Cache is nog found since 31th october. Owner said that he replaced in november. BUt only DNF's and maintenance checks but no reply of owner anymore
I guess my arm is too short.... all I got was an arm full of scratches and a hand full of rock dust.
Haven't been able to replace this cache yet due to exams. I will however endevour to replace this cache this coming Friday, as I will be in the area.
Drive past often and have been meaning to get this one for ages. Finally got around to stopping here but alas the cache is missing. Hiding place is obvious so I'm confident I was looking in the right spot, and I even got down on hands and knees to have a good look, but it's definitely not there. : (
We found where it should be, but no sign of it. Reached right under but nothing to show for it but scratches.
When we drove up and saw the triangular structure, we thought - "seen this kind of hide before", but it was not to be.
Another spot was shown on the GPSr.. Interesting history.
Thanks, Robmc.

Not where we first thought when we pulled up but the GPS soon put us right.
Thanks

Pouring rain and fading light didn't deter my 4 yr old from dragging me out into the cold wet weather. Setting out just before dinner we found our first cache together just down the road from home. Great way to celebrate the purchase of our new GPS and the start of our geocaching careers! See you out there, sign Dad & Briar...
Had always thought this would be a great spot for a cache. Nice bit of history. TFTC
Had a town trip so swung past this GC to drop geko TB off.
Quick find on a clear day.
Quick find on a clear day.
Visiting NZ from Australia for the National Square Dance Convention.
Today Silver Dice, Karen and myself spent the afternoon caching around the gardens. We stopped in to find this cache while on the way back home.
While Silver Dice and myself were looking at the larger object, Karen went to GZ and found the cache quickly

Quick find on the way home. Took my travelling 2 cents to help it on its way. TFTC
Wolfy spotted it before we had even got out of the car. She's getting good at this!
Went to do this one after jazz practice in Hamilton as it's not far out of the way. It took me a little bit to work it out of it's little hole, and not pleasant in the pouring rain and wind gusts. TFTC
Out and about in the Wiakato to catch up on the caches. Quick find and more local histroy discovered T4TC.
There was really only one place it could have been as the obvious place was 30m from GZ
Quick find at GZ. The hardest part was extraction. Tried to re-hide so it would be a bit easier to retrieve next time. TFTC
Quick stop to read the plaque on the stone and then sign the log book. TFTC
Did this one at night on the way home from dinner. So I drove right up to it. Spooky sticking my hand in holes in the dark. Nice hiding spot TFTC
4.25pm. Easy find though I have to admit I looked under the wrong place first!
Thank you. David.
Thank you. David.
Interesting place and took the time to study the history. Unfortunately we were also able to study a big pile of doggy doos at a very close range while finding the cache. TFTC.
Quick and easy find, not sure why others have had difficulty extracting this one. NINO TFTC
Gee this took some removing. Only when I read the earlier log that there was another way to get it out was I successful. Cheers Gav [4856]
Interesting story on a rock that I had never noticed before.
Many thanks for showing us.

Quick find on way back from feeding mother-in-law's cat. What an exciting life we lead! Good bit of history -need to find a job where I can get 50 acres in the country and a town block all for 3 years work. TFTC
The Freezer Mice strike again!!!
Since we have been quite busy in recent weeks, the number of local caches has just boomed, so today was a chance to knock a few of them off.
Didnt realise that the old placement near-by had been archived, so was surprised to return here.
+ Beach flip flops GC, - nil.

Big race to GZ, mrB suggested MrsB look "there", but she didn't want to get her knees dirty. Smart girl. Once MrB did the honours, he had dirt up to his elbow! "Thanks" sp8sm8 and TT for pusing it to China!!! TFTC.
#279. A Christmas Day geocache trip for Team Northwood!
Pretty easy find. Like others we hadn't realised another nearby cache had gone.

At last! A cache that doesn't entail my fighting my way through the undergrowth! Thanks for this one!
Quick find on the way home. Saw the cache on approach as wasn't covered so well. Hid it a little better on the way out. TFTC.
A very quick and easy drive-by thanks (especially compared to your last one Jasp3er!). I hadn't realised the other cache had gone, so wasn't expecting it so close to that old one.
Nice hide!
