This cache has been nicked for a second time [:(!]. Not replacing it just so it can be stolen again.
What a peaceful place here at Ambury Park. To camp here is great. But didn't found it.
We looked for a good 20 minutes, but came up empty. It must be really well hidden, but I will admit the GPSr never really settled down.

After making my way carefully around the beehives I spotted an obvious spot for the cache. A couple of moments later I spotted the cache in said obvious spot. Signed the log and noted the puzzle code. Only two to go now! Hem-maintenance please-hem. I hadn't been to this park before. Thanks for sending me here!

Revisited after being one of many to not find it over winter. GZ looks to have been recently cleared of deadfall - lots of chainsawed branches about. Found the cache, but definitely NOT where the clue said it should be. Replaced cache to match the clue. Co-ords spot on. 2xTB's in. Beware the Pukeko's nesting in the long grass!
Finally had some time to deal with this one and get the whole jigsaw challenge series back on track.
Checked and strangely enough, the cache really was gone (I say strange because it was well hidden, and who would dig around under there?!?!).
Anyway, new cache container in place. Please make sure it is very well covered on BOTH SIDES when you rehide it.
There is now a code in the cache that is to be used online to retrieve the jigsaw pieces. The cache description will be updated shortly to explain exactly how that works.

what a waste of time!. didnt read previous logs, and went searching for this one. obviously a DNF. maybe it should be disabled until it can be checked out?
Used an old printed sheet. Pity I didn't check on the computer, then I would not have gone on a wild goose chase. Excuse the pun. Checked in all the large cavernous holes but to no avail.
We have no intention of archiving this one, as it is part of the mega-jigsaw challenge. The correct and polite thing to do would be to contact us about it or log a "needs maintenance" note before requesting that it is archived. But that's just how we do it with other people's caches anyway.
We will check and replace this one as soon as we have the chance to.

5 people searching high and low could not find this seemingly lost cache. Seems the bunnies might be to blame....
No Sign of this cache and same result for last 5 or 6 cachers. Must have gone awol, probably buried by rabbits!
No joy. Left no stick or stone unturned. Plenty of potential hiding spots, but buggered if I could find it.
DNF. Saw some other geocachers, had about 9 people looking, thanks for the walk any way!
No luck for us either, we'll be back another day as this was such a lovely park for a day out, thanks for bringing us here - we loved all the animals.
Had a very good look and could not find this cache. Given the last two logs maybe this has been plundered.

Another clue closer to the final....
Out on the bikes with the whole family today. T4TC

nice easy find - bees were noisy but not nasty, no problems with GPS despite the cover. grabbed some more puzzle pieces whilst doing the usual trades. TFTC.
Ambury is always so nice but so very busy today we stayed as far off as possible which did mean going over and back under a fence. A well hidden cache in a nice spot but lots of grass seeds and lots of bees as promised. NINO TFTC
Another puzzle piece. Found on the way to work but only just got to work on time, a little bit hot. TFTC
The last of the unfound AMJC caches for us. We must be the only ones to have found the Bonus cache before finding this one. Nice to have the complete set now! A few bees flying around, but nothing to worry about. Didn't have the hint but an easy find. Thanks.

Out and about in the Red Convertable while Mrs TWS did the housework and some painting at home. Hot day today.

Another brief stop, and nearly got attacked by the pukeko (not the bees, I avoided them). Easy find. Cheers Gav [4866]
Ran the gauntlet to escape the clutches of the ferocious 'Ovis aries'. Having reached a safe area 'Trekky' pointed to a bushy-bit over the fence. After a short hike to locate an acceptable point of entry soon found the container with the precious jigsaw bits. Extracted TB coin for further travel and adventure.
Had a look but using a nokia e71 phone, the GPS was not accurate enough, but we did find a sheep jaw bone which is my son's new dinosaur gun. The boys view the trip as a triumph. Will try again with a better GPS.
Out for a Christmas Eve stroll. The beekeeper turned up just as we found the cache so had to find a different escape route!! TFTC
The final AMJC cache for us, so now we have all the puzzle pieces! We'll construct the jigsaw this evening, hopefully get the final tomorrow and then the mission will be complete!
Cache itself wasn't hard to find, but we could really have done without all the bees! TFTC

TFTC , very frustratingly hidden, walking in circles at times.
Off to Austarlia for a holiday and also a bit of this addictive caching.

Made a right botch of this cache. Started when I took the most direct route to GZ which needed a squirm under a wire fence. Got half way under when I got the first wallop then a second before scrambling free of the electric wire. Managed to find the cache OK and grabbed a puzzle piece but halfway back to the car realised that I still had the pen so needed to backtrack to return it. Got back to the car and couldn't find the puzzle piece - must have dropped it somewhere .... noooo. Back to the cache for a third time.
Thanks for the challenge.
Thanks for the challenge.
Great to see another cache in Ambury Farm. We had one here until recently but as we live outside AKL it became too hard to maintain.
Easy find today, dodging the bees.

A neat place to unwind on a sunny afternoon after a day at work. GPS spot on today. TFTC.
Was at work this morning so decided to head past Ambury on the way home. Were quite a few bees flying around but managed to sneak by unharmed. TFTC
Left Mrs Budoakn in the car under the trees for a quick snooze. I headed towards GZ and was a bit worried by the 5 beehives but skirted around them and there were very few spots whch matched the hint so it was a quick find. Grabbed my first set of jigsaw pieces so will work on that over time. TFTC
Another pace around until you find it - took GC....TFTC

GPSr initially pointed me well past the hide, but as I walked past, thought to myself I would hide one there. Once the GPSr corrected I knew exactly where to look.

On an AMJC mission today. The goal is to complete the series today having only done one 13 days ago.
This was sixth on the list and was soon done with. The bees were fairly quiet this morning.
Out: Geocoin.
Cheers for the cache.

In Auckland for a few days work but with a bit of time to do a few caches in the area. Circumnavigated GZ before locating the way in. This sounds like a neat series which I probably won't get to finish any time soon but who knows. TFTC, Biggles.

No problems with the hot-wire... Had an enjoyable walk amongst the woolly muggles and avoided the guardian bees.
OUT: Two more puzzle pieces.... just need one more

Sill racing against kiwicouple, we arrived at what we thought was the best access point to GZ but turned out to be a bit of an obstical course requiring climbing over gates, over and under electric fences and circumnavigating bee hives but we got there in the end and it was worth if for our first FTF of the puzzle series . After being the bridesmaid at so many of the other puzzle caches it was nice to finally get the FTF even though it was too late for the additional puzzle piece to be of any value. We realised that kiwicouple would not need to visit this cache as they would already have the clue and after taking time to solve the "puzzle" we made our way to the final knowing we were out of contention for the FTF T4TC.
