Not sure where it could be, area is very overgrown and we looked in all the usual places
Found while driving between Sea Lake and Ararat. A quick find on a rural rd, took a couple of pics of the wascal before leaving. TFTC.
The rascally wabbit is noticeable from the south more so than the north. Pretty cool shaped stump.
Logbook was drenched so we have replaced with a small waterproof log.
Thanks tigersden for the placement.

A day trip today so Mrs P can see the Silo Art. This was our first find for the day. Unfortunately the log sheet was soaking wet and couldn't be signed. Pic taken of cache in situ for evidence of find. Poor old Bunny is looking a bit worse for wear though. Thx tigersden ftc.

Looked really hard without any successful. Possibly washed away with heavy rains couple of weeks ago?
TFTC. We decided to head away for a few days. the Silo Trail beckoned. A short drive from Maryborough and we arrived at Rupanyup. Decided to camp her overnight. unhitched the car from the motorhome and went exploring the area using caching as a guide. A pleasant couple of hours doing a loop from Rupanyup to Murrow and Glenorchy and returning via Cadawalla.
What an interesting bit of whimsy. We had been wondering the significance of the cache name. We soon found out.

With a bright and early start from home we headed towards the Southern Wimmera, to collect a few more scattered caches. Our route took more twists and turns than we had expected, luckily we were rewarded with a good number of those addictive little yellow smilie tokens.
**"FEEDBACK TO CO"** Sadly this cache was totally smashed, we were able to leave a temporary container, but it needs something more permanent.
Our thanks to 'tigersden' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

This cache is in very very very bad condition. It looks like it has been burnt. The top is all broken and the base and log book needs replacing urgently. TFTC. SL. needs attention asap. Great tree and thanks for making us stop.
Found quickly but cache badly needs maintenance. Container is smashed and log is wet. Loved the rabbit. TFTC
Quick and easy find. The container was broken and the log book was drenched and needs fixing. TFTC
As I approached my overnight destination I had time to spare so did what any good cacher would do and head out and about to collect a few more scattered caches. My route took me much further than I’d expected but was rewarded with those addictive little yellow smiles This was a fun cache although a bit off the beaten track. The container is falling apart TFTC tigersden
Found on our journey across country. Loved the wascilly rabbit. Cache full of water as lid broken. Sadly we have used up all our supplies fixing up earlier caches on our trip. Needs some attention. Tftc
Our first find for the year.
Loved the natural wonder of our land. The wabbit tree. Best viewed coming from Stawell, towards Marnoo.
The cache itself is in poor condition and I’d recommend a replacement container very soon. There has been some water damage but can survive a little longer.

Rather long detour to get this one on the way from Ballarat to Horsham for work! Cache is fine and maintenance can be removed. Many thanks for the cache.
A cache in the middle of somewhere on the way to some place. The green dot was begging to be found and considering I probably won’t be along this road again it needed to be found. Long grass wasn’t going to stop this city boy and the cache was soon in hand, signed and dot turned to a yellow smiley. so satisfying. Thanks for the interesting stop.
A very cute wascly wabbit, the cache co-ords are spot on with no need to go past the fence. Near the side of the road we spotted many small holes, maybe for really small wabbit's. No really, we believe they were mouse holes. SL TFTC
Found on our way to Lake Boga for a few days to see the Catalina airshow display, and do some fishing and caching as well.
Thank you for highlighting this fun landmark. We would probably have sailed past it otherwise. TFTC tigersden.

On route back to Stawell on a huge 1200k road trip around the Mallee region. Wasn't sure what to expect when I pulled up, then I looked and saw! What a gem. Great place for a cache and thanks for the landmark - how cool the people that made this commented here too
Cache was found in the open. Tried to hide it best we could but had limited resources. Thanks for the find.
Great spot! Container was totally brittle and broken, have replaced with another container that we had on us but it's not that well camouflaged, we had nothing to colour it in.
TFTC!
TFTC!
I would like to thank scotty.fam.551 for taking the time to replace my cache for me, it is very much appreciated.
Oh, and welcome to geocaching.

Found it this time signed the log put in pink puffy snail sticker. Container is a little brittle. TFTC
My dad, sister and I actually made the bunny over 10 years ago!
Nice to see people appreciate it!! TFTC

Well this fella is a bit cute! A nice easy grab on the way from Marnoo to Stawell. TFTC
Staying a few days in St Arnoud we messed around this morning and before we knew it was after lunch. [:o)]
Decided to head out and see what we could find without too much thought of an agenda.
So much history in this region, just lovely.
Were supposed to be heading home now, but noticed this one out on it's own so a 20km detour and we were back where we started from.
Thanks for your cache to feed our GeoAddiction.

Suscoe set out on a journey to the west of St Arnaud this afternoon.
It was bright sunshine and with no wind it made for a perfect afternoon.
22 degrees and a magnificent blue sky, shame that everyone seems to be waiting for heavy clouds and lots of rain.
The dams are dry and everything looks thirsty.
This was our 16th find of the afternoon,
Not wabbit season here today, no wabbits, no ducks, a few sheep and one cache.
Thanks to tigersden for bringing us out here.

What a great piece of art! Thanks for highlighting it for us, and for the cache.
have driven past this wascaly wabbit many times but never stopped for a good look. thanks for making me stop, TFTC
Great wabbit but if you get close the Wabbit might bite [ BEES ], they are not near the cache. Merry Christmas to all. TFTC
An easy find, can't work out why the DNF's. The GPS lead me straight to it. This was our 100th find, and we were able to visit it with 2 trackables.
My first cache and I know exactly what the wabbit is, i live close. No canola flowers now But Bees are nesting IN where I think it is. I was chased and stung on my head twice. So let this be a warning! NOT SAFE! For a bit anyway. Oww
Went out of the way just to see this! Searched for cache, but to no avail. Maybe I was laughing to much and went straight past it? Will look forward to giving it another crack at a later stage
18 of 18 on a drive from Stawell for an afternoon of caching. Geo kiddies laughed hard at this wascally wabbit!! Took orange band, left yellow peg. TFTC!
I could see the waypoint on my GPS hopping closer.
But I really didn't need the GPS to tell me when I arrived at GZ.
The 'work of art' is pretty obvious from many metres away
I rolled the geomobile to a stop, still laughing !!
I would call this a Bunny, not a Wabbit !!

Find No. 427. Found at 4.20pm
An afternoon drive to Stawell to get a few caches in the area. FUF009 came with us along with our dog 'Penny'.
On our way home and our last find for the day. This certainly is a traffic stopper - an old stump turned into a work of art. This certainly is well worth a trip. TFTC

What a rabbit!!
I see this beastie quite often as I go to the local clay target club but haven't ever pulled over to have a good look. A quick and easy grab! TFTC

Find No.155 @ 1647
a few caches out this way with lots of empty space between. And with an arvo off work why not go caching. and get these ones.
1 year 2 months and 13 days since last visit and this cache is still surviving strong. protected form the elements by a resident spider making a web over it. got cache out without disturbing spider. and got a good photo of the "Wabbit"

Found by Mary & David at 1020. And what a suave rabbit he is! Just as well you've marked him with a cache, or we would have missed him. Great fun. Our thanks yet again to tigersden.
Brilliant, viva Le Bunny.
Initially approached from the wrong direction to "get it" but after I turned around and came back all became clear.

Is a good spot. I lived in callawadda for most of my life so to find one out there was brilliant. Also my dad contributed to accessorising the rabbit. Small world.
The things you see when you haven't got a gun, wascily wabbitt's sure come nice and big out here. As we had no gun we took a couple of shots with the camera, it probably wood have been a bit tough to cook up anyway. From here it went downhill, the GPSR pointed to a very likely location with a small un natural collection of rocks that had been spread around a bit with no container, we broadened the search a bit with still no luck so we rang a previous finder who confirmed our fears that the cache was gone. Fortunately we had a spare 200ml sistema and logbook with us but no stash note so we have replaced the cache as this spot is worth a visit
Heading Sth passed GZ then looked over my shoulder to see the Wascly Wabbit. Had the cache in hand within a few minutes, signed the log then continued my journey toward Murray Bridge via the long way round.
11.45am
Found by Roma and Max.
We were anticipating something unusual at GZ, and weren't disappointed, interesting use of an existing natural item!
We signed the log and made no exchange.
Thank you again tigersden for bringing us to this display of local imagination.
