I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi cashkids
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Had a really thorough search in and around the base of the hint objects but nothing there so maybe it has gone.
TFTC picking off dot days locally. Lovely spot for a cache and wonderful view of the Mt.
We arrived just as a young lass in her car with loud music also arrived, so we chose to have our lunch here hoping she would leave. When this didnt happen we decided to pick up the rubbish (5 bags in all )and have a sneaky look for it at the same time ...the girls boyfriend then arrived and it was obvious they were parked up for some teenage exercise and needed privacy so we left and came back a few hours later and with the rest area to ourselves we found cache easily. Have left a wee bit of colour for someone else to get .

great spot amazing views, no painters today but I can see why they come here TFTC
I have no idea which hint item is which, so I had to keep searching until I found the cache. Took Cache Adventure TB. Left Zodiac Racer Shayla's Dragon TB.
Went there 10:00pm even though it was dark I had a very good look around the whole site and all I found was heaps of rubbish, it's a shame to see at such a nice little spot
This took me a little longer to find than it should but got there in the end. Returned to the same spot mentioned in the hint.
Found this one on a geocaching day with Vinnie. Beautiful little spot and view of Kakepuku! Thanks for the cache!
Nahkins and I were out to find a few more caches. This one I had found before Nahkins had got out of the car. I knew where to look as I knew what a harakeke plant looks like. Only red one there. Left a SWAG.
NZPatoto & I decided to get the caches around Ngaroto area.
This was 4 of 4 for today. I didn’t even get out of the car, NZPatoto was back with the cache, log book signed and returned to hiding place. TFTC

We're not usually that keen to search in Harakeke but we thought we'd give this a go today on our way past and yay, we found it straight away. A beautiful spot. TFTC
On the way home today so took a detour to pick this one up. Lovely place to stop before back on the road again. TFTC
A road trip over the long weekend to pick up some lonely caches to finally finish our GIO licence.
A quick find.

Mr 3 and I took a slight detour on the way to do an errand in this lovely wet weather. Thankfully it wasn't raining when we arrived at GZ and it was a very quick find. There was no view to speak of today but I just love the area and now appreciate hearing my Father tell me 20 odd years ago how he loved working out in this area and I can see why. Thanks for bringing us out here and helping to keep our current streak alive. Mr 3 was very happy with his Superhero in training badge too!
What a lovely little spot, I reckon it was a nice place for the local children to go to school with the views of both Kakepuku and Mt Pirongia. I'm so jealous.
After I finished my work meetings in the region there was time to go and find a few caches. Definitely great views from here and a historic spot too. One I never would have visited if it wasn't for the cache here. TFTC, Biggles.
Lots of fun with kids. Was a little dark but found it with a touch. Was a little damp
We had a great drive to GZ. Fabulous views today.(A favourite point from us for the views.) Also put the cache back carefully as it looked like it had be tossed back and was damp from being upside down.
There are certainly nice views of the hill. As it was a nice easy find I'll forgive the hidey hole.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
What an awesome spot. Imagine going to school with those views out the window. TFTC
Out and about today with Z-masterNZ, trying to tick off a few caches to get to 500 before we head down to Wellington for the rest of the week.
Nice little spot with a beautiful view. Said to Z that we would have to climb that "hill" one day, once we get our fitness up. Searched the wrong one at first, and then spotted it in the second one. Had to wait for a slow-moving vehicle to pass-by before we could grab it. Sadly no painters around today.

Spending nights chipping away at puzzle solving. Always a thrill to 'nail' one, especially really hard ones. Rather than putting them on the 'pile', decided to do a Secret Squirrel Mission today. Told everyone I was heading into work... but really...
Just out from Lake Ngaroto. Spied two multis (my favourite cache type) in nearby Pirongia, so heading that way. This cache sat between me and my destination. No one about at ground zone. Can see why landscape artists would plant themselves here. Great views in all directions... and very peaceful (and pastoral). The clue helped with a quick find. TFTC.

Took a wrong turn and noticed a cache nearby so figured I may as well get it while I'm here. Quick find, nice view. TFTC
Lovely wee spot with some fantastic views. Nice to know I have been to the top of that mountain, thanks geocaching!
This was such a pretty area. I can see why painters would come here, especially on a day like this! No-one around today, though. TFTC
Great views and an interesting piece of history, thanks for bringing me here TFTC cashkids
Interesting piece of history. Not particularly a fan of Harekeke hides but this one was no bother. Nice views. A quick park and grab on our way back to town from Pirongia.

Great view of the mountain of this overcast day. Had to get back to Hamilton so couldn't stay to long to admire the view.
Thought I'd grab this while out at the lake this am. Surprised to see so many muggles at GZ; turns out there was an event. Almost drove off but then realised everyone was looking the other way, so sauntered over for a straightforward find. TFTC
Forgot to log this one on a day of finishing some tricky puzzles around Lake Ngaroto - This would have been a nice spot for the school TFTC
A lovely spot and easy find on our way home from climbing said mount. Great place to enjoy an Easter egg. Left Thoth, Egyptian moon god of wisdom and inventor of written language. Maybe he will move on to other educational sites.
Made it here with Novalightning after going to the Summit to complete the "Waikato Mountain Challenge", TFTC
Nice cache....drove past it the first time before realising that's where the school was. TFTC
Found while out driving around with my father. My mother went to that school. Left Red Jeep travel bug. TFTC
