I walked past the cache as the GPS was still saying 100metres to the cache.
I actually had found a walkway across the road before the GPS realised I was in the wrong spot.
I returned and found the clue and started a search but did not locate anything. I then read the previous logs and got another clue which luckily led me directly to the cache.

After a couple of searches in vain we were successful in the darkness of rain. I had been most probably touching it a couple of times earlier. Should not think of the hide being more complicated than it really is. TFTC.
Nice quick clue thanks to the excellent hint. I am quite tall so caught a wee peek of the top of the cache which made it even easier. TFTC
Somehow I managed to take 2 visits to find this cache. I over-estimated the size of the cache on my last visit, even I have placed my hand at the proximity, I still missed the cache completely... anyway, after confirmed with the owner, I was able to find the cache quickly today. TFTC!
