Could not find this one either
Seeing how it has had a number of DNFs over the last couple of months, it would be good to confirm that the cache is actually still there.

Unfortunately didn't find this cache after a thorough search. Would reccommend a cache check.
I had read the last logs of didn't find it but we here on a day caching as Geokids had finish footy and we didn't find...
We initially searched for about 15 minutes without success. The we came back later in the day and systematically worked our way through all the rubbish at the base of the shrubs, again without any luck. We request that the cache owner please check this cache. Thanks.
Searched low and hard and found nothing but others rubbish, may need to maintained.
On my way back home from OZ Mega Event 2012, pit stop in Yass and a coffee break close to GZ. TFTC
Quick stopoff on the way back from the Mega in Albury/Wodonga. Very nice little park and good to see it so well maintained. Had to time my search efforts to dodge muggles coming and going from the club over the road, but soon had it in hand. TFTC!
i didn't realise how nice the yass area is, had fun finding this one with familey, the park had some great info about banjo TFTC
Found with eaviate on our way to the Oz Mega Event. Thanks theyassman for the cache. Looks like a beautiful park and a nice easy find. Not sure why it has the maintenance mark on it because everything was fine when we logged it tonight.
Beautiful park. We enjoyed the plaques along the fence. A great place to stop and stretch our legs on the way to the Ozmega event. TFTC.
Enjoyed on the way to Yass from Central Coast and stay motel at Yass for overnight, Wow interest to read his history story..... easy to find as hide very well thanks
A trip to Yass to visit family. Can't let an opportunity go by to grab a cache. Hopefully we get the chance to do a few more.
Some interesting history about Banjo.

Quick grab on a Saturday jaunt to Yass and Goulburn. Signed log: TNGD. TFTC!
Found at 1:53 PM GAFF1. Good to see recognition for a great poet and story teller. Read some of the plaques (which I didn't recognise I'm ashamed to say) and then went over to find the cache which was in a very precarious spot - wonder why the gardeners haven't spotted it yet?
Thanks theyassman
Thanks theyassman
Took me a little while because it was directly in front of my face.
But one I sorted the blindness out we had the cache to hand.
Thanks for placing these caches.

Looked with Irontoad but were unsuccessful in finding it. Maybe we should have looked at the number of DNFs that had been here previously. Ah well it is disabled now!
Spikes, rubbish and mothers coming and going combined to thwart us here. Also perhaps it's gone although can't say that for sure.
Our timing for this cache was awful! Parent and child muggles kept popping into the car park - must have been the start of the muggle minding session.
We had a bit of a look, but no cache could we find.
Thanks, Robmc.

lots of crap under the bushes and heaps of muggles made looking tricky, dnf
Sadly, another DNF on this trip.
It had been a long day driving, it was getting dark, and was rainy....and I confess, I took one look at the spiky bush and sent Jared in there!! Well there was moaning and whinging and carrying on from him, and lots of giggles and no sympathy from me!
In the end, no cache. We had decided to come back the morning after staying overnight in a nearby motel, but the rain was pelting down the next day, so we had to abandon that idea....shall try again another day

Quick find by GeoDaughter, although there are two containers. We signed the log of the newer one. TFTC
Quick, easy find while passing through town on the way back to SA. TFTC

A beautiful little parked we had passed once before to attempt the cache - but far to many muggles. Noone about this sine Sunday afternoon as we were heading home. Mrs H and Little Ez came up with the cache after gettin prickled by the bush. We found both the containers too - but only signed the newer one.
A nice park - thanks for the cache theyassman! Cheers. TNLN SL

Quickly found not 1, but 2, caches. I guess the smaller one is the original which has been replaced by the larger one???
Anyway, there are 2 caches there and I signed the newer looking one.
Thanks for showing me the park.

Quite a few muggles around but a quick and, hopefully, unobserved find in this pleasant park. TFTC
#3 for the day. Actually got both. Found the smaller one then realized there was another there when I put back so we signed both. TFTC.
Found this one twice - well the one with the broken lid & wet log sheet first, so I took it out to try & dry it out overnight & return it in the morning. I was going to see if I had a spare log sheet to put back in it, but didn't need to do that. I didn't realise there was another new one in there too. So I returned the old one this morning before we left to go back home, and then found the new one & signed that log instead. The old one is just next to the new one, so it can be collected before the next finder arrives. TFTC & double fun,
Roostaman.

Had to wait out a few muggles and then it was in for the find.
Interesting area.

This one was found under a prickly bush. The lid is damaged and won't stay on properly, and the log was wet. We managed to sign it, but only just. Thanks for the cache, theyassman!
Found it with dad (cleaner10) while we were on hoildays with mum and sister. Nice hide well done :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
What a great park! We hastily ate our sandwiches in the cold before we began the hunt. The excerpts from Banjo's poems entertained the kids too. TFTC
Stopped for a coffee and selected just one cache to look for. This ended up being the 3rd and was right next to the coffee shop. Cache located where is was supposed to be. Better keep going with our trip today. Thanks.
Found at 1235 while travelling through to Canberra. Have visited this park many times over the years when we lived at Burrinjuck and Yass was the shopping destination. The public holiday and the cold kept the muggles away which made the search much easier.
Thanks theyassman.
Thanks theyassman.
Found in plain sight. Lid off and bag open. Fixed up. Actually a 4 cm container.
#1521 There you go, you learn something new everyday! We had no idea that Banjo Patterson was raised in the Yass area (or is that ignorance?) - a bit of a history lesson thanks to caching . This ended up being a convenience stop for us so the Queen walked with Dad to GZ. A few people wandering around the park this time of the morning, especially now it was warming up a bit. TFTC theyassman. The ziplock bag has seen better days and the log has been damp but still OK to sign
Took: GC - to keep it moving

Lovely little park, very much underused by the locals. Left geocoin - just enough room in the container...!
TFTC Nice area for a picnic nice easy find thanks for the cache found with Hinklenator

Nice quick simple find before heading to the paper shop! =) Thanks for the cache!
Found while visiting Yass on our round OZ trip. We were wary of the spikey bits, but found the cache easily. Thanks theyass man... Silky seekers
Luckily it was late and no muggles were about. Made the find easy. Was almost back at the car when a vehicle came down the road and pulled into the car park and stopped right at GZ.

Out for a quick cache before packing up and heading home, this was a quick find in quite a busy little park, with some sort of mothers group gathering near the playground. Fortunately I didn't rate a second glance and was able to cache in peace. Thanks theyassman for the cache.

Found with SSA2001. It was a very easy find. The clue really helped. Cool hiding spot. Nice area. Thanks.
As per Curly Whirly, my heart really wasn't in it. All I wanted was a shower and a sleep.
I'll get it next time I'm through this way.

Ordered vietnamese and dashed round the corner for a quick find. Easier to find a cache than a takeaway shop thats open tonight. Tftcsl
