We’re chasing some DTs we want today, grabbing others along the way as well…. In fading light we decided to divert along this road for the two trigs, grabbed the trad on the way - trigs are easier to find in the dark!

Great walk Easy find .Done it about 5 years ago thought I would have a look again today on way past .
Nice and Easy find found whilst Walking along the track. Before that we went to the beautiful lookout. TFTC
Nice easy find and great views after a nice walk and some orienteering. Found with aspitbiker and famished fox. TFTC.
Stopped off for a walk after grabbing a couple of the lookout caches. Nice to stretch some aching legs which were sore from recent orienteering activities around Lithgow. TFTC and a lovely little walk.
Black stump not so black anymore, has started to turn green with re growth, good find easy
A short hike down to GZ. The track was covered in small spider webs. So once I managed to make my way through the maze of webs, I finally had cache in hand. Tftc
Found whilst out on a bike ride. Unfortunately pen is dead so I could log in the book. But will bring one and do it soon
Went through the bush got hit in the face with branches. Then found the track and the cache. TFTC
An easy walk down to GZ after finding the neat little track. Didn't see the brush turkey but did hear a lyrebird belting out a chorus of sounds.
No real requirement for the 4WD here
Any car can make it to the closest point to GZ
But only a mountain bike or working pair of feet will cover the last few hundred metres to GZ
Easy cache find once in the right spot !! [^]

First find for the new year! After disappointment earlier in the day this one was pretty easy to track down! PS. The hint is very helpful if needed
Cooler today and so much better for geocaching and towing our caravan up the hill to the Blue Mountains. This was one of the caches we targetted and were able to find. We will base ourselves here at Lake Wallace near Lithgow for a few days and check out this area. It has been several years since we last visited. Not much in the way of views today with the low mist. Thanks to rogerw3 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
#4352- bikerbuddy and I headed to Lithgow today as I had some business up there. Not the sort of day you'd pick to do caching- wet, foggy and pretty miserable really, but we do need the rain.
We were just about to wrap up the day as we thought we had to be back to drop the youngest at work, but plans change... we had a little longer. This had been the next on our list. Once we found the track it was an immediate find at the end, having only been found yesterday. Thanks

Out with JJCC on a caching run to Lithgow and beyond. After completing some early morning chores in Richmond, we headed up the mountain and made our fifth cache find for the day.
After collecting a FTF at a nearby multi we continued down the road towards the lookout and picked up Bracey's Voyager before heading back along the road to this cache. Finding a spot to park safely off the road, we crossed the road and found a bike track which we followed down to GZ. A relatively quick find was made at GZ. After finding the container we both signed the log before replacing everything as found. Both the cache container and log are in good condition.

The following TBs came through for the mileage: Bob geoMinion, Dave geoMinion, Evil geoMinion, Jerry geoMinion, Larry geoMinion, Mary Hyde's Treasure, Stuart geoMinion, teamMerlin's 7 Deadly Ducks Tag (Lust) & Vanlith The Youngling.

This is the third cache visited this afternoon and finally we find the box. Unfortunately I can not find myself with my crutches. But by the time I go down the path the children found the box. I'm still with Roo, Damien, Logan and Seth. Exchange of objects.
I come from Switzerland to visit my australian family.
Thanks for the cache.

Found with Orrsome86 and my son while touring the area. We had a visit to the Glow Worm Tunnel, then a few choice spots with amazing views and landscapes. After we split up with the others we picked out a few high elevation caches to help qualify for a challenge.
A nice drive up the mountain. A park at the top, then a winding walk down tot he cache. Found after the GPSr settled.
Thanks for the altitude and cache!

Sixth cache of the day. After driving around Newnes Plateau Tombi wanted to find a few caches that were above 1100m. This was the second one on his list. We drove past a suitable parking spot did a five point turn and returned. We then followed a nice track down and around to the cache. My gps was slow to catch up and I walked straight past it and into the bush looking for the cache. Tombi and his little one went back along the track and spotted it straight away leaving me to bush bash my way back to the track. TFTC
We knew exactly where to head for this one... Well we thought we did... And didn't fall for the decoy..
Love the twists and turns along the hunt..
Signed the log and left some booty... TFTC!!

After a short moment when I worried about the track going the wrong way, It soon steered true, straight to GZ for a quick find. The easiest one today.
Thanks for the cache.

We are spending a week in the Lithgow area for the September School holidays, staying at the Lithgow Caravan Park. This was our 9th find of the day, 15th find of the holiday.
Doing an afternoon drive around the Hassan's Walls loop and picking up a few caches along the way. Pulled off to the side of the road for this one and, as we did with the previous cache, tucked the geomobile into one of those grader made drainage ways. They are very handy for getting the 4X4 geomobile off the road.
Bush bashed my way in a direct line toward GZ, but soon came across a proper track. Followed this track, which zig zaged all the way to GZ, where it was a quick find. TNLNSL. TFTC.

A quick find as we pulled into town on a mission to work towards completing the NSW Altitude Challenge near Newcastle. Hoping to pick up 29 from the region in the next day or two. Thanks for a well kept container and log. TNLN TFTC
Needed a distraction so set off at night to check out the TB placed in this cache. Nice foggy night. Will pass him on.
After having set up our camping trailer at the alternative camping area at Lake Lyell we decided to do a few easy caches before dinner - this was the third and our 4500 find! Left TB Parker Pickup who wants to visit small local hardware stores, paint stores, lumber yards and even furniture or appliance stores to pickup or deliver stuff.
Found our way out a lot easier than our bush bash in after finding the track. SLTN..TFTC
