A few finds somewhere not yet cached before. Napped on the train after work before alighting after dark. Lets get off here. Nice nighttime find, although no beauty skin cream left for me. Retrieved one TB: Buffalo Travel Case Geocoin to take up the coast. TFTC AAEAS.
What a beautiful bush walk!!In Sydney for a few days before heading to Canberra for the Capital Geobash. Today was all about catching public transport to pick up new LGAs.AAEAS, I found Galloping Gooseberries today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

A quick Boxing Day hunt. Found with Jojomobile, Diogenes and a geopup. Log was damp after heavy rain. TFTC
This was part of our afternoon geocaching hunt around Wollstonecraft, after dividing and conquering at the GZ we quickly made the find. TFTC!
Entered the track from the other side so took a while to find the engine. Not ture if we went off the wrong direction, couldn't find the cache near the really big ricks in site

Today was the last day of my visit from Brisbane and I had a couple of caches I wanted to find on the Greenwich Peninsula so did a walk of 12km around here and Berry Island from Wollstonecraft Station.
Quickly spotted after seeing a suspicious pile. Loved the walk through the forest. Tftc

#25 walked past it to many times and even looked into it without seeing it. Mama found it in the end. TFTC and 25 finds!!!
Had the opportunity to wander through the area and found the cache in between passers by who weren't really all that frequent. Thanks to AAEAS for placing this well located cache. Enjoyed the "false cache" engine block snuggling up to the tree near by.
Cheers

Really cool hiding but found it straight away but the log book was a little wet
A nice walk down along the bushwalking path to GZ, no one around so made for a nice and easy find here
Today after parkrun at centennial park I decided to head across the harbour via the train to get 1 of the last 2 LGAs that I have left in and around Sydney. I came to lane cove LGA and found a few caches in and around the area.
Thanks for the cache

Fifth day of our trip and we have left the Rutherglen Mega and are now leaving Sydney after a short stay, still heading North. But as we are departing Sydney, there is still time to grab a few geocaches.
We only had 3 car stops and got 5 geocaches. But if I have planned it correctly and the LGA borders are correct on my map, that should have been 5 geocaches in 5 new and completely different LGAs. Including 2 of the oldest Sydney geocaches, not bad in only 3 stops.
Met a worker on the trail who was dragging a giant bag of rubbish that he found downstream. Took a little while to find with the GPSr everywhere, so I put it away and looked where I would hide it. Discovered the old machine on the way out.
Thanks for the cache AAEAS

Was expecting a longer search but found it quickly! Such a picturesque location! TFTC
Cache replaced with new small screw top white container. Please BYO pen. Enjoy the local bushwalks in this area...
Hmm didn’t see anything around the big rocks but did find this off the path so fear it may have been muggled
Noticed the engine block before even checking the hint. Went past it then a good look among the rocks saw cache in hand and signing completed.
Needed the hint. funny we commented on an item hidden and it turned out we were in the right place. cheers eddie.
Got to love a completely muggle-free search & find. Beautiful location. Worth doing the whole track down to Berry Is too. TFTC.
I went in for the kill for this one today. What an awesome little area. I’m forever amazed by the cool spots we have in the middle of suburbia and the cool places I am taken with geocaching. TFTC, cache is well maintained
This one took a while. The GPS hasn’t been great today and wasn’t accurate at all, got distracted by a cute little guardian as seen in the pic.
Did the whole reset, approach and had the cache eventually in hand. Very muddy on the track today also. I may have slipped

My last day in Sydney so I planned a crazy geocaching route around some coves and bays. Nice bush walk here. Thanks for the cache
Found on my way back from the Lane Cove virtual cache, with a goal of ticking off a few new LGAs in the day while I’m in the north of the city. Had a lovely walk during a quiet part of the day to GZ, only passing a couple of walkers on the way. Hint was very accurate, and the cache was soon in hand. All is in good condition, thanks for bringing me to this cool part of the city!
I walked the path from Russell Street to Berry Island a fair few times during the various lockdowns with friends in my local area. This was before I started geocaching and I went back for a short walk today and to look for a few caches. The coordinates seemed a bit off from the gps device but after a wider search of the area we found.
Good hide! Had almost given up thinking king it might have washed away in all the ran. Lucky for us someone dropped their pin near the hide
What an absolutely beautiful location! Thank you for bringing me here. Shane about the condition of the cache, definitely needs replacing.

Nice spot. Ignore pedantic people who say that ‘a gearbox is not an engine’ - find a rusted mechanical thing and the logs will help you get roughly where you need to go. Didnt bring a pen, so find attached a photo of the log. TFTC!
This was the last of the day. I miss read the engine parts. A gearbox is not an engine block. Got led off the path prior seeing the engine block as the gps said to go towards the gearbox and diff area, Opps. I'd had enough of looking around large rocks, until I came across the real engine block further down along the path. Recalibrate. Then all of a sudden, Geo-Rabbit had the CIH. TFTH TFTC Replaced Log Book as the old one was full.
Replaced as found for the next geo adventurers.

Kids had a great time finding this one, climbing the rocks is a great place to start.
Found after extensive search. GPS coords appear to be a long way off actual location. Hint puts you a lot closer to the mark. TFTC!
The walk down to this cache was lovely, the rumbly sounds of the water an excellent soundtrack. I found the cache thankfully fast, during a break of muggles. I moved the camo away from the cache and a large spider, likely as scared as me, scuttered away quickly. If that hasn't been GZ I don't think I would have been brave enough to continue. The logbook is full. On my way back, I had another heart attack when a blue tongue (or something similar) was spooked by me. Still haven't quite recovered while writing this log

#4789:
I tried to find this cache back in December, but the council had closed the bush area due to extreme fire risk. I'm so glad I managed to come here before I leave the country, as it's incredible to think I am only 2km from the Opera House. Sydney is an amazing city full of spectacular bushland areas.
I could of had a long search at hand, but I managed to spot the cache after a couple minutes. The coordinates are bang on. I was almost savaged by a bull ant at GZ, but I managed to swat it off my ankle moments before it bit me.
I misjudged the weather, and it started pouring with rain hours before it was forecast. Now I was trapped in the bush with nothing but shorts and a t-shirt! Oopsy.... didn't take long for the mozzies to find me. TFTC.

Showing my friend who just moved here about this trail, found the cache shortly thereafter.tftc
My main goal for today was to visit "A Refined View" but I came via the train so this was the first cache I found 'on the way'. I actually came by here the other day as part of the 7 Bridges Walk, and even found the cache just north of here, but I was still surprised to find myself right back here, but excited that I would now get to explore the lush bushland I had seen going across that bridge. (The nearby bridge isn't one of the 7 bridges, but that doesn't stop us walkers from saying "Hey this is an extra bridge", "where's our bridge stamp?" etc etc)
Had a quick look around what I thought was GZ, had no luck and retraced my steps after reading the clue. I hadn't seem the engine first time past, but it looks like the tree is making sure it stays put. With big steps and big rocks I soon found the cache, which is in good shape. TNLN signed log. Thanks for the cache and for bringing me down this lovely waterway!

Had trouble at first because I didn’t interpret the hint properly and I there were some nearby volunteer muggles doing some weeding. I went and found a nearby cache and made a quick find on my return trip. TFTC!
A lovely morning to be out caching.
As has become usual for me lately i chose a cache at semi-random and headed of in search of it.
I parked up above the little piece of bush and headed down the track.
At the GZ i found that my GPSr wasn’t enjoying being down in the gully and was swinging wildly so i chose to follow the clue instead.
It took me about 30 mins of searching (in which i startled a few muggles who were walking along the track) but i finally spotted something suspicious and was able to grab the cache.
The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

Uegh! Took us longer than we thought it would. Wrong side of the creek, lots of big rocks. Tftc
First Mission with TheMasterWho. This is our first geocache find! Thanks to a few hints, woof!
Did a walk along ths trail. A little rainforest in North Sydney. And this trail is so different as expected when you only know the other side with Darling Harbour and Sydney downtown.
Thanks for getting me on this trail.

A lovely walk around the Greenwich area took us here. Although Anominous Sign found this one years ago, there was not much help as he did not remember much. We got there at the end. TFTC!
I found this back in 2011, but was in the area today with sandysa so we stopped by for her to make the find. Well, it had been so long that I didn't even remember where it was! We eventually made the find though. Thanks for the cache... again!
Another fantastic evening walk from Waverton to Greenwich Point along the harbour trails collecting this cache and prior one along the way. I'd been past here before but had serious GPS issues in the trees so this time was looking out for the old engine. But, the GPS was now cooperating and I was soon close to the GZ and with a little searching soon spotted a hide which revealed the cache.
Having approached from the harbour I hadn't seen the engine, so once SL duties were done I set off to find it and it didn't take long. Now I had to hike it to get to the 7pm ferry which I just made, phew!

Nice easy find while enjoying a wonderful Sunday morning stroll around the North Shore. TFTC
I was at the previous cache raspberry, and couldn’t figure out which way to the cache so decided to head for this one. Got to GZ and spied what the clue was hinting, looking around and some muggles passed by, just put my head down towards the iPad, in the end I had to resort looking at previous cachers photos, spotted a likely spot, pushed the spider and web out of the way and bingo CIH.
