Parkers Peril is lost thanks to the enthusiastic Launceston Council. We will attempt to re establish.
We spent about an hour this morning looking for this cache but no luck. We deliberatley chose early Sunday morning to avoid muggles - that part of the plan worked but the find was not made. Given the two previous DNFs, could this cache please be checked, especially as there seems to have been quite a deal of cleaning up (trimming of bushes etc) in this area.
I have my concerns about Parkers Peril, it seems the enthusiastic Launceston Council may have removed it during some works in the street.
Great fun hunting this one down....few muggles around so had to be careful.
Took eraser and left Marble

A quick grab after fixing my laces. Tipped moisture from container and wiped down contents which were quite wet. Took TB and left Heather and Tom's Aussi Adventure & Georgia TBs and my pathtag. Thanks for the hunt Uknowwho and Ghosthoowalks.
A nice easy find. I would have hated to do too much searching for this one as it is a busy muggle area. TNLN Thanks
Found at 0818hrs, 4th of 12 today, 457 overall. A few muggles on their way to work. Found the log entries interesting especially the one that said "Don't know what this is all about, but I found it any way. I just park here!!!" TFTC and cheers OldSaint.
Find # 992 @ 12:15 and the 9th of 17 finds for the day on our Tassie trip.

A little off, but made sense when you think about it. Left Lucky Cat "Neko" Eraser. Took Ladybird Peg
Had to wait for the chain smoker to finish before I could move in for the kill.
Easy find in an obvious spot.
Thanks Uknowwho and Ghosthoowalks

Found this one with a little help from a friend, thanks John.

Stopped by here for a look around lunch time but too many muggles around. It's nearly as busy as the mall. Went back after dinner and found it not quite where we were expecting it to be. The GPS was a bit out, which added to the mix. Took the Indonesian coin and left a prostate cancer badge. TFTC
Co-ords definitely out by around 12m....but still found in first place I looked...as it seemed obvious. Muggles light on so all good. TFTC...Cheers.
Nice easy drive-by while catching up on a few others in the launy area

Had a look at this cache this morning on google earth then happened to be driving through town this arvo with no gps, no coords and no real idea but thought i might have a quick look anyway, parked the car strategically over the search area and pretty much had it in my grubby mitts in 30 seconds. TFTC. I suppose I get to claim FTF as the other log is by the owner. grabbed geocoin
Must have just been beaten to this one - thought we were in for a first to find. A quick easy find.
With the help of our friend Ghosthoowalks we created this cache on holidays with him. It provided a wonderful spot for our geocoin picked up in Brighton SA to start its Tasmanian tour.
