There's a certain feeling that you get when you round a corner and see that the ENTIRE STRUCTURE that your cache was hidden in has BEEN REMOVED! . Call it incredulity mixed with resignation [B)] .
Maybe I'll do a similar cache when we next see two Blue Moons in Australia....... in 2048. Hmmmmmm.

What a pity, searched for a while and were thinking over the hint, but this time no success..
Think we'll look for this during the next blue moon as we certainly couldn't see it today! Bother.....
Found by The Empire @ 12:05pm with tackle_head
tackle_head had already found this one so he waited in the car as I made the quick run over. Ants, ants, ants everywhere! Thanks for the cache, nice job, stagetree.

A little bit of muggle activity today, but some patience and the cache was in hand. Good camo. TFTC.
Found at 19.20 on 2/2/12. Nice walk and a clever hide. I travelled beside that park on every working day for twenty five years and today is the first time I have ever walked in it. (I've cycled along its Yarra bike paths many times but never walked.)TonyGold
Found this cache as part of an Australia Day ramble. There were a lot of people wandering around, so we had to wait for a break in traffic. This is a very nice cache - a short walk, no snakes nearby and an interesting hide. TFTC
well done, this one had us scratching our heads

Last one for today. We will come back on Sunday for a BBQ and a few more caches. Thanks for the insperation.
Our first one!!! We were with Bumble Bee Sam. We didn't have an account at the time so didn't sign the log book. Looking forward to seeing some in Thredbo soon
Great info on blue moons stagetree - thanks.
Stood at GZ and in my usual way couldn't work out which way to face. Finally the peny dropped. Brought a smile to my face.
Happy New Year and TFTC stagetree

Found it, it was my second look.. Took a little few people around. But eventually got it. Tftc
A big of a mugglefare past GZ and I was searching on and off for a few minutes until I twigged on the hiding place. I quick check that the coast was clear then was able to do a quick grab, wander off a little way to log it then return again for a quick replacement. I like this style of hide TFTC
Little bit of searching when who else but geomum makes the find. Great hiding spot. Perfect for this size. Thanks for the cache.
Mums suggests i favourite this, not a bad idea.

New log book in place.
There were a few ants around but they should move out as the weather improves.

Took me a second to figure this one out but got it eventually. Great little hide here. found some room on the log for a scribble.
Thanks

Quick find between cycling families made by GeoDad @13:15. Had to write on the back cover as the log book is pretty full. Loved the sneaky hide, TFTC!
4:30 thought perhaps has been taken for maintenance as previous log said book was full, or maybe just too sneaky for me
my daughter had a basketball match in eltham this morning. so it was a good excuse to try again on this one.( tried it last week) when i was signing the log,i went blank on the date. so i wrote sat/8/11.[:x]
#1884 We encountered some lovely parks this weekend and this was no exception. With beautiful weather it was an ideal time for a stroll around the area to collect a couple of caches. A nicely place cache - top job. TNLN thanks very much stagetree [^]
The first of 3 quick finds in the park. Don't you just love it when your GPS leads you to GZ and the first place you put your hand, BINGO!!!
Love the hide, a favorite )

Third find of five for the day out with the geokiddy hunters!
Glorious Melbourne winter weather: 22!
As someone who has been fortunate enough to do a few urban caches over in Europe, I must admit that as I approached ground zero I started looking around the most obvious place first, told the kids to run around it a few times, while I reached up and made the instacache find.
I am sure that this cache will have caused and continue to cause some cachers the odd headache searching for it, so it was definitely appreciated.
Again, it took quite a while to get to this one, so we stopped after finding it and sliced up a few apples and had an impromptu mid path snack by the shade of a large tree
First of this type of hide for my young ones, so much appreciated!
Thanks for the fun!

Geowife worked this one out but we all pounced on it when revealed. Nice neat hide. Thanks!
Had a couple of hours to kill before I flew back to Auckland so decided to go for a bit of a walk through the Melbourne bush. This one had me scratching my head for 5 minutes till it eventually clicked and I made the find. Very clever hide. TFTC
We had to wait around and wait for a bike rider to move on, but once we wondered back we made the find. Love the hide, great work TFTC!!
No. 4 with goeson this morning. We had picked up three in the southern part of the park then moved the car to get the last three of which this was first. Looked around for what I expected to find and found ... nothing. Then, on a whim, looked in another spot. What a great sneaky hide. Geoson and I loved it. We signed the log on the nearby log seat and headed off for the last two in the park. TFTC.
Found with Pathfinder24 on a sunny day. Clever hide! Great park area! The first we heard were some kookaburras having a laugh and Pathfinder24 got some good photos of them. Thanks.
Noticing that I was getting close to 700 caches, Ostara74 and I decided to head out on a "get Pathfinder24 to 700 caches finds today" adventure. This was the second cache find for the day, and number 699 of my total finds. We parked nearby and strolled toward the geocache, but were distracted for a while by some kookaburras high up in a tree. After I had taken some photos of the laughing birds, we got back on track and strolled to the GZ. We had to wait for some muggles to move on before looking for the cache. With use of the hint we found the cache easily and went back to the log bench to sign the log book. We then waited for even more muggles to walk past before quickly replacing the cache. The cache is in good condition. Thanks for the cache stagetree.
A well camo'd cache. My last in the park as i should nearly be home in Werribee, only an hour behind schedule. Always another cache to get!
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
#25 Found at 2:40pm. Very smart hide, almost tricked us until we kind of searched a little harder. We were very happy when we found this one. Very smart hide, we really enjoyed this one. TFTC
Took two weeks to get around to logging this find. It's been one of those months!! Nice to discover this park...it definitely deserves a thourough explore. TFTC
Found at 1455. second visit here and had no idea where it was but today I went straight to it!! What a clever hide SL TFTC

After working my way along a horse track from my last find I popped out onto the main trail a short distance from this cache. The park was in good use today so I needed to take a break near GZ while cyclists, baby strolling couples and power walkers traveled past. Soon I had GZ to myself and after a couple of false attempts I soon had the cache in hand. Signed the log and returned the cache to it's hiding location before the next park user appear on the horizon.
Thanks stagetree for this cache, it added a most enjoyable kilometre to my walk around this terrific park!

Great little hiding place. Cute pencil too! A beautiful walk on a lovely afternoon
I realised today that I had missed logging this a while back. Sunday afternoon and the kids are restless at home. Swinging in the tree, geo-daughter says "Can we go and get a cache?" You gotta love that! We have a 20 minute drive ahead of us, but at least we are not trapped at home. The day is nice, and I park close to the cache to make it an easy walk in. When I get there I realise I have already done this one, so the Geo-son strolls up and has a look. He's not too tall so I put him out of his misery and show him where it is. He like it and want's me to favourite it. So I will.
Thanks Stagetree for the cache, both the first and second time!

Left home early on a beautiful autum morning, packed the bike in the back of the car and headed for westerfolds park, an area I hadn't cached at let alone been to before. Headed towards this one as the first of three successes here. When I arrived at gz there was a steady stream of muggles walking, running and riding past. Eventually I had the area to myself and some time to search. I nearly gave it up and it dawned on me ....... Aha. Found it.
Thanks to stagetree for the cache.

Found this one pretty quickly but it was upside down and thus a tricky retrieval for me on account of large hands.
Finally got it out signed the log and replaced the right way up.

I tried this one last year but failed, so returned this sunny arvo for another crack. In the end it was my wife who found it. Very nicely hidden! That's two stagetree caches in two days, quite a few kilometres apart. Thanks for drawing me back to the park.
I hadn't realised that about 2010. Fascinating. Unfortunately I found this cache in January 2011, which has only one full moon AND I missed it! Fortunately it was daylight when I found the cache ... no, on second thoughts, it probably wouldn't have made much difference ... suffice to say it took a moment or two longer than I expected. Nicely done! Thanks, stagetree.
This was my first find during a very long bike ride. A really good hiding place. TFTC.
Found at 5.30pm by hubby. Fifth of five caches today with hubby and joygirl.
COMPLETELY ingenious hide!! TFTC, SL.

Found at 5:30pm with RRajie and her hubby. Her hubby actually found it. Great hide. Very clever...took us ages to find it with gardening gloves on trying to avoid huntsman spider which was enjoying site. TFTC.
