This is Gu's Cache and unfortunatly I have forgotten his password! This is indeed gone, we went to look for it on Saturday and could not find it, we are tossing up weather to replace or archive. Will advise either way
On our way north to the farm and pulled down here. letting the kids nav from the back seat is an interesting exersice. Stopped right on top of some road kill which was just ripe. We let the kids looose and drove off down the road to turn around. As we returned sore a couple of hitch hikers and decided to be nice and picked them up.
JABs.

Needs new log book and pencil as its full! Lovely sunny day for a highway detour
Dropped in on the way down to Hobart. It was very quiet here today - only the sound of a couple of large logging trucks going past! I could imagine how noisy it would get when an event was running.
Thanks GURipper.
Thanks GURipper.
A nice quick find on my way back home. Signed name on bottom corner of back page. Thanks for the hunt GURipper.
Found this on geoniece's way home from a stay in Hobart. We had a few DNFs so far on the trip, so were pleased to actually find this one.

Grabbed this on the way home to Hobart. Have often seen the sign pointing the way at the turnoff. Now we are home they are flat out advertising the next meeting. Might even wander up. The logbook is full and we didn't have a replacement. TFTC Cheers Quilter
Couldn't resist coming out for a look at the drag strip. Was a bit disapointed you can't see more of it from the road.

Bugger, took the wrong car today. The cache mobile would have not been quick enough but our other cache mobile just might have. TFTC
Easy find. Cache quite exposed so tried to hide it more carefully. Can see why event days are not recommended! TFTC
Found with Hoterini. Cache out in the open. Put back where we thought it belonged. SL left nothing.
Out in the open. Put back where I think it should be. Pen is a bit touchy so may pay to take your own. Plastic bag getting a little worn

Found this cache on a cold foggy morning when we could barely see across the road. There was plenty of evidence of recent hoon work on the entrance to the facility that we could not copy since our cache-mobile is totally underpowered. The CEyres will have to come here one evening for a meeting. No swaps, we just signed the log and enjoyed the break in our journey.
I took this short diversion off the highway and soon found the cache. Quite a busy stretch of road! TFTC.
Nearly gave up on this one til Chumpy 1.5 pointed out the clue looking at me! TFTC
Quick find, found at 0849hrs. Never been to the drags here, but have attended meets at Castlereigh in NSW. TFTC and cheers OldSaint.
The only cache we could find in the dark on the way home from Hobart after several other very cold failed attempts.

No rev heads present at the time but plenty of frogs were serenading a beautiful sunset. Last cache on the way home. TFTC
There were two raceway caches to find in this area and this one was the first.
Many years ago I lived at Cressy so I knew this road well. No caches in those days but this one was just a short detour from the highway

Great spot for a cache! We hadn't driven up that way before... We're heading back to sydney tonight so the travel bug is destined for Oatley, NSW!
Made the short trip off the highway into here, I didn't even know it existed. Nice little hide, quiet road, so retrieved and re-hid easily. Thanks for the cache and the beginning of a little education on motorsports.
I knew we should have braved the weather last week!!! 2nd to find but nonetheless a good hide. Took horse pin and left soldier. TFTC
