Found with Bogonghazy and Geo dog. Working towards my streak. Thanks for placing the geocache
After a short stroll, we soon had the cache in hand, although prospective arachnid homes are a little hard to cope with, after an earlier encounter. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.
Time to get away for the weekend, so a weekend trip to Bendigo (& St Arnaud) was organised with Geoturtle37. A bit of a bush bash here past the humongous spiderweb which scared the spider back up to its home. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Bob's_your_uncle ~~
Found with Grubbs1337, Snowy27 and ITWimdy. ??A great day out with Dad and his mates. Thanks for the cache ??
Well it is that time again for Posums and GemmaSistema to catch up for another fun filled day of caching, laughs, to much walking and to also lets see on where the Geowagon can get us into where maybe it shouldnt go.We met up in Castlemaine and then I became the driver and Gemma the navigator to what we were going to find today. And today was another tour of Bendigo which is a place I really enjoy coming up to.In total 40 caches were found today in a very wide area of Bendigo and the suburbs and a few different types as well.Time to hit the backroads and with the recent rain we would just see how we would go on getting along there.I dont think that the cactus is there anymore as we did not spot anything but we did manage to spot a cache.Roads must have been different or the pub was off the road a bit. Thanks Bobs_your_uncle TFTC.
Find#6380Nice hiding place What a epic road trip exploring Australia Thanks for the cache
Nice road side cache but the travel bug is missing.
Drove out here this evening and realised I forgot my torch half way there so made the find by phone light. Tftc. Today's cache makes day 47 of my current streak.

It is not very often that I say this, "cache found and log signed by myself", but I was here on my own as I had the Hilux in at Bendigo Toyota for it's scheduled service, and my man was back in Tatura working .
This was the third cache of the day after dropping the car off, getting into the loan car which happened to be another Hilux, and heading straight to Eaglehawk Bakery for a coffee and some delicious Hot Cross Buns.
I was targeting caches that my partner dalerious has signed prior to us becoming a partnership
I think the Cactus is cactus.
Thank you for the cache which was found in good condition Bob's_you're_uncle.

A trip to check out some of the awesome places in Victoria. TFTC.
Nice quick hike and grab, beating the mozzies and the spiders.

After a pleasant night camped in the bush, I noticed this cache nearby so, upon arising this morning, I walked across and located it.
Thanks for the history, and the log Uncle Bob.
Thanks for the history, and the log Uncle Bob.
A little walk in the bush, get to gz and there it is, bobs your uncle, thanks!
There is a problem with this cache and we are not able to travel to the cache due to current COVID 19 travel restrictions. I have been unable to find a person within the current 5 km travel restriction who is able to attend and carry out a repair.
Thanks for letting me know about the problem but there isn't anything that I can do about it at the moment. I expect it will be at least 4 weeks before this can be fixed, depending on travel restrictions in Victoria.

Hi there Bob's_your_uncle,
One or more logs indicate that this cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, so it is being temporarily disabled. This is to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache are investigated/addressed.
Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current Covid-19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache straight away, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue. **You do need to respond within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this cache. Please don't let a lack of communication kill this placement.**
#What you should do now:-#
- Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a 'Write Note' log indicating an expected date when you you hope you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
**The Write Note log should be placed within 14 days.**
#Please Note#
When a Reviewer next looks in on this cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, the Reviewer will assume the cache has been abandoned and process accordingly.

After escaping town for a few days it’s time to head home to get some boring appointments done - car servicing etc. After packing up camp it was off on a slow journey home.
Interesting to know the history of this location. Almost entirely removed from the landscape these days. Found the cache quickly after a short walk.
Thanks Bob's_your_uncle for the cache.

A very quick and easy find at an interesting location.
It was certainly a case of “ and Bobs your uncle”.
It seems that this cache has been placed with thought and planning, with some nice camo.
However, we have to report that the cache is needing some TLC and maintenance.
The contents are completely soaked, we could just write on it without destroying the integrity of the paper.
There is a tiny crack in the lid and the clips are broken.
It is just holding on, but needs a new box soon as well as drying out.
A plastic bag would only cause it to become mouldy.
We left it protected under some solid cover, but a cacher will immediately know... Bobs your Uncle.
TFTC and hoping for its longevity

Found as part of our trip to the St Arnaud Mega event with e.gregory1 and gridge98. We travelled a long and circuitous route via Bordertown, Nhil and Warracknabeal to find caches in 5 additional Victorian LGAs that I had yet to visit (namely Buloke, Loddon, [Greater Bendigo - I’d previously visited], Mt Alexander, Hepburn and Central Goldfields). Thanks for the cache Bob's_your_uncle!
Found during a trip to St Arnaud to attend the Mega event.
FeatherWaite, gridge98 and I left Adelaide on the Thursday, taking a circuitous, but scenic route to St Arnaud to pick up a few caches in some other Victorian LGAs. We met up with Freddo and Davidwazza at the event that evening and teamed up to complete a couple more caches that night together before camping out of town.
Over the next three days we cached very solidly in and around St Arnaud, finding a diverse range of Traditional, Multi, Unknown, Virtual, Letterbox, Wherigo and Earthcaches as well as attending all the events associated with the Mega. We also managed to complete all the Lab caches over the weekend. Logbooks were signed D.E.F.F.98 (Davidwazza, e.gregory1, FeatherWaite, Freddo and gridge98).
On the Sunday afternoon, after the final GIFF event, FeatherWaite and I began making our way back to Adelaide, picking up a couple of caches before camping in the Little Desert NP. The following day we continued towards home with a side visit to Mount Rescue to pick up a few caches along the tracks there.
Thanks to all the cache owners for placing and maintaining the caches. They included a huge variety of containers, hides and puzzles, many of which were very clever and/or amusing and had obviously taken considerable time and effort to construct. Thanks also to all those who organised the Mega and the associated events. I’ll be looking forward to the Mega at Millicent in South Australia next Easter!

A quick stop here, cache is damp
What a big trip this was! I headed over to St Arnaud for the 2019 Victorian mega with e.gregory1, Davidwazza, Featherwaite and Freddo for the long weekend.
The weekend was filled with a lot of finds ranging in puzzles, a few events and some very well constructed hides around the area.
Day 1: I headed over with e.gregory1 and featherwaite, with the aim to collect some unfound LGAs for the guys, with only a 500km drive to the mega from home we added an extra 450km to the trip by going over to Bendigo and further south exploring some regional towns, overall we added an extra 6 LGAs with only 18 finds for the day. Was great to see some of the interesting little towns and what they had to offer for future visits.
Day 2: As a group we hit the trails in St Arnaud as a group signing the logbooks as DEFF98 (Davidwazza, e.gregory1, Freddo, featherwaite and gridge98) to save a lot of room in the logbook. We started off with the geoart Stars and thought it would take most of the day, as we finished it in 2.5 hours we were a bit surprised so hit the well constructed caches in the south of the town in the bush throwing a CITO in the mix. All the caches were amazing and something you don’t see anywhere else. Adding in 15 FTFs along the way with: everlasting, crank1 and Pwola. The evening settled in and we headed into town for a buffet dinner and a catch up with some familiar faces.
Day 3:
After attending the GV2020 event for the morning we set off to hit the last of the trails left in town of the metal containers, followed by the challenges for the mega as well as quite a few trads around the back roads. We ended the day by having a go at the lab caches at the mega then off to the CITO. I don't think I have ever seen so mant people at a tip before. Topped off the day with an evening event.
Day 4: By today the town was almost cleaned out and only a few caches to find, so we did the last few caches within a rough 15km radius driving around finding the odd cache here and there. The GIFF was finished off the mega so we decided to head to Horsham for the evening.
Day 5: After leaving our camp site for the morning, we cached for the morning around Horsham collecting a few grads and a well earned swim. Then made the long drive back home to Adelaide.
Thanks to all the COs for their cache placements and the Geocaching Victoria crew for organising a fantastic weekend away.

Nice easy find. Log book is soaked as the container isnt in very good condition and will need replacing. TFTC
Friday 13th unlucky for some. [:o]
Not for me. I got to spend the day chasing caches with Cybergran V. [^]
TFTC Bob's_your_uncle.
On a side note, the "rampant lion" displayed as the coat of arms for the Red Lion Hotel is very similar to the one on my family crest.

The bush is very dry here and it’s only spring, we need more rain before summer.
Thanks for the interesting history in the cache, nice touch.
dalerious and I are enjoying exploring this historical area on our Geocaching visit.

Thanks for the cache. Little walk from where we parked. Cool find. 4.5 year old found.
Found cache on 30.6.18 at 5:20pm. TNLN TFTC the Geodogs are enjoying the walk in the bush.
I located the cache quickly today. Interesting history too. Thanks Bob's_your_uncle.
After finally finding the CFA Multi Cache I decided to try finding a couple of quick caches on the way back into Bendigo to pack up our LEGO display at the Exhibition and pick up more LEGO orientated partner. GPS led to me overshooting the best place to park. I found a track into the bush to GZ. I couldn’t find any foreign weed species to mark the spot, but did find a familiar type of cache hide. It rained yesterday and this morning so the ground had a bit more give underfoot than previous trips here recently, which made walking more pleasant. I love a chance to get into this type of bush. TFTC.
