It is with regret we archive this listing but it seems the Waypoint has gone walkabout again and the final has become very overgrown with the maturing of the plants in the area. Apologies to the later cachers who have had to struggle through the undergrowth to retrieve the cache, as I did todayRed Face

This was a cool little puzzle and to be honest i wasnt really sure what to expect after i solved it. I headed off and was able to solve and locate the 2nd WP easily but then my phone started to die. In a last ditched effort i managed to narrow GZ to a 10m radius... It took a little while of looking but eventually i found the cache.... It wasnt where i expected it to have been hidden.... in fact it wasnt really hidden at all just sitting out in the 'open'. as per the rules i placed it back where i got it from but maybe needs to be checked

Had to stop for lunch after working on the first part as very heavy rain arrived. River level very high. Very cold wind around area. Enjoyed the cache.

A print of the puzzle would have made life easer but managed OK.

A quick find today, had solved the puzzle previously and run out of time. Should have worn some gumboots though my feet were rather wet after traipsing through the dewy grass.

Been meaning to do Te Totara for a while. We always run out of time before we can get to it, as we usually start our Waikato caching at the south-most cache on our list and work north towards home (Auckland). Today we were travelling south through the Waikato, soTe Totara was high on the list. An interesting spot which we have seen from across the river. Nice multi. The final took us a little while to pin down. Thanks!

Enjoyable puzzle multi done just on dusk and finished before the sunset. Interesting place and history here and found all the information and sat down nearby to complete the crossword.Soon found the required waypoint to find the final coordinates.GZ had us out coordinate wise by about 10m so widened our search for a possible hiding area and found. Cache all in good order and plenty of golf balls!.

The Freezer Mice strike again!!!
Have visited this spot for the previous listing, so didnt rush right out to do it when the listing appeared.
Had a laugh when checking for one of the WP's for the previous listing (on the way), when we found the WP for the new one.
Enjoyable wee multi/puzzle.
Thanks.

Have often caught glimpses of this monument from Pukete Road on the other side of the river, so this cache was a great excuse to come and find out more about it. Nice puzzle, and we got the co-ords for the waypoint easily enough. Without a GPS, so thought we would have to go home again to plug the co-ords into Google Maps to find the location, but one half of the team located the waypoint with a bit of scouting around. With the co-ords for the final, worked out the distance and direction we would need to go, had a bit of a guess from the angle of the sun and went off on a bit of a hunt... Got there in the end! Would have been easier with a GPS : )

A sense of DeJaVu at this site, we have spent a bit of time on our hands and knees in this vicinity for a now archived cache, that time we did not get the smilie we were after but this time it soon fell into place after a bit of head scratching on how to get a set of co-ords from the crossword.

TNLN TFTC!!

Finally got to the other side of town to do this cache, and spent my time productively working out the crossword puzzle (slowly yet surely). On the other hand, Team Geckoh wandered around waiting for me and somehow stumbled across waypoint 2 just as I was finishing up! [The final was quickly found with me gaining some knowledge and Team Geckoh using up some of their luck! TFTC]

Second to find, first Hamiltonians - where are all the usual suspects?
Had the idea behind the puzzle sorted before we left home, as we knew one of the answers.

+ a golf ball, - nothing.

Called in just before lunch after seeing that YuGeo4 had beaten all the locals. How could we let this happen!
Was puzzled by the puzzle but got there OK to find two others had signed the book this morning too.
Many thanks for the cache.
