Had a good look around. Couldn't find it. Grass a bit long but that didn't phase me. Looked at past logs and got a few clues. But think this one has gone.

Today with my event in modury, it seemed fitting to go and do a loop around the area on foot to collect some BFE puzzles and the odd other cache along the way. About 8km walked and 30 caches found along the way. All caches found are in good condition.
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
I had left the JAMS group when they found this cache so today I decided to come for a nice drive north to stamp the logs of those that the others found. [^]
This one has been on my to do list forever, but I never seem to make the effort to stop and go and find it. Well today I rectified that and went for a short walk and found the cute cache and my stamp is now in the log next to the JAMS stamp.
Thanks for the cache BFE.

After a Breakfast event Sir Spectre, mogni, Michells&Hound, JJ52 and I headed north to find some caches. Most of them were puzzles that had been solved with a few others along the way. A good day with good company.
Out and about with the Southern crew finding caches north of the city. Today the JAMS team consisited of JJ52, Allister W, mogni, Michele and Hound and sir_spectre. We had lots of fun and found lots of challenging hides.
Thanks to Bob From Elsewhere from mogni

Last time i was here the cache was missing, that was on 22.10.2018. It's taken a while to get back here. quick find today.
Out with the JAMS team today. All logs today stamped with the " JAMS " stamp. The team today was JJ52, Allister W, Mogni, Michells&hound and Sir_Spectre. Some caches were found before The Breakfast Club #9 event and many more after the event. The day was planned to get more caches with the work " Reel " in it but it turned out to more a day filled with " The Mare Hare " caches with others trads and multi's in the mix. A couple of Dnf's were cleared off the list, as those caches were missing on my last trip through that area and a fun day by all was had.

Thanks for the cache BFE. Cache in good condition. Love the loose wheel. Easy dry access from the southern side as you recommended
With the COVID-19 Big Fever Eruption (BFE) consuming just about everything, I had a few hours spare today to complete a few non-puzzle BFE hides.
Found this one while chatting to Lazza.

One of a number of caches I imagine that are currently easy because of the dry period. Get in now folks before it rains!

Cache #2194.
This Saturday, I had an appointment in Modbury, and I did some geocaching on my way back home. Found all four traditional caches I tried. This was the second one.
After I found the first cache today, I walked across the street to find this cache. It's not in the first place I checked. When I was searching, another cacher joined the search, and cache has been found soon.
The cache size is larger than I expected. Signed the log book.
Thanks for the "Reel" traditional cache, Bob From Elsewhere.

Was in the vicinity and thought I'd take a Gamble on finding this cache. Although there was an Island in the Stream, it wasn't much of a stream today. TFTC BFE
On passing by today we noticed the D/T rating for this cache and so of course we simply had to check it out. We approached from the wrong side of the stream, but after having successfully navigated across we followed the instructions and then soon found ourselves on the island with the cache in hand. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the good fun cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
With all the BFE solved puzzles piling up over many years, it was about time I had a BoBFEst!
Starting off down around Hope Valley Reservoir, I worked my way North, finishing at Gepps Cross. An incredibly successful day and only one DNF.
This one isn't a puzzle of course, but it's close to one or two.
This song is a perpetual earworm for me, every time I hear the words, Lucille I think of loose wheels.
Thanks Bob

So after the disappointment at the last cache it was super to find the replacement cache at this one. Cool container but if a walk to get here and almost spring by some muggle kids/teenagers. But saw them coming so sat on the log until they were across the weir and on their way and then made the nice find and replace. They must have been wondering what this old woman was doing sat on an island on a log on a Friday afternoon! TFTC Bob
Crossed the rocks to the southern side of the island but all we found were 5 rocks by a hollow log but no cache in sight.
Everything was nice and green. Thankfully wasn't too wet. Left PT and swaps. TFTC.
Found It!
One last cache for the day and nice for it to be one of these rare BFE traditional caches! A few more like this would be great Bob!

Owl often passes this way and the green box annoys her. She keeps planning an assault but things interfere. Today her companions insisted on a retrieval and showed Owl how to access the cache. The loose wheel was located, the box turned into a smilie, the last BFE traditional has been found and another attribute for a challenge has been achieved. Yeah!
Went a little too far but found a nice place to cross over the river. TFTC and the adventure walk
Today we were completing a challenge cache and needed 2 more wading attributes. A nice walk through the park, no wet feet for the trekkers today! An easy find at GZ on the Island.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Woo Hoo, another Pi day. [^] And a full day it was. Start at Freddo's Pi breakfast event, cache all day until BFE's Pi dinner event, Cache a little bit more and then head home stopping only for a couple of more caches. At the Pi breakfast event I teamed up with AnyMules, had a trip south, I called in to the dentist, we moved a car to the dinner event and then picked up S.A. Sewer Rat and set out to cache until the dinner event.
And what better than to spend the afternoon but in Bobland finding lots of BFE caches before attending his event. [:o)]
We debated the best approach to get this one as we left a nearby cache. Anymule's suggested track led us straight to the easy access. Well, easy today with not much water flow. Anymules also made the find.
But BFE, the wheel is quite secure. [:O)]
Thanks Bob From Elsewhere.

We debated the best approach to this one. I was glad I stuck to my guns and followed the path I had chosen as it lead to a very easy way to get to GZ where we located a Reel Wheel, but it wasn't loose.
Thanks for the cache Bob From Elsewhere. Found on 14 Mar 2017 at 6:05 pm. Find #4094.

Went to replace the cache container with the "spare wheel container", on the way over the rocks I found the original bottom half of the container.
The cache is complete once more and back in the hidey hole that was moved south a few metres in the last flood.
Extra rocks have been placed in the hidey hole entrance ready for the next flood.
Do not attempt this cache if the flood level is shown as Major in the following link.

Found this cache's contents out in the open on the ground. The cool lid with wheel attached was present but it's bottom half was missing. The log book was there and so was the pencil. I SL at 15:45 on Sun 26 Feb 2017. The log book was dry but I provided a new plastic zip-lock bag for it [^], seeing the old one was shredded [:o]. Placed the lid (with cool wheel) on top of a "Monster Energy Drink" 4-pack cardboard wrap which is now protecting the log book. Re-Hid in the assumed hidey hole This one is in need of Maintenance after the recent October floods in 2016 [:o] TFTC BFE

Nice day, hadn't been caching for a while so thought we'd do some not too far from home. Arrived on the wrong side for this one and didn't want to get wet, but dam it there was an solution. Nice quick find when in the right place. Thanx
Bonza! In hindsight I should have worn sneakers and long pants, not shorts and thongs, while carrying a 12 week old dog. But hey, I had fun! A reel quick find at GZ. A wheely great cache. TFTC!
Sebastbat and I cautiously approached this one the wrong way, which turned out to be the right way today!
You picked a fine time to hide it loose cache
With an old bald tyre, in such a good place
I've had some clunkers, some really bad junkers
But more than a mint tin, you ace,
We picked a fine time to find you loose cache...

Now my Christmas shopping is all complete I can go geocaching! I parked the car and went for a walk around the area. Due to the heat, there were no muggles around so I search without interruption.
I was a bit nervous about the long grass in approach to GZ but thankfully no snakes were spotted. Quick find at GZ.
Thanks for the cache.

Probably shouldn't have done his with my Birkenstocks on!! Finally found though TFTC
This one filled a gap in our second DT grid and being a Reel Wheel Reel cache it seemed to be a good choice
On arrival the question of how to get to GZ arose as it had for others. I think it was a similar path that was taken. However on arriving at GZ it was clear that the local flora had been flourishing.
That combined with a number of possible locations and even one of the photos meant a 5 minute search without much result.
A second more determined search however did the trick and a reely wheely reel cache was located
Dry inside

TFTC again Bob

A nice stroll along the creek path on a warm afternoon to whined down after work. A nice location for a cache and to sit for a while listening to the birds :c) TFTC!!
How do you find these places Bob LOL. Definately an interesting place to get to. Mrs SASR was a little reluctant but after a little persuasion ( its a long walk home) we both signed the log. TFTC
Mrs Rat had to be persuaded to go over there.
With the threat of a long walk home I reluctantly crossed over to the dark side.
Found BFE style as GPS had a hissy fit today. tftc

Did not find it sadly. From the photos it seems like it may have been moved from the original coordinates?
Find #900 today! Left geobaby home with hubby while I ducked out to get this one. Certainly wouldn't want to be doing this one in the middle of winter! TFTC
Once the approach direction was sorted the find was quite a quick one on the way home from work. Didn't take too long to sort out. TNLNSL. TFTC

I was keen to find this cache to fill an annoying gap in my D/T chart. Fortunately conditions were perfect for an easy approach and a quick find was made. Thanks Bob From Elsewhere
Out for a walk along the track and to finally get this one off the list. After walking almost a full circle, we eventually found a way in and a quick find was made. How do you find these unique places Bob [?] I can honestly say I wouldn't have found this place, if not for Geocaching!! TNLN SL Thanks for the cache.
Sounds like my pushbike last week
Something had broken in the rear hub and the wheel was a bit wobbly
All fixed now
The only loose wheel I have now is the one in me head that made me try to find this cache after heavy rains [:o)]
My first approach had me convinced that I wasn't finding this cache today
Of course I couldn't resist walking around to the other side of the river via the road bridge to have a look from t'other side.
A possible way across was hidden in the long wet grass
And a few minutes later I had discovered yet another loose wheel
One more and I will have a set of loose wheels to put on me car.

Our GPS locates this cache in the middle of a creek full of foul smelling water. I guess this is a summer-only cache!!!
Found at 12:47:00 PM
This was an area we had not been to before and didn't even know it existed. It was a lovely day for a walk today. Unfortunately, the log book was saturated and we couldn;t sign it. We left it safely next to the cache as we didn;t have time to wait for it to dry. It should be right for the next finder to put back into the cache.
Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for placing this cache and sharing this area with us!

Looked at this one some time ago, but it was reely an island girt by flowing muddy water.
Had another look today and bagged the find.
Reely cute container and great site, thanks Bob.

Love your humor, BFE. A great hike on a (finally) warm day with a good friend. Thanks BFE
Out with Locus Cache and geowife and we stopped this one, i went one way and the 2 girls the other from the parking point, it seems i went the rough way as the girls reckon there way was not as hard as mine, i still beat them to the cache : ) the wheel is definitely a nice touch, the wildlife down here is plentiful especially the frogs which is good sign of a healthy creek. Thanks Bob for the cache : )
On such a gorgeous night, what else was there to do but go and locus cache a few times[?]
3LG kept me out until 2am, again but at least I picked up 11 smileys and had a very interesting night
I had come here once before on a frezzing cold, rainy night the creek was full and running fast.
Took one look and I took off like a loose wheel back to the car
Tonight was dry and balmy so after a short walk in and a few balancing acts, we had a cache in our hands
