I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, FOS/MOS, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Referring to previous logs, there is nothing left of this single offset multi.

##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

I am claiming this as a find, though there's nothing but broken glass,a toy, and a geo instruction sheet left. Have placed the'remains' under a log just south of the cache location. It looks like that particular spot was cleared or ran over. Thanks anyway
Beautiful arvo to be north of the river and finally knocked off this shirt multi once we worked out which way north was.
No sign of the man with the red hat & white beard, perhaps it’s the wrong time of year. Still got our name on the logbook though. TFTC FOS/MOS
The man with the red hat and white beard was hiding but we still found the cache. A quick multi - our favourite type.
TFTC FOS/MOS this is find # 7237 for us.

We were in the area finding a few caches & this was one we found on our travels... We didn't find the man with the red hat, but we had no problems locating the final prize

Arrived at where the man in the red hat should have been. Was looking for a gnome but found nothing. Undaunted we made as if we had found it and stepped out the necessary steps and there it was under a bush. Signed log and went home. Tftc fos/mos. nice little piece of bush.
Found muggled. Put the contents back into the container. The logbook, although weather beaten, is still quite usable. No sign of the man in the red hat. TFTC FOS/MOS.
After our Parisian trip in the first week of the Easter holidays, we (i and my husband Voske1967) went for 3 weeks to the other side of the world to enjoy the friendly atmosphere, food, landscapes and culture of Australia. Of course, geocaches were also searched for and found in Perth. This trip downunder will stay with us for a long time! It was pretty hot in Australia for the autumn season
I enjoyed this multi cache even though I didn't find the man with the red hat. Grabbed a TB TFTC
made a guess for the first gz and must of stepped it out reallllly good , we looked down at there the cache was. tftc
Stoped of for a quick find while in the area
Didn't spot the man with the big red hat, but located the cache anyway

Thank you! I didn't spot the man with the red hat, but I did find the cache at the final location. It might need a little attention - the contents are a bit damp.
This cache is pretty much directly under the power line rather than at the offset coordinates. Thanks to Vasic for his help. I still don't know what the Man with a Red Hat refers to!
TFTC found while in the area. The man with the red hat is really putting on a great display. It was a quick find for the red hat man and the cache, the slowest part was getting up the hill.... feeling a bit unfit.
Made the wonder out to the nearby Twin Poles cache and thought since I have made it that far I might as well keep walking. I had no idea about the giant whole in the ground here! I found the cache quickly. TFTC.
Headed up NOR today with Jinta29 with the prinary goal of collecting as many of our solved puzzles as we could.
A very sandy walk to GZ and a bit further to the cache. But a quick find once there.

Kyzabra and I had a mission to make a foray into this part of town with the main aim of grabbing solved puzzles and multis. Of course there would be the odd traditional thrown in for good measure.
A nice quick find after s short search . Very soft and sandy track leading to GZ though

Although we had no luck finding the man in the red hat, the co-ordinates were accurate for the starting point and the directions thereafter spot on so we were led straight to the cache. Thanks for the hide FOS/MOS!
The Man in the Rad Hat was a little bit elusive today, but I found the cache without his help. Quick find right where you said it should be. Signed the log. TNLN. Thanks for the hide FOS/MOS
Well, this was a straightforward case of following the instructions and the cache was found instantly. A little surprising given other recent logs. Cache remains in good condition. TNLNSL TFTC FOS/MOS
Not so quick a find. Kept looking in the usual likely hide spots but then it wasn't in one of those spots! TFTC
Well that took longer than necessary... probably stepped right over it 3 or 4 times. TFTC
Found @ 15:21!
Find #03 on a mission to clear up the remaining three caches at this extremity of my 5km radius!
I didn't find the 'Man with a red hat', but was able to calculate the Final coordinates without anu problems...
Found the cache after a fairly intensive search around the prickly bushes. Interestingly, it was found very close to a place I thought it would be, but didn't check because I thought it was too far from the coordinates (a little further North)!
Took: 'TIKI TOKOLOSHI' TB and plastic dog (Kinder Surprise toy?).
Left: Crazy Bone.

Didn't bother to try find the red man because of previous logs but after misreading and walking 32m away I reread the description, went to the 23m mark and found it straight away. Tftc
I've driven past this area so many time so today was the day to finally cross this one off the list. No Man with the red hat spotted but reached the GZ and then did the offset. Took a couple of minutes to track down the actual cache but eventually spotted the brown lid.
Signed the log and had a quick look at all the shells. Also noticed the log was strangle absent of the previous 'finders' signature (Nazrila). I guess he's only cheating himself if he's logged it as a find without actually finding it. Up to the CO to delete or not delete
TFTC and the hunt!

Found with leeiscool58. Didn't find the man in the red hat? TN. Left kinder surprise toy. SL. TFTC
we couldnt find the man either but found the cache, thank you from the welch family.
I did not see a man with a red hat. I did not see a man with a fez. Are fez'zs normally red? One thing for sure the man with the white beard is coming!
Clear skies, TeamAstro.

Missed the whole Man with a red hat part of the story, but found the cache. Thanks for the cache FOS/MOS.
Didn't see anything that resembled a man with a red hat but followed the directions from where the co-ords took me and found the cache no trouble.

An easy find, although my unsuitable shoes did get filled with sand and I was almost run over on the nearby track by a speeding hoon!
Still survived to sign the log and got out of there safely.

Had some difficulty after writing the coords down wrong in the first place. Then more trouble hunting in the dark but got it in the end. Took TB. TFTC
Called in to place travel bug that has been hiding on the computer desk for 7 months. Our apologies for not moving it on earlier.

I think we found the clue. But the heat and thorns beat us back! Will try again without thongs!!
WanderingAus wandered by and spent some time to-ing and fro-ing, went right past it probably a dozen times, before finally making a GAFF 1 find. The tracks leading North sure can suck you in.
My find No 2189, TNLNSL, dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC in for a visit before grabbing it back again.

The sandy tracks make it a hard slog to the cache. Found the little man in a red hat then went searching for the cache. Came up with the goods after a short search.
Picked up Shr00ms micro compass rose geocoin.
