fourth.... Came at dusk this time when nobody was about and crashed around until there it finally was. Thanks... This one was a challenge, and so easy if you know where to find it!
#1655 Found on our Canberra caching weekend - Day 2. Parked virtually on top of GZ as the car park was virtually deserted today. This one could have taken much longer but luck was on our side & Dad spotted the nicely concealed container sooner than anticipated. TNLN thanks for the well camo'd cache CBR900RR [^]
GMelb is up in Canberra for the Systems Engineering Test and Evaluation Conference and had some time in the late afternoon to grab a couple of caches.

Had some trouble with this one and due to time running out on us for the day we had to abandon.

Closing in on a milestone... this was find number 1,992. I knew there were 4 caches right near where we were staying (Rydges Lakeside) so after a wet day caching we donned our jackets and headed out for a walk to grab them. This was the first one and closest to the hotel (across the road to be precise), thanks for the cache CBR900RR.

I take a DNF but more a didnot look hard due to being suited up for a meeting across the road and being watched by a number of attendees wondering why I was lurking around the bushes.
3rd cache for the morning took a while to finally see it right in front of me
signed log then had to wait quite a while for some muggles to get in there car & go so I could replace the cache

Tried to find this one a few times about a year back when I worked on this side of town, to no avail. There was work going on at the time and part of the carpark was taped off. Went back this time with the GPS (as opposed to the iPhone) and realised I was looking in the wrong place before - d'oh!
Thankfully, found today! TFTC!

GPSr wasjumping about a bit, but finally found the cache after a few minutes. Thanks CBR900RR. TFTH...SL....TNLN
After promising to take a break from caches hidden in bushes after yesterday's caching adventures here I was back in a bush , luckily we found it fairly quickly and with only a few mozzie bites. TFTC
Found after a few minutes and a few laps of the bushes! MooseJockeys were in the hunt with me. TFTC
Lurking round the bushes in a car park, Just lucky that I didn't get arrested. Luckly found it pretty easily.
Found during lunchtime of a boring seminar at Rydges. Finding this fella was the highlight of the day. Forgot to log it till now, though....
Finally found with pocketatomic on yet another night caching run. TFTC! Pocket had the guts to dive in and I'm glad he did. We left a fresh dry log in a zip lock, old one is soaked.
Pocket and I were looking everywhere. This feels like my nemesis cache. Dark plus mozzies did not help... who gets bitten on the palm? Guess I'll be back. Again.
Came back for my 4th attempt at this one after the recent successful logs and grabbed it straight away. Took the whole thing to read and sign the log, and OH NO a muggle is sitting in their car right near where I need to put it back! Had to wait a while for them to leave.
OK based on latest find I'll put this one back on line and go replace the log
Cheers CBR900RR

Found after a fairly brief search - luckily the area was fairly quiet this morning, and I was able to park within 5 metres. The log book is in need of replacement, it has obviously been wet, then dried out. The cache is still there. TFTC.
After 3 DNF's I might just take this one offline until I get a chance to have a look
Today was my third failed attempt to find this one - I think I know where it is meant to be, but I couldn't find it amongst the dead leaves, which are nearly a foot deep.
No luck looking for this one tonight. Though the damp bushes and headlamps sure do make it tough!
Thanks anyway CBR900RR.
Thanks anyway CBR900RR.
Not to many people parked here today so we were able to do a search without having to worry about being spotted. Finally found the cache.
thanks

Went back today. Found another 'container' at GZ, and spent some time trying to open it until I realised that it was not the cache. Had another look and quickly found it in the leaves. Put it back in a position more closely matching description/hint. Log a bit damp & tatty, but not too bad.
Had a good look around but couldnt find it. May be buried in the leaves.
Will have to come back when I have more time to search the leaves!
Will have to come back when I have more time to search the leaves!
I was luck to find it as it was dark, I scanned the carpark, but couldn't see anyone, I left my car and went in search.
I found it but it was on the floor under some leaves, not at knee height, the lid was open, but the log was still inside.
I went back to the car to see if I had any string and signed the log. no string unfortunately. So I took it back to the gz and placed it at knee level on the only branches that would hold it at knee height. Then a few people barged through the bushes about 5 feet away. I stayed low, and didn't move, then they opened a car door about 10 feet away, so I got up and pretended to be sick, they asked if I was alright, I said yeh just been sick and they drove away, I staggered back to my ute, but as I approached I then noticed that another couple were in a car that had been facing the cache and they must have watched something very strange going on, with me going back and forth to the same spot and pretending to be sick.
I am really sorry if I was muggled, and I am sorry if the cache is not in the right place, but I couldn't see anything that it was meant to be attached too.

Was walking around and looking for ages at all different angles and places so as not to look to suspicious and not having a good lock on. Some muggles in the car park right next to GZ decided decided to return to their car and talk for about 10 mins with the people in the car next to them so we sat down and played the waiting game until they all left. Once they were gone its was ours within a few mins. The device might need a bit of a tinker.
Was looking for a few minutes, then had to wait for some muggles sitting in their car next to the cache. Found quickly after they left.
Nice quick find, would not be so quick on a weekday, loving the micro Hides up here in Capital Country keep up the good work.

A quick find on the way home from the daily walk with Alex. Sometimes and pram makes a good disguise to stop and have a quick search. TFTC.
Before leaving Canberra this morning I found this one, took 1 minute very proud, thanks
A quick grab, but without too much muggle traffic on a Sunday afternoon. TFTC
8th find today. I class that as a really good day. Had intended to do this cache a few months ago while we were in Canberra for a wedding, but time beat me so returned tonight while in town again. Found without too much trouble and SL. TFTC CBR900RR.
My first find. I was staying at a nearby hotel and playing around with the free Geocaching Intro iPhone app when I saw there was a cache just a few hundred metres away. It was early in the morning so not too many people to wonder why a guy in a suit was poking around in a suspicious manner. Good stuff, count me in!
Tried to get in there and help Herca, but the wasn't much space. But we didn't have to go very far to find this cache. TFTC
I picked the wrong car park & actually had to walk 5 metres to get this. We were passing on our way back from Tourist Tours.... a cache placed by my former padawan was too good to drive past without stopping.
