OMG! What a spot. We first sent the son up, I then went up but it was the husband that had the best luck in finding it. We loved it. TFTC

03-Jun-21
Perfect spot to watch the sunrise!! Thank for the cache, I first thought it might of been inside but quickly found where I was supposed to go.

07-Feb-21
Tftc thank goodness my husband was with me out of my comfort zone

What a spot. Thanks so much.

Tftc. Parked by this one, and had the parrots in the tree shouting at me. Searched and searched then I re-read the log and it was a D3 well that ain't going to be anywhere easy. Then I decided to head up and soon enough I had the log I my paw, and then jumped down. Luckily i could reach into the hole otherwise i would have to climb higher and that wouldn't have ended well. I kept saying to myself dont drop the pen or the log......
Thanks for bringing me here.

Gale force winds today so we had to think about it (for a moment only!!). Sent the 10 yr old geokid up but too windy and too short, so Dad had to go up. Well done Autumncs on not getting blown out and dying!! We live to cache again Smile TFTC

30-May-20
It was really windy today. No... I mean windy.

Geokid wasn't willing to go any further. So down he came. Trying to survey from the platform which way. And keeping in the back of the mind of the barbed wire and electricity if there is a miss step.

On a trip home from Caroline Springs. Having a look what is around and bang. Found it.

Now that was a fun little adventure... a 3.5 terrain on the side of the road??? Ahhh. That makes sense. Thanks for the clever hide. Guessed the likely hiding spot based once spying from below. Kristysadventures shone the torch from below so I could keep focused. Thanks for the cache

17-May-20
Roaming Howie is like a big koala adeptly climbing the tree! Glad it was him not me and I could just catch the cache to sign below. I am amazed he caught the cache again without falling from the tree.
Good hide thanks.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CACHE! Love the tree love climbing it. Deployed a trade mark gummie bear. A magpie was not happy with me. Deffo an FP! I am from UK stranded with no wings home but not too unhappy about it. Staying with my friend and we have been self isolating, but now we are finding it hard to exercise as the tracks around her house are so busy! SO we came out to walk somewhere less peopled.

09-Mar-20
How did you find this spot.
Very impressed.
Getting the cache is easier than returning it.
Great hide.

30-Aug-19
There was an Armaguard van parked next to the tree.
Fortunately for us, the wrong tree.
Continued up the road to the correct location where n0w0rries made short work of this one.
Thanks kw46

A nice quick grab on our way home from the TGIF event at Friday's campground.
Thank you for placing and maintaining this Regular geocache for us to find, kw46.

Tree climbing in the dark? Sure, why not. Found in the logical spot. Balancing phone torch and the cache up in the air was a bit of a challenge, but got there in the end without incident.

Thanks kw46 for placing this Regular Traditional - this is find 1080 for BFMC

This came up as a cache that I haven't found yet, anyway signed the log again and retrieved the TB.

Located this back in 2012

Today was a beautiful day for a Sunday drive. This was as an enjoyable cache on our travels. Thanks

19-Jan-19
After a bit of a climb the cache was in hand. There is a bird's nest in there! But much further down than where the cache was. Tftc

23-Dec-18
Great climb and surprisingly, not that obvious to passing traffic. Left a TB, TFTC.

01-Dec-18
So we pull in and see another car at the tree we think is the one we want and see a person up the tree - great im thinking i wont have to climb!!! Nope, just a guy "chilling" in a tree on a 32°day!!! Damn you drunk muggle!!! Will try again another day.

My sixth day of a 9 day caching road trip holiday.
Today I had set out to finish what I had intended to do yesterday before I ran out of energy (and comfort levels due to my wet shoes) and find my 11,000th cache. I had the specific one chosen, and coincidently there were many caching trails on the way.
In the end I managed to find 72 today.

Thanks for the caches.

01-Nov-18
A cache up a tree, not what 72 year old blokes should do, but this old bloke thinks he is only 21. so up the tree he went, without any thing to sign log, so back to earth, place a stamp into log, and back into tree to replace cache, all in all a great experience, happily NO family to witness said exhertions, or yell at me, Thanks for the fun return to my youth minutes, kw46, I really enjoyed the visit

15-Sep-18
Too windy to look

**Find #2059**

Went to another level for this cache. Grabbed the TB. Not sure if the cache is were it should be. Replaced as found. Only realized the log book had the info for were it should be after I had left GZ.

Thanks **kw46**

TFTC.

22-Aug-17
This was a super fun one, I didn't climb as high as georocks101 who retrieved the log but I was quite proud of myself. Getting down was a bit of a challenge for me but got there eventually. Thanks kw46 Smile

22-Aug-17
Second on today's run with JelenaGreenleaf. It was really fun to climb this tree! Cache and contents all in order. Tftc!

13-Aug-17
Haha that was a fun cache

12-Aug-17
Headed out finding a few caches today, thought I'd see if I could achieve this without any extra help, tree was relatively easy, did think I'd fall at one point. TFTC

Finally found it, took a while to 'look from the road' had to use clues on my way up.tftc

08-Apr-17
On a return trip from Melton after dropping the youngest member of H_3 off at a friends house for the week, we decided to grab a couple of caches on the way home. I'm really glad Mr H is quite agile, what a fantastic hide - well done!!! Giving you a favourite point. Thanks for the cache kw46

06-Apr-17
Found with Ogston girls. Just as well the girls were with us as the required agility not in my 70 year old body. Tftc

13-Mar-17
I've tried and failed here a couple of times. Going on previous logs I assume it's up through tree, but these days I've developed a bit of a fear of heights, so perhaps my caching goggles aren't as effective as they used to be in such conditions. This cache has lots of favourite points, so it must be a good'un.

02-Mar-17
Let's face it, this is geocaching and we're all kids at heart. Simple, but fun and that is what makes a good cache.

Thanks kw46 for a few minutes of entertainment whilst driving home.

19-Jan-17
While I travelled around Australia,

I also found this nice cache.

Thanks for it!

There goes that little voice in my head again. "Your going to do what? At your age!" Once again I ignored it and got the cache. Thanks kw46

Heading home to Portland from Albury on the last day of an 11 day caching trip we only stopped for few caches and this was one of them, after a little searching I realised where it would be so had to exchange my thongs for shoes to grab the cache and then do it all again as there was no pen in the cache.
Thanks

16-Dec-16
A quick and easy find as we cache our way through the area today. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

20-Nov-16
On a hot day wearing thongs, it was good to have 7yo geomonkey with us. He did all the work while we watched. TFTC

18-Nov-16
We pulled up and thought this looks easy but the obvious place was empty. We looked around and thought about the terrain rating and realized where it was. Miss J was excited. We had called upon her a couple of times in the last week for this type of cache. She loves it! With some guidance she reached the cache and after a very short and accurate game of catch we had it signed and replaced. Thanks kw46 for making a very happy 9 year old

19-Oct-16
A quick pick up on our way to pick up geokid from school in Bacchus after a run up Flinders peak at the You Yangs, and what a great cache it was, well worth it, love these sort of hides! Picked up TB. TFTC

24-Sep-16
Yep picked the right spot, lucky me on the first go

Out caching today with boatietim, heading towards the Balliang area.
Narrowed down to one of two places, and after thoroughly searching one, bt scrambled to search the other, and successfully retrieve the nice-sized cache. Dropped TB. TFTC. Cool

20-Aug-16
Making our way to Little River for some cache maintenance it was decided that today was the day this one became a smilie. Its always good to find a big cache with some interesting trades in it lol.

10-Aug-16
Found this one when heading back towards Geelong from Bendigo. Been meaning to get this one for weeks but it's always either raining or night time when I'm passing by. Love the challenge. Tftc

17-Jul-16
Lucky we had a geo monkey with us

17-Jul-16
Found it Smile Monkey boy to the rescue

16-Jul-16
Great to see a good sized cache. Luckily I was dressed for the job today. Thanks kw46, found with Tomstache.

28-Jun-16
Was here a few months ago but the hide was too high. Back today with a couple of geo monkeys. Great sized cache and lots of trades. Kids loved it

28-Jun-16
School holidays, restless kids. Whatever shall we do? Quick caching Jaunt up the Bacchus Marsh Road, focus on "Normal" and "Large" size caches (kid-swap friendly). First on the menu, and requiring geomonkeys to boot. Win! Thanks kw46!

19-Jun-16
Tough one. Thanks.

14-Jun-16
Found it! Smile I wasn't wearing the right footwear which made it a bit trickier then it should have been...

05-Jun-16
During a driving lesson for MissBB we stopped to grab this cache.
Glad I am a little nimble as I soon had this cage in hand and signed the logbook.

There does not appear to be a signature or mark by the last finder in the logbook.

TFTC

02-Jun-16
Found it Smile

28-May-16
Found this one whilst out and about on a night caching mission with Ohm3. After a few checks of the obvious hiding spots Ohm3 had the cache in hand. Log was signed and container replaced as found. TFTC!

28-May-16
Did this one at night with Duffmmm after getting another in the area. Once at GZ the log location was quickly narrowed down, then accessed by obvious means. The container was great and in a fitting spot. TFTC.

21-May-16
Stpped here after completing the Fun For Kid's Series in the Brisbane Ranges, and heading to Werribbe to DNF Eagle Rock. The tree was beautiful but the rubbish around it and in the base was disgusting so as the kids located the cache we did CITO. Thanks for the cache.

21-May-16
Found with Morcs4 on our was home from the Brisbane Rangers where we did the 'For the Kids' series. Thank goodness we had a couple of kids that love doing the task that is required to retrieve this cache. The container is a great size to hold trackables and swaps, and the kids put the last of their swaps that were left. TFTC.

06-May-16
Out on a night cache run with Bazinga01. We stopped to get this cache on a detour to another cache and I'm glad we did, I was the lucky one who got to get the cache. It wasn't easy getting this one at night. A fav point from me because i had fun getting it.

06-May-16
Headed out at night for a tidy up of the local map area with Arkbell80 again. Even at night, as we approached, we were looking for the cache. We read it could be seen from the road. Nothing stood out though. Both of us could have eventually gotten to the cache but Arkbell80 was chambering about before I could offer my services. Smile
We found the cache but have seen much easier T3s than this before. Log signed, cache replaced and we were on our way.
TFTC!!! Smile

06-May-16
Thanks for the cache, kw46. It's my first ammo box! I found the north face easier to climb. Excellent place to hide the cache! SL T one pencil that kept breaking no matter how hard I tried to sharpen it. L a different sharpened pencil, and sharpened the other pencil in the cache. Also left a Pirate treasure coin.

24-Apr-16
The very first climb for me (usually I make Bogonghazy do the climbing). Nice easy one and did it without a problem. Thanks for the challenge and the cache.

14-Apr-16
Very disappointed that I couldn't make the climb to this cache. Maybe I'm just too old!! Don't people have any conscience about dumping rubbish , this whole area is a disgrace. Maybe I should organise a CITO.

10-Apr-16
Nice spot.

05-Apr-16
On way home from little river and saw the cache was on the way. For a country road very busy little spot. Had to wait a while to get a clear shot at finding it. Nice hide for the size of the cache.

02-Apr-16
Soo the hubby found this one on 05/02/16 the and we forgot to log it. We only remembered as we drove past today but could not remember the date of pur find. So huddy had to find it again today to pull the date of our find from the log. Very nice hide!!

28-Feb-16
No luck today, road is very busy so will pop in next time I'm out this way - maybe with a kid so it doesn't look so sus with me climbing the tree!

17-Feb-16
After work at the proving ground I looked togehter with my colleague for some caches. This one was not far away. TFTC

08-Feb-16
Make sure you bring your iner monkey

18-Jan-16
Found GZ but not game to access location by myself. Will definitely come back with some more teams. Can't wait to actyally log this one.

05-Jan-16
Omg it's been awhile since I had to move like this. Awesome this is a fav for sure.

01-Jan-16

01-Jan-16
Quick and easy find. Very over cast. Doing a few caches while we are here on holidays.

27-Dec-15
Nice find Cool

24-Dec-15
Found with DreamyDragon and larafolk. My favourite kind of regular cache. TFTC

21-Dec-15
Caching a few in Bacchus Marsh today with DreamyDragon and redink. Caching is way more fun with teams! Had been here before but it was too windy to climb. It is indeed visible from the road with the right angle. We had the cache in hand quickly with our very strong 12 year old doing the climb and pass. Found an unlogged tb which redink will move on. What a grand tree!! It made me think of the Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton. Thanks for bringing us here.

21-Dec-15
Fun! Went and retrieved this cache for redink and myself! TFTC!

13-Dec-15

What a cach . Got to watch the hubby climb it at 3 am in the morning. Got a good laugh out of it.

29-Sep-15
Last cache for me on the way home after a long day caching. I did manage to spot it as mentioned from the road so then it was just a matter of clambering up and balancing for long enough to sign the log. Thanks for the cache kw46.

27-Sep-15
Such an Awsome spot was very fun to find

26-Sep-15
Even though the terrain level of this cache implied the probable location, we needed a tiny nudge in the form of clues from the previous cachers to find this one.

We were a bit concerned at first about getting filthy from the garbage around or dirt inside the large hollow of the tree, but thankfully it wasn't necessary to forage in either of those areas. While we were *ahem* "accessing" this cache, a few other cars drove by and they must have wondered what on earth we were doing. The horses in the nearby field also seemed to be curious about our presence - wonder how many times they've seen this before?

17-Sep-15
Was out this way for work and with a bit of time up my sleeve pulled in here for a quick find. With traffic approaching I took some photos of the canola field until they passed but once the coast was clear I was on the hunt. Circling GZ a few times without spotting anything I decided to just go for it and soon had my hands on the cache TFTC
