# 2900 for the team. To bad it wasn't a cache to sign in on. I too found a container filled with water. It has now been converted to a water dish for the ferral cats. One of the locals saw me looking around and asked if I was looking for the cats. I told him no, but he insisted on talking to me about the cats. Told him I am not here for the cats and I walked away. Will NM.

Day four of our trip to the city that never sleeps, and finally the arctic blast blasted away and temperatures were back to the positives and therefor more tolerable.

So due to the better weather I decided to take a longer trip through Brooklyn. I started at Brighton Beach to take a swim, but changed my mind just as my bare skin touched the water. So instead, I had a look at the various caches at Coney Island. I can imagine there are a lot more people here during summertime. Anyway, less people means less muggles to worry about when looking for caches.

Here, the cap of the container was missing and the inside was filled with water... frozen solid.

Today our way led us to Philadelphia. The Independance Hall was on the program. But since President Trump shut everything down here today, we just saw the buildings from the outside, sauntered through Chinatown and then drove on to Brooklyn and Coney Island. Here we enjoyed the sunset on the beach.

Heute führte uns unser Weg nach Philadelphia. Die Independance Hall stand auf dem Programm. Aber da Präsident Trump mit seinem Shutdown hier heute alles geschlossen hat, sahen wir die Gebäude nur von außen, schlenderten etwas durch Chinatown und fuhren dann weiter nach Brooklyn und Coney Island. Hier genossen wir den Sonnenuntergang am Strand.

Found with Puglumps on the occasion of her 100th cache. And what a location. Unfortunately, cache is missing a lid, log and is full of water. Took photo as proof. TFTC anyway.

Found this one but it doesn't have a cap anymore, no logbook and filled with water. I didn't have anything to do the maintenance. Thanks for this cache !

The short visit to our children used here to collect a few caches in this great city.

Riaria and I are visiting the area from South Florida and are enjoying the cool weather. We are here to attend the Mega in New Jersey planned to make a road trip out of it. We will be visiting Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and maybe Pennsylvania. We made a list of fun caches to seek and we'll see what other interesting caches we come across along the way.

This is day 3 of my NE Witch trip with -DOLFINANDO-, and I think it's going to be a great day! We haven't even had breakfast yet, and we saw a lighthouse, the Jones Beach Tower, and now we're on the all-famous Coney Island. It's pretty quiet here right now; it's almost like we have the entire place to ourselves, and that is fine by me!

Found during our tour of the USA and Canada for the best hockey league in the world! We visited hockey matches in Boston-Edmonton, Montreal - Pittsburg and New Jersey - Dallas. Before the games, we met the towns and caught some of the caches.
