Hi there barney123,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page telling them what the situation is, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and, when the listing is next checked, all will be fine for a little bit longer. But be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date), please ensure you visit this page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks so as to keep everyone up to speed with what is happening.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

Coordinates lead us to the tree but after the recent storm and the Sands from other people, I wonder if it is actually still there.
Can't see the container, going my others photos.
Can't see the container, going my others photos.
We gathered the clues and all the test worked out. The coordinates brought us to the right kind of scrub from the hint, but the cache could not be found. Since the cache hasn’t been found for 2 years, I wonder if it might be lost.
Out on my own today trying to tick of some more of the DM series. While on the journey you seek out others. Surprised to see so many people about on this miserable wet day. Had the numbers wrong the first time but worked on them at home and did the regig. Sure I was in the right place and plenty of rhodies to check but could not find it.
Well, this cache lead me on a merry dance! Finding the numbers for the coordinates was easy enough, although I felt that the new landscaping meant I had to walk on the garden to read the beautiful plaque on the stone. My numbers all passed the tests then I put them in my finding device. We headed off to GZ and something was seriously wrong. It was in private property. Mmmmmm that can’t be right. Back to my numbers, nothing seemed wrong there. In frustration I used a PAF option. Between us we worked out I hadn’t transferred the numbers incorrectly! This revealed a new location a bit further away and more like the descriptions in other logs. In the last skerricks of daylight we shuffled down the reasonably dry track to GZ and the treasure was found a few metres closer to the path than I expected. What a wonderful multi! I felt it was worthy of a favourite point for all elements of it.
Day1976 was doing some caching around olinda this afternoon and after work I had about 40 minutes, so we met up and did two caches nearby. We got the info needed and headed over to the final coords, and after a short muddy walk we searched for a bit and day1976 came up with the cache.
Grabbed the co ordinates. Particularly liked the last question. Drove over and a shirt, wet and muddy walk later we found the cache. TFTC
Popping in to Olinda we decided to try our luck on this multi. With a little looking we soon had a good looking set of numbers and we headed off to see if they were correct. GZ took us to a lovely location, with a quick find once we were on the right side.
Thanks to Scott and Alan for the cache, it is great to find these older ones.

I had a DNF here a few months ago - I remember searching for about an hour here! Today on the way home as light was fading I thought Id give it another shot - a recent find gave me some confidence. I searched for about 20mins with no success but then I saw something and sure enough there was the cache - I cant believe I missed that last time! Always a relief when a blue face turns into a yellow one - TFTC Scott and Alan!
Solved the puzzle correctly but after 15 min searching as per the hint we just couldn’t see it. Our younger searchers getting tired and restless so we retired to continue another day!
Today we came up to the Mt Dandenong area and grabbed a few caches while here.
We gathered the numbers and set off for GZ. Drove there and once parked strolled to GZ. Quite a bit of searching and it was cachers nose that spotted a likely place and the nicely hidden cache was found - it's been 7 months since last found and a DNF so pleased we had managed to do so

Did all the leg work to get all the required numbers and made a mistake counting things (thanks for the checkers they were helpful!) but at GZ I couldnt find anything despite a lengthy search. I will check my numbers and try this one again soon, TFTC
I had walked to Olinda with a few fellow cachers a couple of weeks ago. As I was awaiting my lift back home, I wandered down the road to collect the clues for this multi. I had seen it on the map but had never made the time to look for the information needed. Armed with a set of coordinates that looked reasonable, I put it on the back burner.
Today we were back in the ranges and I made the detour to look for this cache. After some tentative searching, I thought I might have been wrong. The partner pointed out something to me, which I did a very surface level search of. Ten minutes later and no cache, the (now frustrated) partner walked over and said to look at the same spot but more thoroughly. The cache was there the whole time. Oops. TFTC

We went round and round looking for this one. Oops! It was where I looked at the start, I just didn’t look in far enough. Lucky geohusband with his super cache finding skills were on hand so we could get the smiley satisfaction. TFTC.
Enjoyed finding the clues which were fairly simple then went for a drive .. I let daddy bunny go bush bashing for this one.. tftc
I originally found this cache with my Mum heymissjo, but now that I have my own account, I am logging. Thanks for the cache.
For the past few years I have cached as part of "team heymissjo", but now I am old enough to have my own account so logging the find. Thanks for the cache.
Finally had an afternoon with no kids, which is rare, so decided to come up the hills for lunch with hubby.... so after lunch we just had to find a cache; kids will kill us haha! Great cache, thanks, picked up trackable as well! Found with hiccup3137
I went for a stroll around Orlinda today to grab the clues, and then walked to ground zero. Only to find a carpark very close to it! Thanks for bringing me here today. TFTC barney123
Solved the multi clues from afar and then made the find after poking around for a few minutes.

I did this one over the course of a few Saturdays when I stopped at the loos before heading to a nearby job. I was out by 1 on one of the answers but, with the help of the clue, I was able to make the find.
Thanks barney123

A crisp autumn morning, not too many muggles around. Perfect. We walked around collecting the information required as the sun started peaking through. A warming bowl of soup, helped the brain with the calculations. And nearby a cache was found. Thanks Scott and Alan for the thought and time you put into this cache.
Log is very damp, even though in a bag. Many need drying out a bit. Sorry didn't have any supplies with me today.
If it's Mother's Day and your a new cacher, What do you do on Mother's Day? You drag the whole family out caching. This is the one day of the year they all have to smile along and enjoy it whether they want to or not. Great to be out here today. There are people everywhere!!!! I came this way a week ago to do all of the working out. As there was only so many caches I was able to drag muggle family along. Beautiful place. I love it up here
Very busy up here on Mother's day at the end of lunch time.
Solved this puzzle while eating a pie, then walked back to my car via GZ. Nice area, thanks for the cache.

Wonderful cache for the kids. Took a bit to find. Log fairly damp even though it's in a bag. TFTC
TFTC. Fun detective work for the kids, and a nice walk. GPS was a bit confused so look around! Cache was soggy though.
First cache of the day. Gathered the info did the sums and headed off to claim our prize. After a long search under a large rhoddie we came up sad and empty handed. In an act of desparation we looked under another tree which matched the clue but some 14 metres away, and sure enough within seconds the find was made. It should be noted that our gps lead us astray but that distance a fair bit today.
A nice multi which was followed by a wander through the nearby gardens. TFTC TNLN

Find #2414
On the way home from Warburton we diverted to Olinda to catch up with some friends. I took the opportunity to duck and out and hunt for a few caches. This was my sixth and final find for the day up here in the hills. I collected the numbers for this as I was doing a few traditionals and noted pleasingly that it was conveniently located for where I wanted to head back to. Car parking was the biggest challenge but all deserted at GZ and I was able to make the find quickly. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for this multi cache barney123.

It had been a little while since Fleabag-, GT02 and I had gone for a caching so today was the day and the weather was magnificent so we headed up into the Dandenongs after lunch around Olinda for a few hours and explored the area including the whole of the abandoned golf course which was interesting to walk around.
After completing the whole golf course we decided to have a toilet break and also do this multi at the same time. Walked in to GZ and then worked out we could have parked 10m away.
Thanks barney123 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

A cache outing with Spiffy- and GT02 was originally planned for some ladder climbing caches near Berwick but the rain put doubt over being able to do what we wanted so up the mountain we went. We were happy to get a check on this correct first go
And even happier to make the find after a brief search. Thanks Scott and Alan for the cache.

#236 - 3.45am
Made an impromptu stop here while enjoying the more peaceful hours high in the hills.
The wind was starting to build, fortelling of an impending change in the weather.
A deserted first WP made data gathering a sinch. Enjoyed the easy clues and thoughtful double checking method provided as number crunching at this hour is never a good idea.
Set off for GZ. It was my first visit here. I parked conveniently, but I was on edge about the strengening wind possibly blowing a sizable tree on to my car. Probably not the best conditions to be fiddling about here - in the dark, amid such strong winds...
I searched at GZ for some time, with the GPS leading me around in circles. I eventually despaired of technology and had a proper look! Naturally, the cache was soon found.
Thanks barney123, for setting up this multi across a couple of interesting locations. I've not yet seen the true beauty of this place in daylight but there is still magnificence to behold even at night.
Now, since this is my second multi of the night, it looks like I WILL be doing the Multi Month Challenge after all...

I remember passing by this one in the past; but being in a car, and it being the weekend, it was clear I was going to have to park many streets away. That was less of a problem today. [Ugh, I'm in the habit of rolling my eyes in response to parking-related anecdotes in logs - I'm now officially part of the problem.] All of the information was collected with relative ease in the town centre and I was delighted to see that the resulting coordinates wanted to take me exactly, literally exactly, where I wanted to go after completing this one. I stomped around for more time than should really have been necessary at GZ, but I got it sorted in the end. Thanks barney123!
Successful find. Beautiful spot, close to muggles but it is just out of the way. With rynos and sneakyninjaxv.
In Yarra Glen for Easter catching up with geo family. It's a great opportunity to grab some caches while out in this area and we enjoyed the walk around town.
Thanks barney123 for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

Out in Olinda this morning grabbing a few caches with Happy Feet and Omegaman1971 and after parking near the gz and grabbing the numbers required it was then a case of grabbing a coffee and working out the final wp and then heading out to make a relatively quick find, thanks barney123 for the cache.

Well this place is busy today (Easter Day) out and about with Happy Pants and Happy feet.
Cheers for the nice multi
Now time to go and eat some eggs!!!!!

Almost walked into a few spiders at GZ. So keep your eyes peeled. Thanks for the cache.
The weather looked promising today, so myself and Mudbrick headed out to Dandy ranges, rain, hail or shine. Sun was out most of the day and it was warm and humid amongst the mountain ashes and gigantic ferns. A great day all up and love this area!
A nice little multi that had us stop and park for lunch - wow so busy here. Stopped and ate sandwiches on tailgate - until a Kookaburra stole Mudbricks sandwich right out of his hand!

Well, this cache was very memorable. Found during a caching run with Jacko83, after locating the cache we hit the nosebag on the back of his ute ( tailgate). I was chomping on my second sanger, when there was an explosion of wings, & a kookaburra flogged it 6 inches from my mouth. It startled me, the poor kooka would have seen his life flash before his eyes as I almost ate the poor bird. If you have ever watched me eat, them flashing molars could have disembowelled the winged warrior in a heartbeat.
Seeing that this will most likely ever happen to me again, I will give it a favourite point for the entertainment. Thank you for the cache. I consider myself lucky that condors don't roost in this vicinity.

We visited the Dandenongs on a misty and rather overcast Saturday morning with 4evatinks. After completing a caching series in the nearby golf course, we had lunch at the Pie place then headed over to try this nice multi. We stood at GZ, worked out the numbers and had no problems calculating GZ. A thoroughly enjoyable & magnificent walk through mountain ash trees. A local was burning leaves which produced a significant amount of smoke which wafted all over the place and didn't make the walk particularly pleasant. Spotted the container quickly, signed it and replaced. Found a shortcut via the preschool to my car. TFTC barney123
Another caching day with robinyang. Much cooler and wet today but enjoying the Dandenongs. Great for our first find after after lunch. Tftc.
Out and about with the geowife on a hunt in this nice weather before we head out to the cookoo for dinner tftc.
Going through my records recently and I found that I've forgotten to log this one. Very sorry for the late log but I did enjoy the cache.
Thanks for the cache barney123

With Boris having a few days off work we decided to head for the hills with Nut bear for a yummy lunch. The weather was definitely not looking good for any caching but we found ourselves parked right next to a multi, so we thought 'why not do just one.'
We quickly gathered all the information and retreated back to the car the work out our final destination. With no muggles about it was a nice easy search at GZ with Boris being the one to make the find.
Thanks Scott and Alan for the cache.

We collected the required information in the lovely autumn sunshine, sorted out the co-ords and then headed off to gz. There were no muggles around which was a good thing as it took a little while for the GPS to settle and we were going around in circles looking for the elusive container. It was eventually located and our names added to the log.
Thanks for the cache Scott and Alan.

Geoniece and I tried this a while ago but GPS was playing up. Tried again today but had lost coordinates. Took a punt as we had a rough idea from last time. Bingo there it was. Great fun. TFTC
Found in the company of GJMMelb and quiet1_au. G had found it before and helped with the final coordinates. Lots of people here, but we were able to find the cache unseen as it was nicely hidden away. TFTC
First cache for the day for me on a Dandenongs outing with lochb and GJMMelb, we gathered the information at the starting point (I liked the Banksias here) and then headed to GZ where despite more muggles around we had no trouble getting the cache unseen (from memory I spotted it first and did the logging for lochb and I - G' being a previous finder of this cache) TFTC
It's so much fun caching with friends! I had the pen & paper, The Rusty's had the big screen phone to read out the clues and Vanessa had nothing but her caching nous. So using our combined resources we had a lovely chat and meander around Olinda.
The sun is shining, the kids are at kinder and school & the house is tidy enough for me to sneak some caching in today. So I rounded up some fellow Geo-Mums and we decided on Olinda. Zeus, Hera & Kids and Vanessa&Aodh and I found the first way point and started gathering the answers. There was a funny moment as two of us interpreted the question "how many legs can you see on the sign?" as "how many legs does the sign have?" Whoops!
We chatted along the pretty walk around to waypoint 2 and when Hera said we were 16m from GZ my device was still showing 144m. Thank goodness I had company today because I'd typed waypoint 2 completely wrong and would have been searching for a loooooong time. Vanessa, who had no devices on her, started sniffing around and found the cache without any help while I was still trying to figure out how I'd managed to stuff up WP2 so badly. We signed the log and replaced. This was my 200th find, although I'd hardly been an integral part of the search today! Haha it's fun caching with friends so I was more than happy to just be present and enjoy the social aspect of it. TFTC

After finding one of the cool new Lego caches in Birdsland and having to scratch out my name with a stick because I'd forgotten a pen, I continued my complete inability to bring any sensible equipment during this multi. I was so lucky that I was with Hera and The Rusty's who both had backpacks full of equipment and let me tag along on their technological coattails. We all had a go at answering the questions at WP1 and soon were off on a gorgeous walk around Olinda. At a certain point, Hera stopped and said she had GZ at 16 metres away, and The Rusty's stopped and said she had something completely different. While those two geogeeks were bent over their phones fiddling with their technology, I went on a poke around for the cache unencumbered by anything as useful as equipment. After a short while I spotted something suspicious, and called the techno-geeks over. They laughed at my luck and at their techno-fiddling and we all signed the cache. This marked The Rusty's 200th cache, and it was a pleasure to share her milestone. Despite our ribbing each other, caching together is really a joy. Thanks for replacing the cache barney123.
Late evening walk with Gunks, clearing up a few mystery and multis which have been solved but needed finding.

TFTC! Quick find on a humid day. Cut through the school and had a chat to some chickens on the way .
To the cache owner: the chemist have replaced their sign so now there are lots of blue and white ones, not a big green and yellow one. We guessed the likely answer and confirmed with Google Streetview, but might be worth updating the clue .
Cache replaced again- Shame to see the weeds growing back here again so quickly- last time they were poisoned the origial cache re-appeared.
Whats up? We found the right location but nothing else.
What about the notice from sep. 14?
Check it, owner!

Hi Barney123 I regularly walk my dog past this cache & often check to see if it is hidden well. Today I checked again & noticed that the whole cache is missing. I am happy to replace it if it is not easy for you to do so. Regards Mincka
After a bit of team work getting the numbers crunched while I read the clues and Asph0de1 wrote the answers down, we soon had the final coordinates down. Thought we'd do a few traditional caches in the other direction first. After some exhausting Hill climbing after a looong day of hill climbing, we tackled this multi to mark our final cache after a great day of walking through the Dandenongs. Cheers for the good hints, the good locations, and a good hide. A favourite point from me. Left a few small swappables. TFTC!
I think this was my second or third ever multi? Pretty fun, taking you to nice little spots around olinda. Pity the flowers weren't in bloom! TFTC
Did a bit of geocaching on our anniversary weekend in the Dandenongs. Started the morning off with this nice multi-cache. Good hide! TFTC.
A cold night and a nice walk in the Dandenongs was in order for Rebel Acts and I. This was one cache picked up tonight. Having solved this ages and ages ago I'm finally in the area and make the find. Thanks.
Collect the clues and worked out the final coordinate.
Got it right.....
Better take a walk along the cafes/shops..
found a café where the photographer works there..
After cuppa with muffin..
then the rain start pour..
hmm should I go find an Olindarama cache or straight home..
decide go grab the cache with my good shoes and raincoat.
Found it nicely.
Really enjoy myself today at Olinda

I had been up here about a week ago when the mist was so thick you could hardly see the ground, so got the required clues and answers and left the GZ for tonight. Found @ 1650, tho it certainly seemed a lot later. #20 of trying to find as many different Difficulty and Terrain caches as practical in a day.
Cache was dry and intact, but I was in a rush what with the drizzle and all so didn't leave a CSM, but I think the coords were out by about 8 m anyway.

Having written the clues down I had misinterpreted 'G' but soon sorted that out. The on to the cache. All good there. It would have been a lot harder I'm sure before the Landcare event.
