Tried, but no luck... may give this a go if passing through at night time next time though!
I've been here twice now and no luck both times. I've followed the hint - and the anti-hint - to no avail. Running out of ideas and thinking I'm either blind or it's missing. Will consult with some local cachers for help.
I'd been going to this location all week during my teabreaks as it's just up the road from where I work.....it's amazing how many muggles actually sit in this area so I couldn't actually steathily find this cache....but no problem today, with the help of cardiffboy, it was a cinch.
On our way to the field days. The street was filled with shoppers today, but with slight of hand we had the cache. TFTC.
A quick find with the help of the clue. We loved the well tended veges. Left a ladybird and a butterfly for the garden. TFTC.
Call in on the way to Foxton beach today as No one is around found the cache about 12 meters away for Ground Zero TFTC
3 day weekend? I like the sound of that! What's even better? 3 DAYS OF CACHING!!!
Destination sorted (to Wellington and back again), the bags are packed, the travel bugs are ready to travel and the GPSr is ready to show us the way.
So turns out this was not quite at the posted coordinates. But you can find it if you do the opposite of the hint.
#4 for the day, 64 total for the weekend with a total of 1250 kms.

Becsicasa and I decided to do a bit of a caching mission well outside of our area. We left Hamilton early Friday morning and hit the road, Destination: Wellington
Found after snooping. Becsicasa has updated coordinates saved, so hopefully she remembers to upload them

Spent ages waiting for couple to leave the bench. In the end decided to wait for next trip to Wellington.MJMNZ
Couldn't find initially then read some logs. Cache is nowhere near the coordinates so a read of the logs is essential.
Many thanks
Many thanks
Police man was near by, it was late at night, searched the northern end quite thoroughly. Couldn't find anything . Beautiful spot though. Will try again next time.
RE the Northern location of the cache - it appears the council is undergoing work around this area - so the cache has been moved to a location where it should not be disturbed by council works.
A quiet nite, a quick find after reading the recent logs! Then 2 muggles walking in opposite directions stop an have a convo right in front of the GZ! Grr, have to wait it out in the car! 5 mins later they're still going at it!.....10 mins.....15mins.....(haven't you heard of telephones?!?).....20mins......zzzzzz......25MINS!!!! TFTC! Yeah right!
Thanks to the last log we found this at the northern end (not the southern as per hint). We toyed with putting it back at the southern end but thought we'd leave that decision to the CO so it has been rehidden where it was found. Thanks.
Found it, but almost by accident. GPSr took us to the southern end but no go there - had to move on to another cache as we were starting to look quite suspicious. Came back for a second go and when muggles showed up unexpectedly Mrs RiffRaff made loud comments about how 'it was insured' making out we were looking for a lost ring. Looked for quite a while and then gave up but Mr Riff Raff had one last look as we were walking back to the car. Found the cache at the NORTHERN end of the statue seating. Have to wonder if it was muggled and they thought it was funny to move it. So, unless owner moves it back, use your Geonose at the other end. SL TFTC
A new day in New Zealand on the way from Wellington to Whakapapa... the weather was changing a lot with very windy conditions... but who cares about that? Enjoy the stay...

First cache for myself and my partner, working together to find as many as we can! great hiding spot
Waiting for dinner, and finally found this one after a couple of unsuccessful attempts. TFTC
On a night time drive around Levin this cache was a good find, way not as many muggles as during the day. SL TFTC.
Today he was gardening vege's. Quickly found signed and replaced as muggles walked past unaware. TFTC
Nice quick find. Found this one in the evening due to there being too many muggles during the day. TFTC
Tried for this in the day time but flagged it due to too many muggles but managed on way home. Quick find and not a muggle in sight. TFTC
Several muggles wandered past but we just sat around pretending to be shooting the breeze. Started getting a little desparate though as our attempts to search without looking too obvious failed miserably. But just as we were getting ready to abandon the attempt, Mrs Orsome4some made the find. TFTC!
Town very quiet at this time of day although plenty of traffic still going through.
On holidays from Australia enjoying a caching trip with J+J.au. Always amazed at the places and sights that geocaching shows me. SL..TFTC
Found while travelling back from PN to wgtn. Good show of vegies / simulate vegies growing in garden. TFTC
Great place for a cache. Had to wait for the muggles to clear but got it eventually. TFTC
Passed this spot many times, never knew one was here. Lots of muggles around. Thanks
I had looked for this previously when it was missing. No problems today thanks. TFTC #3048
Heading south from Rotorua to Wgtn - caching on the way of course!!
Great to have cache that is where it says it is... Not so great that it is so handy to the shops - I got some nice new shoes though - TFTC

A lot of people about in Levin's main street this afternoon, but luckily nobody sitting at GZ. We took the seat and managed to find the cache with a casual air. Loved the statue. Thanks.

A quick find and sign while waiting for curry to cook! Yum. thanks for the stop.
Etherlord family's caching roadtrip to Levin.
Found after a bit of a search. turns out it wasn't as far to the Fbhgurea Raq as the hint implied so I moved it further down.
Also removed a cigarette butt from the statue's mouth

thought it might be difficult in the xmas madness, but it went smoother than expected, everyone obviously too preoccupied. TFTC
Found this one as we were passing through Levin. Didn't have pen to sign log so please feel free to remove post if you wish. TFTC
Searched thoroughly again at WP, read description and logs. Retreated to the seat area and found cache lying in the garden.
A street busker was quite close to GZ, playing an electronic keyboard, and there were a few people sitting right where we wanted to search. We decided to pop into the mall and we returned 5 mins later, the coast was clear (apart from the busker). A quick find with hint.
Loved the statue!

Beautiful day out found this with some ease, not many muggles about is the area.
#2560. Were please to find quickly on our return from a loo break in the mall; the electronic keyboad busking meant that logging time had to be kept to a minimum (I'm sure the Americans would find it using it much more effective than water boarding).
Stopped for coffee with my sister (who lives in Wellington but works in Levin) across the road from here. TFTC.
Found this not to be as hard as I thought it might, after dodging the steady stream of expected muggles, and cafe onlookers.
Nice statue and history. Had some work nearby this evening. GPS pointed to another suitable part of the area but soon had it in hand. TFTC

Knowing this to be a high muggle area I decided to visit this one when the shops were well closed.
Found after a careful search; but I looked in almost all the other similar places before I found it. SL TFTC.

What a great statue and location. I had walked by earlier in the day but the GZ was fairly busy due to the food establishments nearby. When I called by later after the Night Glow had finished, I found the cache quickly with no interference. TFTC
Find #480. The third find of the first day of a four day holiday up in the Tongariro-Ruapehu area. We chose to skip a few of the caches on the route up to maximize the time in central plateau. We parked up only a few metres from GZ under the brilliantly blue sky – not a cloud up there! There was a lot of muggle activity around the area, so we read the clue and sat down in the relevant spot, and stealthily retrieved the container ! A great statue and lovely well kept gardens along the main street! Thanks Yeetrees, SL TFTC.
Last cache before we leave Levin.
Parked down the road at McDonalds which kept miss 3 extremely happy.
Walk across the lights and made a quick find with few muggle about.
Thanks for placing tis cache.

A lull in passing pedestrians meant a quick find while passing through for my 200th Cache! TFTC.
