The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. Pity the owner hasn't done mainteance on this cache sounded like it might be a good one to try and replace but there is mistakes in the clues as well so looks like it will go to geocaching heaven.

13-Nov-11
Too many DNF's without a find on this one. Needs a check or archive ...

13-Nov-11
Not sure if recent floods have moved cache. Coords led to area where you could expect trolls

30-Oct-11
Was here nearly 8 months ago. Did the sums again with the same GZ result. Didn't find it. Hasn't been seen since January ...

09-May-11
This one was a bit too tricky for us. we had fun looking for it though, thanks.

27-Apr-11
this is a most awesome park and we were almost happy that this was a dnf as it gives us an excuse to come back. i am 99.9 percent sure i got the coords right but just in case looked in a few other places trolls would hang out but no cache could be found. thanks for the location though it was awesome!!!

27-Apr-11
couldnt find this one, spent ages searching GZ and all spots around that trolls hang out, and where sir gallahads sign was...
seeing the other DNF's makes me think it might be muggled? would love to know if its still there
on another note, when our geobabys old enough we'll certainly be stopping to have lunch here while he...and us play in the castle Big Grin

26-Apr-11
Pity we did not find this one. I got to wave to the train driver though!

26-Apr-11
Couldn't spot this one, pretty sure we had GZ down, but GPS wasn't behaving to well in troll territory, after a good search, gave up and moved on..

19-Mar-11
Brave Sir Robin failed to find this one, so he ran away ... empty handed.
Did the sums and quickly identified a likely GZ. Searched high, and higher, allowing for high water, but alas, did not find the quarry.
No trains at this time of the morning either.Sad
Another day ...

1445 Like Madstars, we were bewildered by dorsal scales - that's probably what caught us out. The clue told us where we thought it would be, but .... Thanks for the challenge!

09-Jan-11
Well this was a great cache for the kids, they loved the park.

Little miss madstars was busy playing princesses while mummy and daddy were trying to work out the clues.

We worked GZ to be about 285kms away the first and second time. We had trouble trying to work out what dorsal scales were????

We counted the fins, then the scales and then a few other things....

After a few minutes of thought while pushing little mr madstars I thought Algebra would also work.

I checked the hint.... Had a guess where GZ was and then looked at the GPS....

Worked out what A, B and C was and then then worked some simple algebra.

A few minutes later Mrs Madstars had cache in hand.

Thank you Carpo's Crusaders for another Mystery.... doh Multi Cache.... lol

Great Fun..

Found 14:30, we really enjoyed this cache Big Grin a heap of fun.
We did however find the cache on the ground Sad we returned it to a likely location, but suggest that the owner check that it has been returned to it's correct location. Perhaps a magnetic attachment would solve the problem of the cache falling from it's correct location.

TNLN, CSI=3, thanks Carpo's Crusaders.

geokids loved playing here, and also enjoyed the clues, and the find.
thanks very much! (from memory no swaps made here)

16-Dec-10
This was always a favourite spot with the geo-kid, thanks!

05-Dec-10
A few quick questions to answer and soon onto GZ. Found after 5 minutes then quickly moved over to watch the train crawl over the bridge. Wow it sure does slow down to cross. Thanks Carpo's Crusaders for an interesting find.

31-Jul-10
Found at 1915hrs in the dark. It is a little harder and more of a challenge to find caches in places like these at night. The clues were confirmed by the use of the gps and the final hiding spot had lots of places to hide. It came down to "where would I hide a cache?" It didn't take long once that question was answered. My parents use to stop here on our travels when I was younger and today I stop here with my kids on trips east. A great place to stop and rest.
No swaps today

18-Apr-10
A hard find but worth it.

16-Apr-10
All good, still where it is supposed to be. Some muggles about racing some remote control cars, Geokid wasmost impressed! Quick TB swap while there.

09-Apr-10
Thought we had all the details for the find, but no luck locating the cache. Oh well maybe next time we are in town...........Thanks for the challenge

07-Apr-10
Working in Stratty and had just the TB to drop here. Look out he'll take over this place.

27-Mar-10
I donned the chainmail for this cache Razz

Mid afternoon on a Saturday the battlements were heavily defended by muggles.
Battling through their ranks there was just one thing I HAD to do before I continued on my quest for the grail.

I'm sure anyone with even the most stagnant imagination will know what that was when they turn up here Wink
It didn't budge [:o)]

Then I answered the other questions three, 'ere the cache I see.
With the coordinates worked out I bravely wandered off to fight the troll Big Grin
I had a bit of luck here and found the cache within just a couple of minutes.
Something about flood levels suggested that I look there first Razz

1235 Did an Eastern Blockie today - 285ks for the closest 15 caches. Second time around and I brought the husband - I says "go get it", so he went and got it. I reckon the terrain should be a little more than a 2. TFTC Carpo's Crusaders

Found by Greg 1225H 28/01/10. It took two attempts to locate this one. Extremely well hidden cache. So many places to look and so little time. TNLN TFTC

Finally, after 3 goes and help from the owner in the final stage - the cache was in hand. We even got to see the 4:25pm train arriving (Twice). Thanks Carpo's Crusaders it was worth the challenge. The park is always fun to visit and watch the kids playing at 'Pirates'

After 3 attempts at this one, we have given up. We rechecked our calculations today which lead to the same place - lots of hidey holes !!! We even watched the train go by. Will wait for developements since we pass this place fairly frequently.

Cheers.................

I called in the assistance of the Tealby B-Team to no avail. He made a valiant effort climbing to new heights but failed to uncover a cache. I was tempted to phone a friend on this one, but it was a bit of a hike back to the car for my phone, so I'll have to leave this to next time. A great playground though - a shame Biggles303 is now too old to enjoy it.

Rex was the TB I dropped off.

We found this cache at 5:55pm as the 28th of 43 on our Sale or No Sale Tour with Alansee, Pprass and Acts2YouthGroup. A quick whip though the math and off to find the cache. So that's how this place got it's name. The trains came-a-lot through here. Pprass made the find after we all scratched around all the possible hides for a few minutes. Thanks from D B-A.

Found in the company of pprass, Rabbitto and Acts2youthgroup on a fun but tiring caching day today. An interesting playground as we approached and we can see where the name came from. Once at gz the cache took a few minutes before being found by pprass. It took us almost as long to get it back too! Saw the sword on the way out.

22-Nov-09
Found at 6.00pm GAFF1 in the company of Acts2YG, Alansee and Rabbitto on a very successful tour of east Gippsland.
Walking past the playground, we wondered if the little muggles of this town would be happy to play here or be frightened out of their skins seeing the monsters!
Courtesy of Alansee's clever calculations, GZ was worked out without any trouble and then the march to GZ was on. Enjoyed the short walk and the search was interesting with the cache found in a good spot.

Thanks Carpo's Crusaders for a lovely cache and a great location.

ps - we replaced the cache where we thought was where it was found, but it didn't quite look right, so please check the cache as soon as you can just to be sure it isn't going to fall out.

22-Nov-09
This was cache # 40 of 45 for the day, In the company of Alansee, pprass & Rabbitto, the cache was found at 1755 on our tour of Gippsland. This was a great park and a great place for a cache, we all searched the area of GZ before pprass laid hands on the cache. I wonder how many kids have tried to pull that sword out. My thanks to Carpo's Crusaders for the cache.

22-Nov-09
Found it with Stinga4 after my morning run. So many good hidey spots here.
Left a Kanga keyring TN Droppen off a TB. Thanks Carpo's for the search.

Went with jimmymaff to find it, not so great in thongs!! Tftc Smile

17-Nov-09
Picked up Hillbridge on the way home. I let him count while I worked the numbers. This was to check his theories and observation skills against his Colorado use. Well, after I counted the scales we moved off in the right direction. However, credit due, he does have good cache findings skills, once on site Wink Thanks Carpo and Co for the cache. This time we needed no help, apart from counting. I hope you have a lot of fun at the park watching other Cachers trying to be incognito.

Found at 1733hrs
Quich trip with fellow cacher Undies after work. Nice park, must bring the little one for a play one day, BBQ even.
After a bit of counting and calculating, we stuffed it up, well kinda, we did some more theory on the co-ord's and off we set to the GZ, after short search we had the cache in hand.

We were just kicking back at home resting after yesterday's caching session when Mrs E told me we were off to a FTF - whereabouts I ask (thinking another full tank of fuel Red Face)? The reply, 300 metres from home Big Grin!!! So off we go on foot to 'the park' and let Master and Miss go crazy (great cover as there were muggles about) whilst we quietly counted and added. A brief stroll and the cache was soon in hand. We took the FTF Geocoing to move along and left another GC for another finder to move along. Thanks Carpo (and little Carpo) for the interesting and imaginative cache. Elmer and the Eee's! Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin
