We came and had a good look for this one over 5 years ago. I noted that gkmlb had recently found this so came for another look while over here for work today. GPS lead me to the same place we searched last time so I plugged in one alternative for bum's multi and there it was just like magic and in very good condition too. So this was a real bonus find today thanks BigglesNZ and the previous two finders. TFTC # 14,574
We arrived in the area and gathered the information for the multi that is here. We intended to look for this archived cache after we worked out and found the multi.
We soon gathered some numbers for the multi and we went to look for it. Within seconds I spotted what I thought was the multi cache, but instead it turned out to be this one. We have an unusual interest in finding archived caches, so this one brought a big smiley to my face. It is just sitting there ready to be found, not at all covered or cammoed.
I signed the log and returned it as I had found it.
We did not find the multi cache, so we will need to come back one day and have another look.
We went for a wander around the cemetery and was surprised to find Alfred Hitchcock buried here.
Everything is in good condition. Thank you for the smiley and thank you for placing and leaving this cache.

While I was searching for the [new cache](https://coord.info/GC657P8) at this location I managed to stumble across this one - then went on to find the one I was actually looking for! Relatively easy find - signed both logs! (roosterjuice's log was there too - albeit with the dates a bit muddled...) TFTC (2966)
I thought I might have been able to get over here sooner but think I'd better archive the cache for now.
Too many DNFs on this for my liking. Not sure about the find last November either...
I'll try to get over to the Bay in the next few weeks.

My first cache find! Cool. Gps was 47m out thats ok. Am gonna try and find all the caches in golden bay! We will see. Roosterjuice...
First tried to find this just over a couple of years ago but muggled out on that occasion. Lovely little cemetery but unfortuanately no quick find here for me today.
We came out here hoping to find some ancestors. Couldn't find any Jacobsen's but met a nice man who was maintaining the grave of two of his ancestors. The cemetery is very well looked after. He said there are two other cemeterys with old graves so will have to try those next time.
Easily found on a day out caching in the region with Waiiti20. A note to following cachers - don't climb over the fence! TFTC
Found on a road trip with Emvy_us, a pleasant country location with a heap of history, TFTC, #6102
Day 6, Find no.1 . Family Holiday time!
Mum on her lonesome for this find. There is something special about cemeteries, and I don't mean that in an ooky-spooky way. What a well-kept cemetery, a lovely place to remember loved ones and think upon just what will become of us all one day. As one of the graves read "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord".
TFTC Biggles!

TFTC Biggles!
GPS wanted me to leave the confines of the cemetery so turned around to use common sense instead and easily spotted it from a distance - hence there's a log or two in the book from muggles who have "accidentally found this"
Contents nice & dry .. Thanks for the fun!

Travelling through out NZ, we visit a lot of places. Golden Bay is a great place and Takaka is our favourite little town. Cache not quite in the co-ords position, but the clue should lead you close by. Out in the open, so covered up a little more.
Nice easy find, even though our GPS was a bit off. And our dropped of items might get some people interested in a little game we call: "Magic, The Gathering"
A quick one, out in the open so put it under something where it should safe. Cheers
Quick find even though the GPS was well off. The clue put me in the right area. TFTC
Easy find once we jumped the fence & avoided the cows returning from milking!!
30degree heat made it a quick visit but rounded off the trifecta of the local 3 cemeteries visited (Clifton & Rorotai being the other two).
Also drove by Bainham cemetery but could not stop to collect the geocache there

Went for a bikeride with the doggie.
Hmmm needed to find out what it means: not in the toi toi. After got electric shocks found out, this wasn't necessary...crawled back and found it.

Did the wee detour off the main road to get to this, but can't even really call it a DNF. We would have had to cross the closed gates, the cows wandering past, and the orange electric wire on the other side of them, so it's more of a Did Not Look. Will have to make sure it's not milking time when we are next back this way.
Our first visit up this side of the Takaka river. Muggle in the kitchen window probably wondered what we were up to.

A short detour while on our way to harvest a salmon for afternoon tea. A nice little cemetary and a quick find while Mrs Miester wandered amongst the gravestones. TFTC - 13 of 15
A real out of the way place. Had to cross the cockys cow milking track gates electric fence etc. to get here. Tidy cemetary. TFTC
Felt a bit conspicuous here - curious that the neighbour's house is so close. Two dogs barked and approached us as we left the camper, but were soon yelled at by their owner and returned to the house. Enjoyed our wander through this surprisingly well-maintained cemetery and then the discrete find. Thanks!

This was a very quick in and out to be sure we wouldn't get cut off by the flooding. The river is absolutely astonishing this morning!
Last cache of the day - found in the dark.
Had to be careful not to awaken the neighbours.

1500hrs Caught right at milking time so slow in and out. Real easy find. The Italian Job was here......! Our blog www.motorhominginxs.blogspot.com
And another cemetery ... is there no cemetery without a cache on it these days? ...
Easy to find, thank you
Easy to find, thank you
My liquorboy09 team stayed in the car they didnt like the electic fence across the road so off i went all alone woundering if the neibours would come out to greet me or even make me a coffe but nobody was home tftc
Comming to the end of a days caching but i couldnt turn this one down so close to the main road. An interesting little place and the cache was soon in hand. Thanks for the cache.
A nice wee cache towards the end of the days caching - done on the last day of our holiday in FINE weather lol - signed the log -thanks for the cache
Nice One!!!!!!!!! First time down this valley. It sure does take you back quite a few decades. Hasn't really change that much over time. Did a bit of a wander around the area. Great bit of history. Well done. Thanks
4265 Quick find, the neighbouring muggles gave us a friendly wave as we headed off. TFTC.
Another quick driveby cache, found in the company of boxhill, -gonefishing- and Mrs Yeetrees, no issues here. TFTC TNLNSL (1731)
A nice wee spot to visit. I very quick find, as the cache was visible in its hidey hole from a couple of meters away. A very civilised cemetery, this one even has a loo for visitors!

Last cache for the trip, and Mr KE was cheated by the GPS pointing him to the corner fence post, while Mr B walked to a likely hiding spot and found the cache sticking out like a canine's proverbials . According to the log, we were the 4th and 5th person here today - I think the people living next to this area may be getting a tad suspicious as to why we were here! TFTC.
I knew you had placed a cache in a local cemetery and that Mr B and I had passed it in the dark a month or so ago but I hadn't realised where it was as there is also one out near the main road. This spot is far more peaceful and we visited on a lovely sunny afternoon. After the cache was located I wandered around the graves looking for a long lost and fictitious relative just in case anyone was watching . As you often see in these country plots it's dominated by just a few families which is always interesting, I recognised a couple of well known local names. TFTC.
Pretty hard to miss this one. Probably the quickest find of the whole GBH tour. TNLN SL TFTC

Nice place.
One idea:
The cache owner lives next to the grave yard -> ok.
Otherwise: the cache might realy be in muggle danger )

Yayyy First to Find!!!!
Decided to celebrate 100 finds with a first FTF. Also released Okanagan, British Columbia geocoin. Lovely peaceful spot. Thanks for bringing us here. BTW Probably very few people know that this is the last resting place of one of the most famous filmmakers of all time - - - or maybe it's his namesake.
Oh yes. I've been asked to add that I was in such a hurry to get there first that my co-pilot is still recovering from a speedy trip over the hill.

Caching with Sidewaze: Only registering as a 'cacher' 21 Dec 09, this was not my 100th find only my 31st - however as navigator, I was victim of Sidewaze' determination to have a FTF as the 100th find...Ohhhh...taking the Takaka hill at speed does leave one rather dizzy. Thanks for bringing us to this lovely quiet spot. TFTC
