What an awesome view!! But first to find the cache. Even with the hint I still took way longer to find the cache. But it was soon in hand and log signed. My muggle friend didn't even get out of the car and look. I was super impressed at the view. Nothing like this in Epping. A fantastic place to hide a cache. Gets a favourite point from me. Thanks hi pressure for bringing me here.

I’m having this week off as others at work had the Easter break off so it was my turn and another trip up North to Mildura was planned.
I left Melbourne nice and early on Friday to get a few caches in on the way up to Culgoa.
My main aim of the weekend at Mildura was to finish the Turtle series and to start the Paddle Steamer series so all good on those 2.
So after a great 3 days in Mildura then an over night stop in Boort and then Euroa time to head to Marysville for the weekend to catch up with friends.
I was not taking the most direct route as I wanted to drive through some old towns that are now only dots on the map and I want to take the back roads as well.
7 hours to do what is a 312 kms direct trip then 6 hours to do 211km direct trip I really must be taking the round about way.
Yesterday was another 6hr trip which if you go by a direct route should be110kms
After a nice feed at the Duck Inn last night a day of exploring while waiting for my friends to arrive.
A great spot to stop and take a few pics of the area and take in the view.

Thanks hi pressure TFTC.

On a road trip to the area with our caching friends to see the sights and pick up a few caches. This was the first cache for the day, one which our caching friends had done so while they admired the view and took pics Mrs Pooky ventured towards the cache and it wasn't long before she had it in hand. TFTC and bringing us to this spot. Great Views. TNLN

Waited all winter trying to get to the snow but lockdowns stopped those plans. However today's winter blast gave use a sample of winter and a few caches too!

Small scamper and found. Was raining at this point. Cache in good condition.

Thanks to hi pressure for the placement and fun.

Find this two weeks ago, my app was playing up so I could only go off the location on the map and metres away from me. But I managed to find it!! Didn't have a pen, so didn't leave a note. But the view is stunning!

After a beautiful walk around Lake Mountain, we stopped on our way down the mountain to admire the views... Oh and to look for this cache. It took a couple of minutes to find, and I spotted a former swap from the container before locating the cache itself. That was a bit lucky! Glad to be able to add this to my smiley collection. A few personal trackables were visited today. TFTC hi pressure

Now on our way back to town after a trip to the lake, or was it a mountain. We'd missed stopping here on the way up but crossed the road for a look on the way down - and it was well worth it.

Anyhoo, after taking the necessary pickies, I trotted over the road and following a squiz at the hint Red Face was soon signing the log at 14:45 to mark our 5300th traditional find.

TNLNSL, although a bunch of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks once again hi pressure.

Find 3 of 5 for the day and #2242 in total.
Found by Echo! (Echo 1 - Spice 2)

Spent quite a bit of time on this one so we cracked the hint which didn’t initially help, then the penny dropped and we went straight to it.

(“\(0o0)/“) Thanks Cache Guardians for the caching fun!

Driving back from caching around Cumberland falls, stopped here to get this nice quick cache and day1976 kindly offered to get out of the warm car to find the cache. He found this cache open on the ground near the coordinates, with only one piece of logbook paper nearby. He signed the single piece of paper and placed the cache back where it should be, but will definitely need maintenance.

Today was about getting Ilukaperi’s 500th cache at Warburton, and then heading up to Cumberlan Creek, Marysville and then home via the Black Spur, picking up caches when we could. We had my daughter’s car, which used to be my wife’s car and was the very first car that I used to go caching with when I started caching, so it felt right.

By now we had finished at Cumberland falls and we were making our way back home, just grabbing caches that were close to the road as we had done enough walking and our jackets, beanies, gloves etc were soaked.

Found this cache without its lid on, just a few meters from where it was supposed to be. There were a couple of swaps lying around and I found one piece of the notepad. I was able to write our names on this single piece and place the cache back to where it is supposed to be, but it will need maintenance.

Down from Queensland for a two weeks holiday and enjoying the spring flowers, rail trails and hiking spots in this beautiful part of the world. Additionally there is always some time left to pick up a few caches. Today we are exploring the Marysville area and this cache is the first one to be picked up. TFTC

On our way home from a fantastic weekend spent in Marysville, we stopped at this location and took in the magnificent views. No muggles to bother us, we began our search. I don’t know if we were tired but it took us quite awhile to find this, even after reading the clue. Thank you for the cache and bringing us to this beautiful spot.

23-Sep-18
What a view

15-Jul-18
Found by edmil and Maddie @3:10pm.
After locating a cache in town we were inspired to take on another and took on the challenge. The cache was an easy find though care had to be taken as there were a lot of muggles near the location. Long signed and cache replace in hide.
We have been regular visitors to the area over the years and were devastated when the fire went through, it took us over 18 months to get back to the area and since then have been watching the changes to the town take place. While the town continues to rebuild and adjust, the scars to nature are still very much evident.
Thanks for the cach.

Love the view, shame it was 8pm as the photos weren't as good as the real view.

Once examined more closely the 'pyramid ' became obvious.

We were coming down the mountain, shaking the snow off our 4wd. We pulled over for a photo.
It was dark, cold and wet... so we skipped the photo and just signed the cache log!
