After a wet camping trip nearby for a few caching events, this was the last cache I did before heading home. It rained again as I got back in the car, great timing!
Short little walk and cache was a quick find thankfully with those storm clouds looming again.
I was the first to find it since its been replaced, nice to see a fresh logbook!

Easy walk in, nice to avoid a bush bash for a change! GZ coords are about 10m off (my Garmin was at 2m accuracy). Wasn't hard to figure out though. Cache is slightly damp but functional TNLNSL TFTC
Thanks high pressure, I thought id take a Saturday morning stroll in the light drizzle to shake off some of those lock down cobwebs, regards from Vic
Nice walk in the sun. Log was very wet. Cowindent the log it's in is also wet.
Lots of muggles in the park. Signed and replaced then off to find more. Tftc

We failed to see any possums today. We did see a dog though. One other than Manfred. It didn’t want to play with my poor puppy Thanks for placing the cache Cache Guardians.
I needed a mental health walk in the forest, the dog needed a walk and I also needed to find a cache today for my calendar, so it was off to the majestic and very peaceful Kirth Kiln area nearby. Didn't see anyone else on our nice, short walk up and down the hills except a lone wallaby on the track just before GZ, otherwise, we had the place to ourselves.
A nice easy find, always a pleasure in bushland after walking uphill Plenty of small swaps for kids and log was slightly damp but still in great shape, 312 days of unloved for the spreadsheet and a peaceful mind, win win win.
Thanks for keeping this one in play.

What a great day for a cache!! Lovely hilly walk into this cache the surrounding in the sunshine. Didn’t see another person and the bush was just amazing full of birds and frogs.
We had been camping in the Kurth Kiln area and were just picking up a few caches on the way out with ilook4geo. It was another wet and dismal day, but at least we made successful finds at all of the caches we looked for.
This was a nice easy cache to find. Walked along the track after parking at the closest point to this trail. All was in good order with the container and log. We added two more signatures on the log, replaced into position and continued with the hunt. Thank you, hi pressure, for this cache placement.

Camping out with goingplaces2 in Kurth Kiln Regional Park, so went for a drive to pick up a few caches. Headed along the track and straight to this one. Signed log and replaced. TFTC.
Merry Christmas. OzHockeyChick, Geoturtle37 and I headed out today to do some caching. Nice relaxing day with next to know muggles and great weather. Nice quick find. Thanks for the cache.

While in the area today, I thought I should collect the cache too. I always seem to enjoy doing old Hi Pressure caches and this was no exception.
Lovely area for a stroll before lunch and the GPS coordinates were close enough that when I stopped staring at it, I spotted the obvious hiding place.
The container was a little bit wet, but the log file was perfectly fine.
Thanks for the cache hi pressure

While geokids and partner were off horse riding at nearby Nangana I took a solo side-trip into the forest in search of hidden treasure of the plastic-y kind.
This was the first of two finds this arvo (whilst also gathering info/clues on a couple of multis for revisiting at a later date).
Having parked the cachemobile at the beginning of Possum Track it was a pleasant walk to GZ; while a couple of lower points were a bit puddled and muddy, overall the track was dry, but I could see it being a bit slippery in damper conditions. The late afternoon sun streaming through the trees made for an attractive backdrop as well, and apart from some intermittent bird noise it felt pleasantly like I was the only soul for miles around.
Arriving at GZ the hide was an easy find, whilst being simply and effectively camouflaged from casual hikers-by. Signed the log, took nothing, left nothing - thanks for the cache and the walk, hi pressure.

After a couple of finds already in the area during light rain, I decided to remove my waterproof pants as they were annoying me and weren’t getting that wet so I assumed they were pointless. However, I decided to take the walking track to this one which I found overgrown in a number of places and wished I kept them on because my pants were now very wet. Fortunately the quick dry pants did their job but still didn’t help the fact the water soaked through to my underwear. Oh well, had fun though
Trudged all the way here (not too bad but there is a steepish hill involved and GPS led me to other side of track. After a fruitless search there I followed geosense and found it in one go! Sunny day after all the rain we've had lately makes it a very pleasant walk. TFTC
RIPPER walk along this track. Had a couple hours off between shifts so came for a cruise, sat and soaked up the lack of noise... amazing

Gee this part of the park is rather wet than the rest of it, but still enjoyed the slippery walk

Today we explored the area between Cockatoo and Three Bridges using geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find. Had to walk in as the tracks were gated and closed to cars.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Out with the family, enjoying the spectacular weather on this Anzac Day.
After the GPS sent us in totally the opposite direction, I soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for leading us to this pretty, quiet spot.

Had a great night camping in the park and headed out early to find this one. My Mazda CX-5 wasn't quite up to handling the mud on possum track so we walked in and found the cache. Thanks for the adventure!
Maintenance has been done by a supportive community. Thanks Team Thommo for freshening up this geocache. Another classic cache saved from becoming geo-litter...
I'm very excited to report that a group of like minded cachers are currently working on making arrangements to 'adopt' this cache cache, it may take some time for this to happen. I am more than willing to be the caretaker of this cache if that is able to happen.
I also have been trying to contact the owner to see it I can help in some way with the ongoing maintenance of this cache (even adoption if necessary).
This could take some time, please refrain from blocking this cache further to allow us time to complete our process.
Thanks for your consideration.

Found this today the log is dry and cache still in good condition please don't archive it there is no reason to it's still functional
I have had this one saved in my offline list for months, every time I'm out this way I always get distracted and run out of time, so today I made a point of finding it.
My geo family went and had some fun down at the dam while I went for a walk up this way. I haven't spent much time in the bush over this side of the park so I was eager to see what it would show me.
Upon arrival at the start I noticed the track was open to cars... hmm not sure if that is legally or illegally open but anyway I walked it as I prefer the stroll anyway.
As I had this one saved for so long I decided before I lost reception to refresh the geocache data, thats when I read that it had been disabled.
Upon arrival I made an easy find of a cache that is still in satisfactory condition, by the looks the last person did a good job drying it out and sealing it up.
Noting that the disable date was long ago I posted a quick note to say the cache was fine and no need to archive it, I am now very disappointed to see the cache has been archived by a reviewer from another state.
I know Crew 153 have a comprehensive list of archived but still available caches in Victoria so I hope this one makes the list.
TFTC hi pressure, I really appreciate your caches I hope they remaining ones live for a long time yet.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

Nice little walk from the road logs a bit damp but still managed to sign thanks for the cache!
Found it today after a nice walk along Possum track. Log book is damp, container does not seem to seal well. Would be worth someone taking a knife or something pointy and putting a small hole in the bottom to let the water out. TFTC.
Last one this afternoon. Sun coming out at last and had a moment with a large Kangaroo. Thanks hi pressure.
Another cache for the day. These tracks a very slippery in the wet but thats what makes caching a challenge thanks.
New geokid's first find. He was wrapt to find a scout badge which he swapped with a kangaroo keyring.
Good find while camping with new starters the hardings swapped coin for blue stone
Cache container seal must be leaking, lid on but full of water, we have emptied and dried as best we could but it needs a new bag and a replacement container.
A lovely dry track today and luckily the gate has not been locked yet. Cache was very wet, emptied contents and dried out as well as we could. Took wet stuff but not much to put back in sorry.
Beautiful view and a great place to camp I imagine! Last one of the day for us, TFTC
Quick find after a nice short walk through the bush, you can hear the serenity! With Midaho & Millsy tftc
Found this one with my group of scouts from first Belgrave South. Great location but very wet & muddy under foot. Cache very wet inside as well but still worth the hunt. Scouter Chips
Found @ 1:13pm, find # 3348.
A last minute day out with biggles1024, back to where we were a few nights earlier.
On the way to this one, we first stopped at the entrance to Possum Track but found that it was very muddy and chopped up with a 4X4 trying to negotiate its way along the track while slipping and sliding, we then decided to approach this one from a different direction. Our new way in was a lot better and a short time later we were a GZ where the cache was found quickly in an obvious location, upon opening the cache it was found to contain a lot of water with was emptied out, the log was signed and the cache replaced, now on to the next one.
Thanks to hi pressure for placing this cache.

Find #1294
I received a phone call from my caching partner, Stemicmitsar this morning asking me if I wanted to go caching today. Too right I did! I quickly gathered my belongings and we headed back to Kurth Kiln Park where we had enjoyed considerable success just three days ago.
This cache was one of our targets as it was nicely 'unloved' and it didn't look like it would be too difficult to find. We made our way towards GZ pausing at one track where we watched a 4X4 slipping and sliding along the muddy track. No way could we go down there in a street car and it was even too muddy to walk. We headed up the road to the next track. It was gated, but the track itself was very much dryer and covered in a nice, leafy carpet. We made good time to GZ and the find came quickly.
Water had entered the cache and the log was wet but still signable.

Hello Dirt-bikes !. Came across some dirt bikes stopping for lunch, had to abandon search. Even out in the middle of nowhere you come across muggles!. Came back a few hours later & found the cache. A little damp. TNSL TFTC

Found quickly after a short stroll along a muddy track then found the cache straight away which was a little damp inside but after a quick dry out should be ok for awhile this cache could have been adrive by if I had the 4 wheel drive as the gates were open and looked like someone's been down here collecting wood tftc high pressure no possums or any other animals spotted today
Got there in the end, be nice to have a 4x4 to go through here in, or a company car! TFTC, TNLN

The 3rd cache for me in this area today while taking some photographs. Heading in from the nearest path, I didn't think it was going to lead me close to GZ, so I bushbashed for 50m or so - and then found that the path had swung around, so it was an easier walk out.
TNLN, but did leave a coin that I'd picked up in another nearby cache.

Find # 1550
I had done very little caching during the last 2 weeks, so decided after mowing my front lawn to spend the afternoon caching in the Cockatoo and Gembrook areas. I started with one in Cockatoo which was yet to be found but after an hour searching came up empty handed. So I grabbed some lunch and headed for Gembrook.
I parked at the trail head and made my way towards GZ. I was initially on the wrong side of the track, but eventually the GPSr settled and I was able to find the well concealed cache.
Thanks again to hi pressure for the cache. TNLN. The inside of the container was a bit wet, but the log book was OK.

What better way to spend Australia Day than a day caching. With such good weather, the opportunity was too good to miss. It ended up being a big day and night of caching with not too many caches found but a lot of travelling (over 400km) and some top quality and hard caches found.
I started off caching during the day through Gembrook and into the Kurth Kiln Regional Park with my two boys, where we met sedgwickDave (& Amanda), with whome we spent most of the afternoon caching with; which the boys particularly enjoyed having the extra company; someone else other then dad, and I swear they talked the ears off poor Dave and Amanda ! After some dinner and getting the boys to bed, it was off to Koonwarra via Glen Alvie and Kongwak for a night cache run.
An interesting walk to GZ with one side of the track predominantly burnt trees from prevous bushfires and the other side unscathed. Pretty wierd. Along the way Dave was harrassed by a giant bug of some sort and with sticks in hand the battle was on; Dave eventually prevailed and won the day. It was great fun to watch.
Cache found and log signed, thanks for the hide.

Another fun find after a nice walk to GZ. Intresting to see that one side of the track had seen a recent bush fire (tree trunks black) and the other side no recent signs at all. While at GZ a large bumblee bee was harassting me and would not leave me alone so after some sword fighting with a stick which involved a alot of jumping around the bee finally left, hooray![B)] TFTC hi pressure, another of yours found today.

Thanks. Found on a camping trip to kirths kiln with my son and his friend. Cache was wet. Dried it out. Swap a cockroach for a glitter pen. 2 six year old had fun dodging puddles on the track
After starting off on the wrong track found this one quite easily once at GZ. Starting to rain which didn't bode well for the group of students we saw down the track. TNLN TFTC
