Turned into not a very nice area in the end. But a keychain was not part of it. Get more XP afterdark.

Couldn't find this one, the grass was very long, kind of fun walking thru it and very glad it had not been raining.
Nice spot. I should have changed my shoes. Just found it and back to my car before the rain came
good spot, though the grass was very long and the cache has a broken lid suspect weedwacker attack, TFTC.
Out this way this afternoon with master Josh and he found this one quite by chance out of the corner of his eye - long long grass - hot hot day - lovely views from up here
Almost gave up then searched one more tree, and there it was.
Log damp but usable, cache container is smashed up in one corner.
Great views

#965, Gosh the grass is long here. Took a while but found in the end. Not quite where GPS was pointing me to. TFTC
Think we looked for this a looooong time ago and it eluded us. No workmen at the site just up from GZ so we had a nice wander about and the cache was soon in hand. Despite the hole in the lid the cache is surprisingly dry. TFTC
It almost got me fooled again. Looked and looked and couldn't find it. Even looked at the top of the tree. And than widened the search...tjakaa found it.
Be carefull....grass is deeeeeep

Took a bit of searching in the long grass. Cache container lid is smashed. Needs replacing.
Man, that grass is long!, but got there in the end by process of elimination, TFTC
Had a DNF here last time. Had my hands in the same spot again and there it was.

Found with my daughter. My GPS had me about 20 meters away to begin with but it soon corrected itself after about a minute and then it was an easy find. TNLNSL. TFTC
GPS had me going around in circles. Knew what i was looking for once i had the right one . Boy the grass here is very deceivingly long!! Took a few steps down the bank and i was buried up to my stomach in grass! TNLNSL- TFTC!!
A couple of spare hours late this afternoon to squeeze some caching in. It has been a few years since I explored Redoubt Road and it's connecting lanes. Nice view from up here. GPS was pointing at the wrong object at GZ. But a quick assessment of the situation and I quickly got the right place. Ducked down, dived in and came up with the cache. Cheers for the hide!
Hope it was not on the floor. All the grass was gone. No cache for me
So started the afternoon and so ended the evening with a DNF

My hubby found this one, he's getting good at helping us out. The long grass was very deep, just about fell over. T4TC.
Knew what I was looking for but took a few minutes to find the right one ...TFTC

Quick find. Never knew this area existed. Hopefully a dawn raid meant no muggles were watching from the houses across the road. Grass was so thick I fell into it - when taking the rear approach to GZ so as to remain unseen...., not the best of ideas. Lucky the grass wasnt any deeper otherwise I may have never been seen again. T4TC.
Quick find in a nice spot. No muggles appeared to be home but there was an awful lot of traffic for a back road.
Took nothing but left a signature eraser. TFTC.

Nice quick find. Enjoying my tour around Auckland with excellent weather again today. SL TFTC
A quick find with the GPS pointing right to the spot to look, then it was a case of enjoying the great views on a sunny day.
Pretty quick find even though there are a few plover nests around with chicks in them and a lot of cut grass covering the hide. TFTC
Found with no problems...great view from up here in the ridge. Dropeed off T/B TFTC
Nice view, nice little reserve, and an easy find.

Some nice big houses in the area and we are sure that none of the residents were watching us during our brief visit T4TC.
We were parked near the cache site checking on the info for the cache, when another couple pulled up behind us and walked towards GZ. Followed them over and met some brand new cachers on their 3rd find. Nice to meet you.
Great views from up here. Thanks.

Suspect the neighbours may soon get suspicious, had to deal with one but he was spending all his time trying to park his boat, so no real dramas.

Spotted a completely square, quite cammo looking thing, which wasn't it.
Hunted high and low, no luck.

What stunning views up here. This subdivision is going to be impressive, and is totally unexpected when you wind your way up the hill. TFTC
Nice spot. Quick and easy find. I wasnt sure my cache mobile was going to get back up Regis Lane to Sheperd's Lane, its 600cc engine was doing its best but I was still nearly overtaken by a cyclist!! Thanks.
Just got home from shopping in Botany, switched on the PC and bingo a new cache. Grabbed the GPS and back into the car. Mrs Gadget-Tron phoned through the co-ords which I inputted on the run. Got to GZ and no cars around. Quick find and a blank log book. Great views from here. Have often driven through here. TFTC. FTF#24
