Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Back in Canberra for ANZAC day. With a late start trying to catch up on some lost sleep from yesterdays early start for the Dawn service. Headed out locally to convert a few smilies.TFTC betchern0t

Nice quick find on my walk this afternoon, barely managed to fit my name at the bottom of the log, then replaced as found.Happy to report that the cache is in good condition and the log nice and dry, but totally full and needs replacing.Greetings from MelbourneTftc
In Canberra for GeoBash 2024. Had an awesome time and joined up with Rebel Acts for some epic caching fun. We tackled tricky puzzles, found loads of caches, and had a great time meeting old and new caching buddies. This is one of the caches we found whilst in Canberra.Cheers for the cache.

I found your D1.0/T1.5 Micro Traditional called Betchern0t Quaking on 27 March 2024. It was find #18903 for me. Thank you betchern0t for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of Australian Capital Territory.
We are at Canberra and seeing so many geocachers every where we go. We have had a mixed bag of DNF's, Finds together with we have no idea if the cache is missing or if it is in place hiding in the foliage of the trees, Our haul of geocachers have included basic 1 T x 1 D up to 4.5 in both difficulity and terrain. All in all we have had a fantastic day. SL TFTC
Something special or unusual goes here:Another nice quick find. The Generic Bit:The Capital Geobash Adventure 2024. Day 5: Cruising Canberra Today myself, Anymules and Muff1 set out to try and find a few caches. A lot of puzzles were solved over many months preparing for this trip so we wanted to grab a few of those. So we cruised around just following our noses and finding caches. Today it was a real case of all those that wander are not lost. ***Thanks betchern0t for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Logs prepared and published through GSAK.
Continuing my very very gradual meander up the creek, I stopped here this evening to pick up this reasonably convenient trad.Even at dusk, the nearby path was pretty well-utilised and I had to pick a gap in the passersby to wander over to this tree and circled it once before locating a familiar hide, adorned with two snails on this occasion. My name was added to the logbook before everything was replaced and I began my trek back in the early evening. Thanks to betchern0t for the hide!
Quick find this morning while out on a walk before playing some bridge at the Rex Hotel. Thanks to betchern0t for the cache . Greetings from New Zealand
Stroll after school enjoying spring in the local area and enjoyed stumbling on a cool little adventure park en route to cache. TFTC Betchrrn0t!
Fun, but the clue sort of ruined for me, so I would recommend doing it without the clie
After deciding on a spontaneous Geocaching trip this morning, I decided on finding some more caches around the middle of Canberra before the event in the late afternoon. I headed straight for a solved puzzle around ‘Lake Burley Griffin’ plus others nearby. Then I headed to the other side of the lake and found a few labs and whatever caches that were nearby. Afterwards, I headed to the parking area of the event and arrived very early at about 3:40pm. The event only started at 5:30pm. So, I decided on finding the nearby Trads and a lab. This added 8 more to the total for today. For the event, of course I was the first to arrive and I after signing the log sheet, I didn’t stay to long as I needed to get back home which is a 2.5 hourish drive. Overall, I made 32 finds today and enjoyed every minute of it. TB visit on all caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found today and for allowing them to bring me and the caching community enjoyment. TFTE & TFTC’s!
Having arrived at the event so early, I decided on going for the walk around the area to find the nearby caches which included this one. A nice quick find here and now onto the next one. It's always nice to find a pre-2010 cache.

#1615 What would have been a park and grab ended up being a match of the waiting game. Having arrived at GZ after many people had finished work there was many individuals riding past on their bikes. So even though I had spotted the cache upon reaching GZ I had to wait for a gap to be able to retrieve it. This was then repeated when I went to return it, unfortunately someone had stopped nearby where a rope swing was hanging from another tree. After picking the right moment when they had their back turned the cache was returned and I headed in my way to make a couple more finds this afternoon. Thanks Betchern0t for the hide!
Glad to finally avenge my DNF from almost 11 years ago to date. Easy find when I have the correct clue (ha take that @darkmadviking). I have no idea why it took eleven years to make attempt number 2.
Thanks for the fun.
