First time out geocaching after a long break. Nice easy find along the track.
TFTC, great spot. Was hard to get the paper out of the jar but we managed, roled it as tight as possible for next person, and left some swag.
Out exploring the tramway for the first time decided to do a spot of caching on the way back at GZ a quick find all is good with the cache despite surprisingly long between finds TFTC
Couldnt get the newest paper log out of the glass tube so signed a floating bit of paper instead fairly quick find and find #1 for me today tftc
Made it up to this one as a few spits here and there made contact from above. Made like a tree when gleefully chatting young Muggles came within earshot and walked past.TNLNSL.TFTC ...
Caching on the Sunshine Coast today with Kolour and geodoggo Bella, after attending the event at Buderim this morning we targetted nearby caches and a small collection of oldies.
I really enjoyed the walk along here, such a lovely area. The cache was quickly found, log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks Green Team 2 and Konie for the cache.

Today Willis007 and I came up to Buderim for an event and found a few caches afterwards.
We really enjoyed our walk here though it was very busy with families and dog walkers.
We headed up the hill for a quick find, with a little boy on the track below asking his parents if he could go up here too - the answer was no . Tftc

We were dropped off at the top of the track, to collect the four Geocache enroute. Our ride will meet us at the bottom, a very enjoyable walk, but one has to watch for raised roots on the track.
Contents wet and mouldy but log book dry . Took a little bit to find, however prominent track to location.
By this stage of our morning jog along the old tramway, the geokids had already left me in their wake. A bloke with a dog walked past me in the opposite direction and he said: "Give them another year and they'll be miles ahead of you!" Thanks, mate.
Once he'd moved on, I quickly spied a likely hiding spot for this one and soon had the cache in hand. Bit of damp stuff in the container, but also a perfectly dry replacement log, which I signed and replaced, before lumbering after the small people once again. Thanks for the cache, Green Team 2 / Konie!

24/5/2023 Find #6125
With SaintsMadHouse out of todays adventures as she wasn’t feeling well, I decided to head north alone today and grab a few of the older caches I just had not yet managed to clear once I had finished a nice relaxing acupuncture session.
I had headed here with the old cache as my goal to end the day, however with that done, I decided I probably should check the map as I wanted to walk the rest of the track anyway. Good thing I did, as there were a few cache stops along the way for me to grab on my return from the far end.
Making my way back I passed a few muggles and hoped I wouldn’t have too much trouble shooting off to grab the last cache or two through here.
Nearing this one I passed two people, and thought I’d be fine, even after one commented that they wondered just what I was thinking as I passed them (obviously in regards to their conversation) …. Except they turned around to head back almost exactly where I passed them. Oh great!! Time to walk double speed as they weren’t going all that fast.
Out of sight I quickly headed up to GZ to make my find but wasn’t quick enough signing and returning the cache before I heard their voices getting closer along the track. Oh poop!
My options were to dash out and look super suss or wait until they passed and then head out behind them. I opted for the second option, which worked well but meant I had to keep going slow and stopping until they were far enough away, as passing them would have raised some serious eyebrows and I still had one more cache find to go.
Thanks for the cache Konie.

Thanks for the cache Konie.
Found while out with muggle mum. Didn’t have a pen but took a pic. Will come back and sign log another day.
Following a nearby target find for my day, it was a no-brainer to look for the caches on this Tramways Trail. I missed the first cache on the trail, as there were muggles close by, so this was my first find on the trail. What a gorgeous location!
At GZ, I was grateful for the tree, as I had to hide from muggles walking on the track. It was an easy find. After signing the log and replacing the cache, I had to de-leach myself. Not wire of the correct terminology here. De-leach, un-leach, dis-leach, whatever. They’re gross! TFTC

Removed the very wet log book and left a clean sheet in a glass tube inside log.
Found it but the cache needs maintenance. Water had entered the container and the contents, including the log book were saturated.
Great hideaway in the less obviously Tree! Took a bit for us beginners. Wet inside. Needs new book and pen. Thanks
Konie I found your cache Missed the Tram on 15/6/2022, 1:00 pm. This is my find 3518 and find # 5 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Great cache thank you! The log book was water damaged so it will need to be replaced and take a pen.
Quick easy find. Followed geotrail. Cache needs maintenance everything is soaking inside. Log unsignable. Tftc lovely walkway.
Continuing our walk, we felt so happy to have been able to visit this area. It was definitely not something we would have imagined we would be visiting and the scenery and bushland was beautiful.
Thanks Konie. A beautiful walk and lovely travels to this Geocache !

On the way down the GPS had a rather daunting opinion. However on the way back it fortunately changed it's mind and the cache was soon in hand and log duly signed. TFTC.
Enjoying a lovely day out caching with our team called GGEDS (georode, grannysmith1947, E_Smiley, domsky and Snickersallan)
It was a great time had by all with lots of good hides found and with many laughs along the way.
Nice find here, many hands make light work.

Great day out with Teams GGEDS or G2EDS (georode, grannysmith1947, Domsky and Snickersallan targetting tree fishing caches/(or caches with special tool required attribute), solved puzzles, oldies caches and other caches along the way.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here Green Team 2 and Konie. Handheld GPS made the find quicker.

Found it, reasonably easy, until I had a fall towards the end. Be careful, it’s a little slippery
TFTC. Great container, everything inside dry. Nice carpet snake at start of the walk as well
Followed what I thought was a geotrail but ended up on the wrong side of the gully. Quickly found when I followed the GPS. Thanks for the cache
Unfortunately this was my only find on my stroll down Mons and back up again (It was more of a hike than a stroll walking back!) The co ords bounced a lot so it made for a long search until I found the right tree and made the find. Thanks for bringing me down here Green Team 2 and Konie.
Had a great day out around Nambour, Mapleton and Woombye collecting virtual stamps in my book for the Wonders of the World souvenir promo. Followed the awesome track then departed and followed the geotrail to a nicely hidden container.

I rode through here exploring the trail a while back and without internet just floundered around in the bush not knowing what or where or who, so after a while left flustered to just enjoy the scenery.
This time round i came prepared with a little log reading and accurate gps which me right to where i wanted to be. Of course i chose the hard way to get there, don't do this.
I was soo close last time too!
Thanks greenteam2 for placing a cache here a few years back now and konie for keeping it alive!
Cheers!!

A short deviation from the main track soon had cache in hand. Writing stick failed will return to sign. Retrieved TB yuma. TFTC
Thank goodness for geotracks... it is hard to look innocent when dog walkers go past... thanks for bringing us here... left some American coin....
the very best base of tree! What a super set of caches with quality treasures inside.
I am often heard to say that I am not fond of small children. Caching ones however are a pleasant exception and a cute little one today pointed straight to the treasure for TeamARF as I sweated it out down the other side of the track checking every tree!!! Bless his little soul!!
Two modes of transport and I missed them both. Wasn't too worried about missing the train as its schedule was all over the place, but the trams should be a lot more reliable. Not having time to wait, it was shanks pony to the rescue.
Searching the area for the cache, a couple and their two kids approach. I stand still in my sky blue shirt / bright red nose and blend in with the natural bush setting. Somehow the lead kid spots something not quiet right and looking right at me he asks 'are you looking for the treasure'? Ahh my guardian angel delivered this ankle high little person to direct me to the cache. The first piece of advise he offers is your looking on the wrong side of the track, then if you follow this geotrail to that tree, you should find the cache. Brilliant!!
The family disappear and no other muggle / ex cachers appear which enables me to quickly sign the log and get back to the car. Thanks Konie for keeping this oldie operational.

Out on the short trail there were a few people walking their dogs and it’s always nice when the dogs come up to you and the owners stop to let you pat them. I always offer to pat the owners as well but no one has taken up the offer just yet.
This morning we got to pat 4 dogs although I have stumbled across a recurring them where the dogs brush me and head for my wife and kids. It’s one of the disadvantages of having an ugly mug. The advantage though is that it also keeps snotty kids from coming up for a pat.
At GZ it was up to me to scramble up to check the couple of likely spots and the cache was soon in hand. If only all the friendly dogs knew how hollow they make me feel on the inside when they dodge me. tftc

Monday. We were out today looking for just a few caches and we discovered this small gorgeous trail. I imagined the little rail with its wagons rolling along this track, getting a bouncy ride but I would have loved to have travelled on this rail line along here. We saw a geotrail off the track and Luke raced up before I could start to read the cache details. He found this cache quickly – he was on fire today! We listened to the birds and as we made along our way along the track, we passed several people, some with dogs and even before we got to this cache, we passed a small group of women who were painting and who also had a dog with them. It was like grand central station along here today!
This was the 1st of 4 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Konie***, for showing us this place.

Enjoyable morning walk in the forest. Love the centipede props on tree oh, they weren't props
A nice walk in to the bush along the tramway. A few hills later, and found the right GZ.
Okay, looking at the clues, where is likely spots. Check here, check there, and Aha moment finally came. Having to hide behind a tree whilst logging this to avoid the muggles walking today.
Cache and log are in excellent condition.
Thanks for bringing me to this site.
