Misread or misinterpreted the hint. Should have been easier... Both container and logbook were in good condition. Thanks Trigger_Fish for the cache. Find# 2705
TFTC Found # 96 Streak day #21 we looked at the wrong place then found it closer where I put my bike
Today we went for a lovely walk on the beach in wonderful weather. The waves were gigantic and yet there was almost no wind. We also took the opportunity to visit a few caches that were hidden in this location. We would like to thank the owner for bringing us here and placing these caches.
Day twenty seven of our epic New Zealand Adventure with The Morris.Spent the day in Greymouth. We did our ride along the Wilderness trail today collecting mainly Survivor caches that were solved before we left home. Grabbed anything else we came across as well.Rode nearly 50km return.A mostly sunny day, a nice change from the last few.We did wonder about this clue for a while. Thanks, Robmc.

We got to the coords and looked around in the places that the cache would most likely be in but couldn't find it.DNF on 23/10/23, at 11:32AM.
Looked all over around under over and up and down as was about to give up..in fact I went down futher to get some other caches ..as I went past decided to revisit yep there it was..the hint is very misleading it probably made sense 13 years ago
But not today

We were procrastinating, not really deciding where to go next and ended up on this cycle trail. We searched an item of interest as others have, with no success. We finally flagged it and moved on. But it bugged us, so back we came, looking further afield. Finally found this in a place that perplexed us. Thanks for the placement moneydork
Thanks for your amazing cache. I really appreciate the time you took to set up and maintain your caches.

Spending the winter woofing, tramping and exploring the west coast caching along the way ..of course..
In greymouth for a couple of nights then on to pancake rocks for my next job..
I was distracted by a few other possible spots until I walked a bit further and spotted another possible hide...and bingo tftc

2647. Got the weather window to do the Wilderness Trail. Gathering a few caches along the way. Easy to see from the right angle. TFTC!!!
Decided on a bit of a bike ride along the trail to get some of the caches. Based on the title I was wondering what we were going to find. It was not what I imagined. But once at GZ we knew we were looking in the right place and we soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
Yay I found this pre-lockdown but didn't have a pen. I have been waiting for geocaching to be allowed again to sign the log. Nice walk along here today, albeit very windy! TFTC
I was concentrating on the wrong feature. Expanded my search area and soon had the ah-ha moment. Tftc
This find had me puzzled for quite a while until it finally clicked for me and I found it. TFTC!!
It took a little while to find. There was some water in the container that I tipped out. Thanks for the placement.
Did not find very over grown and a lot of rubbish around maybe it has been taken
We headed out this evening to find eight caches along the foreshore - after three we decided to go and have dinner, then returned afterwards to find the remaining five. Found this one easily. TFTC!
Bij deze hadden we de moed bijna opgegeven.Maar een lastste idee was bingo.TF

(# 5340). Today is day 4 of my West Coast trip. Weather wise the day was a lot better. As it is my birthday I decided to cruise around town grabbing a few different types of cache. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
After a good look around, it was were we first looked, had to get poking round with our fingers, tftc
A planned geocaching trip with specific targets in mind.
1: The final 2 caches to fill my D/T grid
2: The last 5 caches available (all in the South Island) to meet the NZ Jasmer challenge GC4R9Z6
3: Get as many caches as possible in a day (Solo)
I had no timetable and only a vague route (Christchurch - Dunedin- Invercargill). So after 20 days of sleeping in my tent/car I arrived home having traveled 4500km and visited some interesting places. Met some great people. I had found over 650 caches. That was a lot of park. Jump out out. Find cache sign and return. Then on to the next. All this done by myself. Also attended an event and had 2 FTF
Mission 1 and 2 were achieved and I had a best day of 153 caches. All this done by myself.
Day 17 Waikari to Greymouth 50 caches found including a FTF.
After checking in at the camp ground I headed out to find a few caches. Naturally headed to the wrong place but when no find I considered options. Then soon had cache in hand. Thank you for the placement.

Completely misinterpreted the hint, so spent a while looking in the wrong place. We then read previous logs and it was a maintenance log that helped.

Found this one while on a holiday away from our home in Whangamata Thanks for the cache
A DNF for NZDi and I today. GPS coordinates had us concentrating on the 'nagraan znfg' but couldn't find a cache. I can't believe no one has looked for this since the last log in October and am more inclined to think the have been a lot of unlogged DNFs in the meantime.

During my trip to New Zealand I visited some Caches, this was one of them. Thank you to all owners!
Holidays in New Zealand ... on our tour today from Fox Glacier to Greymouth we found this cache .... very tricky ... and signed the logbook. TFTC and greetings from Germany.
Quick one however a bit tricky. Obviously they have done some track maintenance and trimmed the shrubs around that made it lightly confusing though. T4TC
Got to GZ and crawled in. Could see what the title suggested but unable to find the cache. Gave up after a further search in and around the plant and headed back to the car. Reread the logs so went back and found the cache straight away. Tftc
Seeing that I had gone out with big bro, BaldEd, a couple of days ago to locate and sign Survivors # 12 - 33 it was time to locate and sign off the rest also to pick up any other solved puzzles and trads on the way. So it was onto the bikes again for a ride into town.
This had us going for a while until I managed to lay my hands on it.
Cheers for the cache.

I didn't really know what I was looking for here so I had to rely on my GPSr to show me exactly where I needed to be. I had read a log entry that made me aware that I would need to put a little extra effort in. I was sure glad no one passed while I was retrieving and replacing the cache.
Mum and I walked the track today to check on the caches after the king tide came through here a few days ago. Everything is all good here. Happy Caching
