Bit of an adventure getting here. Didnt take long to find once at GZ. Cache could do with some TLC. Tftc
Water logged and not inside the property where the gps suggests. Easily findable The Amoores were here
Park, walk and grab on Whitford Road in Whitford. Fortunately, GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Relatively quick find. The cache was damp inside, but it was still ok to write on. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Making our way back home after doing a nearby series .Managed to safely park up on the road today and when there was a gap in the traffic we made our way quickly through the long grass and started our search. We were glad to be a bit more sheltered from the on going muggles and after this were able to make a quick find.
Nice quick find here with absolutely no issues thanks Gadget-tron. Hard to believe its been over two years since it was last found. Very pleased to release it from it's unloved status. TFTC # 16,972
So overgrown couldn’t see anything! Not the cache and not the glasshouses. Not enjoyable
I've driven past this cache many times but never stopped as it's a very busy road, but today was a little quieter, so at GZ I jumped out of my car and had a hunch where the cache might be. Sure enough the cache was quickly found! It's a shame the glasshouses aren't being used anymore! TFTC!
Needed this cache for my special day when cache was placed. 10.10 was one of two dates missing. Thanks to this find .... I need just one more date! All good at GZ. TFTC
Another nice day of cashing for the Hidden creatures challenge. This one was a nice and easy hide. TFTC
Hidden creatures challenge... ACCEPTED. Found together with Greenkiwikids and Pyphant and signed as team Piraten. TFTC
A fantastic day out cacher hunting with the family, cache and log in good condition, thank you for placing the cache
Eventually found it, with Godfreyh. C geo was pointing in the wrong direction, but we both spotted it at the same time. Nice camo. SLTN. On way back to car had to search for keys..... had put them in the wrong pocket as I was signing log, lol, but soon on our way again. TFTFC

We found some great caches in some wonderful locations.

Saturday morning, busy road. Easy find once inside the hide area, just a bit prickly getting in and out, and trying not to be noticed by speeding motorists. New house nearby nearly finished, still unoccupied. TFTC
out and about New Zealand with Red Roaming, unfortunately we don't have too many days left now. We are visiting friends in Howick and today we have decided to go to Clevedon and caching on the way. Logs signed DD & RR or with our full caching names
apologies for the lateness in my logging.
RR found this once we got through the natural camo. we couldn't see any glasshouse buildings, but a new house is being built near here. TFTC

Soon found cache having found an access through the camo! Didn't see the greenhouse but a large house is being built nearby, at the timber frame stage! Many thanks
Travelling around the world with Dartmoor Deliverer celebrating her taking early retirement!
NB Dont forget our Devon UK Mega 2017 GC6JZNY this August in the beautiful East Devon area of our county. UK Megas are over one week full of events and geocaching - a wonderful way to enjoy our county!

You don't see many cast iron glasshouses around. Late Victorian or Edwardian by my guess. TFTC
Easy enough....but I entered from wrong side and had to commando crawl on stomach to the obvious hide !
Came out on easier side scratches and bleeding !!!
Thanks Gadget-tron .

Not many places to park safely. Having achieved that walking to GZ and keeping a wary eye on traffic I was glad to reach a likely spot and started looking. As usual managed to scrape skin and draw blood but more importantly soon had the cache in hand. This one had not been logged since July so was pleasantly surprised to locate.

We had been wanting to look for this one for a while and were passing by this morning so stopped to search. This is a very busy road so extra stealth was needed so as not to raise suspicion from passing muggles. Great hiding spot. TFTC
This one made me scream as when I went for the retrieval a huge black spider (pretty much the only thing I hate) scuttled off it! Sent hubby in to complete the retrieval and signing etc! TFTC

TFTC. I think, when when I reappeared the traffic probably thought I'd been doing something I wasn't
Out with Biartch79 today picking up a few caches. Were driving right past this on the way home, so would have rude not to stop and get it. Parked up right next to GZ for a quick retrieval. Biartch79 had already found this one, so she waited in the warmth of the car and left me to it. Luckily tree cover provided a nice shelter from the passing traffic, and no-one was left wondering what the suspicious-looking character was doing in the bushes!

Off on a scouting mission for a ftf got this on the way home. Easily found with Drulisa. Tftc
Nice hide, traffic whizzing by. Lots of cars but no one paying attention to us tftc
On our way to Beachlands today to knock a few WackyB caches on the head, and spotted this quick drive-by on the way. A quick pull over to the side of the road, a hop, skip and a jump towards GZ and we soon had this cache in hand. Driven this road for caching so many times before, not sure how we've missed this one before!! Thanks for the hide.
Todays goal was to collect remaining caches we needed to complete our GLCS07 Licence Challenge.
4.40pm - Last cache for today and we are heading for home. Licence Challenge now completed. SLTFTC

Heading north with a mission... Find caches that are listed as 'large' and 'not chosen' size-wise... With Gap (of Fap and Gap).
Our last stop for the day, and a must-have 'not chosen' attribute. There is no other way than a direct approach here... Far too many vehicles streaming past to worry about stealth. TFTC.
This one completes a Geo License Challenge... Onto the next...

Found ... Mrs McMike2012 & I decided we'd try a few more caches out East today ... parked right beside it & we soon had the cache in hand ... signed off & returned. TN:LN:SL. TFTC. #740 for us.
My 2nd last cache for the night then back home to West Auckland after a long day at work. Thanks.
I had an argument with my GPSr. I said, "Here", and it said, "Over there". I won out and found the cache.
steedandpeel did a good job. The cache is now in good condition. XNSL. TFTC.

The cache was in need of a bit of attention, so we wiped it out, removed the bits of swag that were soggy or rusty and left a bit of new swag, including plasters in case anyone gets cut on the "glass"- well, I had no stones (as in not to throw if you live in one)
we found this one easy, cool hiding place we walked past it a couple of times before finding it.
Have fun finding it

Out for some cache finds after today's event in Auckland, with slieschke and alpenmilch80. Heading back from an FTF out this way, we stopped here to check out the glass house. Couldn't see much tonight, but we did find a cache! TFTC!!!
Found in the company of alpenmilch80 and funkymunkyzone of the way back to Auckland from Beachlands. Some discussion was had about what passerby cars must have thought about a person walking back from the tree to the car!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Out and about in the Whitford area hunting for a few caches we still had not found. Got here after a coffee in Whitford and after the busy business and school traffic had quietened down. Cache soon in hand with no sign of any cockroaches today. TFTC
Not my favourit kind of cache on a busy road but I liked that the GZ was covered. TFTC
A nice easy find. As there is a house auction being advertised very near to GZ it provided perfect alibi (I hope) from passing muggles. TFTC
Thanks for the cache, perfect for what I needed today, a nice easy park and find. Another one of those caches that we've driven past many times and thought "yep, we've got to do that one soon!"
Well today was the day and it keeps our longest streak going. At least a cache a day so far this year, 67 month to date, 333 in total.
Thanks again!

Ive driven past GZ countless times but today was the day i was making a stop for this cache. Cache very quickly found on arrival to GZ. Signed log and then hurried back to the car before it really started to rain. TFTC!
Success!! Number 31 of the 31 days of geocaching August 2013 challenge. A drive by cache - about half of the Auckland population drove by while trying to retrieve - the other half of Auckland's population drove by while trying to replace!!!
Yeehaa, challenge done - TFTC

Beautiful views along here. A quick find on a night raid while staying overnight in Akld. tftc
Down in Auckland for the weekend catching up with friends who live near by. They enjoy coming caching with us but haven't got into it on their own, they bought two other friends along who were very intrigued and this was their first find. a great one for them to start with. Nice view from the top. Thanks for a good hide. TFTC
We decided to do this one on the way home (well a bit of a diversion) after Rocky Road 5.
4YO was really keen to get out and look for the cache, so he and Dad jumped out for this one.
Between passing cars they looked for the cache, and 4YO managed to find it first.
Dad bought it back to the car to sign the log - and a couple of cockroaches crawled out! Mum quickly bustled Dad out of the car, unfortunately one of the two roaches jumped before Dad got out and is somewhere in the car still!
We thought since we had "taken a bug", we would leave one... We left a travel bag - not quite as icky as a cockroach!

Nice quick park and grab. Waited til there was a gap in the traffic before getting the find.
A quick find on a warm, sunny and superb geoday.
Thank you for placing this cache.

Silly gps tried to make us drive past, scared a shell duck as we grabbed the cache.
Quick find-it wasn't under any cover/camo so I tried to hide as best I could. TFTC!
First drive out this way - a busy road and had to be careful walking by the road as it was quite boggy after all the recent rain. Another quick find for StreetWalker while I was busy reading the cache description.
