Looks like it has gone missing. It's had a good run and as we are seldom in this area now will retire it. Thanks for all the visitors and comments
NZ road trip with Schlitz13. On our tour we had the time to look for some caches. We found them, and some special places of interest or great views.

Today we had to leave the North Island and took the ferry in the morning to get over to Picton. We decided to take the scenic route via the highway SH6, not the coastal highway. We stopped very often, because of the wonderful views on the way. I placed a cache up here on the North Island and hope it will be published soon.
A quick park and grab on our way on the sceneic route today.

additional information: I will change my geocaching alias name from 'Schlitz13' to 'Megalodon'

We decided on a trip east today to pick up a few new caches and finish what we ran out of time to do last trip. We were just about to get out of the car when a couple of muggle cyclists appeared on the pathway, we very quickly recognised them as the geopopnz whom we had also had the pleasure of bumping into recently at a cache in Motueka. A pleasant conversation ensued before we each went on our way. TFTC.
As we pulled over familiar faces peered at us from under cycle helmets. Always good to see local fellow cachers. While Holymu took care of the social aspect I did the honours. Until we meet again Mr and Mrs Geopops. TFTC
Staying in Momorangi Bay for the week and our first day out caching was such a success that the group expanded to 3cars. Accompanied by [red] Ariestiger [/red], [brown] JRK71 [/brown] his Wife and Mum to [blue] Ben1998 [/blue] & Johnny. Kid Muggles: Luca, Jade & Alex and now new cachers ([green]Grant + Wendy007[/green]) Takes alot longer when you have more people This was our 2nd stop of a long day heading into Havelock. Had to make sure everyone was quite as it was a Wednesday. Thanks for the cache
Found after a bit of rummaging - trying not to look too dodgy in the process! TFTC.
Took a bit of searching as there are 2 of the same type of feature at GZ! Found it quite quickly though. TFTC.
Yet another detour from Blenheim to Picton to find a few last caches on the mainland before heading home to Auckland. Cache soon spotted and logged TFTC.

This cache was found as part of my epic as move down south to Christchurch from Auckland - A drive that involved around 3,000km, 350 caches, 14 days, and a bit of a detour through East Cape, Gisbourne, Napier/Hastings, some back roads in the Wairarapa, Cape Pallisier and Nelson/Tasman as well as every CANZ cache along the way that I was still missing. (Hence my excuse for the not as interesting log as I usually try to make mine.) But thanks to every awesome amazing as cacher that placed caches along these roads, you made my trip awesome, and very cache happy!
Decided to take the scienic more pretty coastal route to Nelson along the coast, and collected up this cache along the way.
TFTC!!

An evening visit so it was all quiet at gz. The cache was found after a short search. TFTC
Found it while having a deserved break on a mountainbike trip. TFTC Travel bug visited!
There were lots of places it could have been but thankfully it was the first place we looked.
TFTC. Located under cover of darkness with Flobberworm back on 20.4.2011. As I was driving nearby today if showed up on my GPS as unfound....sorry just forgot to log it.
Had to wait till school is out, there was someone just behind the window nearby.
Easy afterwards, still the last possible (hint) place i looked at.

Tried it 3 times before, dnf and muggles, but this time a ray of light hit the box and made it visible. TFTC
A nice little cache, although it would definitely be a no-go during school time I would say. Our 300th cache! TFTC

Visited this one, travelling arround N.Z. Thanks for the great things we see. Logtime 10.05
Got to just this one out of numerous caches along this beautiful scenic route. Wish I had time for them all... TFTC!
A quick find on a bit of a diversion on my way to Picton this afternoon. Signed log, TFTC.
Farm opposite very busy with much milking in the marshes! Staff near the cache must wonder about odd people pretending to use a GPS as a phone whilst they fossick about in the bushes. Tempted to take little purple fuzzy-haired doll in cache but had no gifts to relace it with.Sigh! TNLN TFTC.
A quick stop on our way through the sounds - a little hard a middle aged couple looking un-suspicious hovering round the entrance this establishment !!! but we gave our best shot - dont think we were noticed !! a quick sign of log and we were off thanks for the cache
Well this has to look good an older couple outside of this premise!!! Luckily we found the cache without any unwanted attention and return after signing. TFTC
Was a quiet day here today,Was a fairly quick find by Mr L,Thanks for the cache.
Quick find. A good friend of mind was the sole teacher/Headmaster here a few years back. TFTC
Took us a while to find this, when it really shouldn't have, because we did it under the cover of darkness without a torch. TFTC!
Plenty of traffic on the road today, so it required a little patience on my part, to retrieve, sign and replace the cache TFTC
Was taking a day trip around the sounds when we came across this cache, was going to leave it BUT as we arrived at GZ we noticed that school was still in and that we were able to park right next to GZ. A quick search at the co-ords came up with the cache, sign and returned back quietly and we were on our way again. What an interesting spot for a cache, thanks for bringing us here, TFTC TNLNSL (3139)
Easy find on a wet morning and still had to keek out of muggles sight, tnln sl tfth
Arrived at the same time as the school bus arrived to pick up the school bus. They were soon on their way leaving Old Boots and me a clear way to the cache site. TFTC
Quick cache and dash whilst avoiding local Dad muggles dropping off at school! TFTC
