We DNF'd too. In fact we'll up the rather lengthy DNF count to a NM. Time to check this one out. Then again, there's lots of nano things there it could have been, but oh, the muggles!
Another find by pnutbeagle and The Marathon Man (from North-Western Ontario, Canada) after our weekend geocaching in Echura - we met up with some great geocachers, some difficult caches and had a great time
We are now on our way to tour the Great Coastal Road as we continue our holiday in Australia for the next four weeks after spending 4 weeks in New Zealand
Spotted it after a short search

Someone had put it in the wrong position so it took us ages to find it. We put it back in the right position so it should be easier for the next person
Found after many visits. As per previous posts it us base only . Have pic to send as proof of find TFTC
Unfortunately what we found was the magnetic base of the cache, we looked around among the leaves and the other plant material hoping to find the log and the top of the cache but alas nothing. We do have a photo of what is left to confirm that we found GZ. Hoping that you will accept this found log as we have not signed a log sheet. TFTC
Our third cache and we had to give up on this one, we searched and followed clues to no avail
On our way back to camp we swung in here to replenish supplies. I ran in while the others searched for the cache. To anyone nearby we were just 4 people taking photos of each other and wisteria. Cache was secretly retrieved, logged and replaced with awesome photos! Tftc
This was a tricky one to get with so many muggles about. A perfect time for some photos. Tftc
Found on a warm day in Bendigo - even for someone from Darwin! It was muggle central here as you would expect at its location. Spotted cache on arrival at GZ with help of hint and waited for a muggle clear moment ...
#2636 thanks 4TC:)
#2636 thanks 4TC:)
Too many muggles... I will arrive by stealth another time.. Looks like it might be fun!
Found this mini-mini with a log at last and I am overjoyed. It was an incredibly hard-for-me-to-spot position. Thank you Team Flitch
Back on the 24th June last year o.kay and I found half of this cache and reported the log missing. I put it on my watch list, and every time I have driven past since then it was not there. Just recently though I noticed it was up and available again, so today was the day to tackle it once more.
In the same spot where we first found it I was able to coax it into my possession. Very interesting to see how it is presented now. We opened it carefully, both signed it, sealed it back up and o.kay replaced it. Considering it was a normally busy time we were amazed that muggles were not a problem.
Finally we have converted this to a smiley on our maps so we headed off to purchase an ice-cream to celebrate.
Thanks for keeping this maintained in such a busy area.

Last time we looked for this it was damaged, great to see it up and going again.

I think everyone involved was hanging out for today. This had been planned for weeks. Lets make a day of it in Bendigo was the suggestion [^] Puzzles were solved, coordinates put into GPSr's maps were printed, accommodation was booked. Finally it was here. theTritonz, DAB, wozzle68, ST37E, Mclookers, Glanville Girls and myself were off. We met in Creswick after breakfast was purchased on the road. What a brilliant day out it was. Lots of laughs.
We stopped here to grab some supplies after a great morning. I had to wait for muggles to do their things before I went in for the grab. A very busy location and a difficult hide. Signed and replaced as found.
[blue]Thanks for this trad cache hide, Team Flitch [^]
Log and container in good condition.
Took Nothing, Left Nothing [/blue]

What a fantastic day of geocaching we had in Bendigo today. With an ensemble consisting of McLookers, Glanville Girls, Wozzle68, The_Tritonz, ST37E. Na'wal and yours truly, we had an absolute blast. With a heap of solved puzzles, it was time to do some collecting. It was a mixed bag of caches today. There were tree climbs, bridge climbs, hill climbs, traditionals, multis, a letterbox and even a few night caches to end the day !! The standard of the hides was excellent and the scenery and architecture was fantastic. All of the CO's should be proud of their hides. I can't wait to return for some more caching !! TFTC Team Flitch
Caching in a large group today as others have said, it always a fun thing to do with lots of fun and laughs to be had. Thanks for your contribution to our Bendigo day.
Up in Bendigo today on a group assault with DAB, ST37E, Na'wal, Glanville Girls, Wozzle68 & McLookers with a set plan of DT caches in mind. Found this sneaky hide today while doing some of your puzzles.
Thanks Team Flitch for the hide.
Thanks Team Flitch for the hide.
I found this sneaky hide a few years ago on my second attempt but didn't sign the log at the time. I returned a few months ago to sign it, having a vague memory of what I was looking for and where to look, but couldn't find it! Thinking it may have gone missing, I added it to my watch list but knew it was obviously still there when several successful logs came through. One of the main problems for me was finding an appropriate time to search as this area is always so busy, so this morning I took off at 7am to look when it was much quieter. Despite this, it still took me about 45 minutes to finally find this one again. Definitely not an easy one for me at least, but having signed the log I can finally put this one behind me! TFTC!
Find No. 1017. Found with FUF009 at 1.00pm
A day in Bendigo with FUF009, getting his ute serviced, doing some shopping and of course caching.
Was just about to leave this shopping centre when FUF009 noticed there was a cache nearby, so out we got and went to investigate. Well this one took us longer to put it back than what it did to grab it.

Find # 2426 @ 1300 H
Found with Mrs Tyred n Cranky.
I had a day in Bendigo as the old Geo Ute needed to see the Doctor.
We spent more time shopping than caching as a number of the caches we attempted we had to walk away from due to muggles in the area.
After getting the Ute back we decided to go for a look at this shopping area as neither of us have been here before. Only after getting ready to leave I noticed a cache close by. A turn around and we soon spied the goods, after checking the area for muggles I made a quick grab, got our names in the log and got it back with no hassles.

Nice tricky little find but found it. Wouldn't attempt in day light. High muggles area
B had a good look but too many muggles on a Saturday afternoon. Good to see this new development after 20 years away from Epsom area.
Our last day caching around the Bendigo area, for the time being.
With such good quality hides, we are looking forward to returning.
Spotted only half the container, the top and log is missing.
Put in a log, and a temporary repair - CO should check.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Team Flitch, for us and others to find.

The cache has had a new log added although the old one was only half full.
Cache was intact and in correct position.
Good to go!!

Good to go!!
Found but couldn't write my name in it due to cache bottom/container section missing. Magnetic top in the same spot. Please sign me off as I won't get another chance to get this one again. Good spot though.
Stayed at Bendigo Caravan Park for few days from Renmark SA
Half missing and Half still alive
Found it.
Thanks Team Flitch
Half missing and Half still alive
Found it.
Thanks Team Flitch
Found in about 10 mins. Only half there though. We looked for the other half but couldn't find.
We were sorry to find only half the cache (with no log). We replaced the half-cache where we found it and thoroughly searched the ground around for the other half and the log to no avail. There was a grating nearby with lots of water. We wondered if the other half may have found its way there.
Only half of it found today, log missing with other half, returned the half we found to its original position
Second attempt at this one as the previous time there was a lot of shoppers, traffic and muggles. This time it was quickly spotted by the geo son. TFTC
We had to make a stop here first up this morning and look at that, a cache . Pagan made a quick find and grab only to realise there was a muggle sitting in the car right at GZ - doh! He looked none-the-wiser but we decided to hold off replacing the cache until we'd done our shopping. On the way back he was still there! Who just randomly sits in a car at a shopping centre for extended periods of time *sigh*[?] Pagan made a sneaky replacement and we were on our way.
Thanks Team Flitch
Thanks Team Flitch

Happy found it before go into shopping.
Thanks for an information about this area.
Thanks for an information about this area.
After two previous dnf's due to the cache having gone walkabout and a further three non-attempts I had another chance last tonight on the way home from a very late work meeting. The carpark was mostly deserted and I didn't have the challenge of muggles waiting in cars. It was a case of being able to park right at GZ for a very quick find.
Very glad to be able to finally tick this one off. It's easily the cache that has proven the most difficult to attempt.
Thank you for the cache Team Flitch.

Pulled up close to the gz this afternoon and this one was soon spotted, we waited until a break in the passing muggles and quickly grabbed it and had it logged. Thanks for the sneaky cache Team Flitch.
In Bendigo for the weekend with other geo family. Pulled up close to GZ and was able to spot cache immediately. Then we just had so wait for a break in the muggles to be able to grab log & then return it. TFTC Team Flitch.
Stopped in here to pick up some supplies and did a quick find on this one. Thanks for the cache Team Flitch.
