Logs
Decided to create another cache here, as I have been unable to get another container like the one that I used. New cache will be up soon.
No response from owner for maintenance and this seems to have been missing since it was replaced. I did not find it but I stopped looking when I read the logs.
I'm positive its not there. Have looked on several occasions and have seen the photo so know what to look for :-/
Looked and looked but no luck, even tried nearby possibilities will try again in future
Still a DNF on this one, I'm afraid. I spent about ten minutes peering intently around the sign, and couldn't see anything. Either it's very well hidden, I'm looking in the wrong place, or it's not there. I see there's still a Maintenance icon showing for this cache.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 21 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
Another one with a DNF's. Even one who has found this cache before and couldn't find it anymore. No reply from cacheowner at all.
Appears to definitely not be there anymore. Went with someone who's found it previously, and he didn't find it either.
Me and a friend searched for a good ten minutes, but couldn't find it. Is it still there?
Searched high low over under and around and even after being told where it was still no luck.
Quick drive-by and find. Log was wet and only has one more log space after we had logged this one. TFTC

Santa gave me a new Nuvi, so I thought, why not a cruise to Hamilton and pick up some random caches en route while I test drive the new toy. Thanks.

8am - OMG its only 8am and #5 in hand already for the day, how dedicated is that - Interesting piece of NZ history here TFTC
At last, but I feel the cache proper may not be where it started, I have struggled with this over many visits.
found it, didnt even now this building was here. got to see some other parts of hamilton tonight
More difficulty getting the tiny log rolled up again than finding the cache! Thanks for the challenge!
Found by edmil and maddie. After just finishing morning tea we set off in search of a few more caches. This one was quite close by so it was first on our list. We parked the car some distance away and walked to GZ. The find took all of a minute. We signed the log and replaced the cache and then decided to visit the Art attraction that was being put on at the house. When we were in the Gallery we spoke with the new owner of the house. The topic got around to how we had come to visit the house and we explained geocaching she was very interested and amazed at the sport. We ended up leaving a donation for the True Colors Charity which was the reason behind the Art show. We also left her with one of our pathtags. The House will be set up as a gallery and will have its opening in the near future and we can recommend a visit. Our Micro Compass Rose also visited as this was a worthy cache, Thanks for bringing us to this spot.
Interesting bit of history connected to this house.
An easy find in the dark.
Thanks, Robmc.

2.20pm. Must have been rather special in it's day. A quick find. This is our number 1500.
Thankyou. David.
Thankyou. David.
TFTC, and logsheet needs replacing.. although as it turned out my pen was dry so couldn't have logged it anyway!
Nice hide. Could not log find as micro log sheet full... will return when renewed... TFTC
#318. We've been out of the game recently, winter sports, weather, other stuff and we had a few maintenance tasks to do.
And we had to find at least one cache while we were out! We had looked quickly once before and were sure we'd looked in this spot. Got it now!

Seem to have been near here before for a cache. Not sure when though. Nice hide. Quick find. Thanks.
That was too easy! Will someone please tell me where it was before it moved? It was definitely not here before.
Phew ... nice to finally knock this one off! Cache seems to haved moved to the obvious place. I'm sure it wasn't there before.
Many thanks
Many thanks
Is the cache currently in the original position? If so we can't really understand why there were so many DNFs when it was first published. Nice easy find in the obvious first place to look. Lovely old homestead. Thanks.

Found easily this morning in a place I am sure I looked at previously. Thanks very much
Out and about in the Waikato to catch up on the caches. No probems with this one, easy find T4TC.
TFTC. After reading the log, I was half expecting NOT to find this one today, but pleased to say I did. Have found other ones like this, so had a fair idea what I would be looking for which definately helped.... Beautiful old house, interesting history. Thanks for showing it to us!
#89 Love the house! TFTC

Had another go today but I am just not seeing it. Will have to bring some other eyes with me next time.
FANTASTIC! Loved this find. Took a bit standing around pondering the previous logs and clues to start with, but after another look we realised we were right on top of it. Log book is totally full and needs replacing. Cheers for the find.
Quick easy find. Exactly where we thought it would be. I was still reading the prior logs when -OGP- just walked up and found it. TFTC
Went for an early morning walk to get this one, it was only a few hundred metres from where I was staying the night. It was very much easier than I had been led to believe, I found it within seconds in the first place I looked. Great old place, I have admired this in the past when visiting Hamilton. Signed log, TFTC!
It took me longer to read all the logs than to find cache, what a hoot! , log in cache is nearly full, On the hunt with JDogShaw, TFTC Cheers Muzy Man! - Must try an get to Your Mill St Cache but that would encourage the cook to more rot tin shopping!
It appears we've had a closet DNFer in our midst. Wicked Weasel, now is the time to prove that you still reign supreme in the DNF stakes - log one more and your domination of this much sought after honour will be undisputed and I will bow before your greatness. Well... at least your honesty
Got on 2nd attempt.
Good to get out of the way !!

Am sorry to report that we found it - and the merry gerbils & I were just starting to enjoy this game
Popped down with the high hopes of returning home empty handed yet again and giving the weasel a run for his money in the DNF stakes. Found quite quickly this time - how did I miss that spot?
To all those logs saying it was found by sight, and the others saying it was found only by feel ...both apply.
A somewhat misleading hide shall we say. Still, at least it wasn't a puzzle

Found with GuanoGerbil & 49er princess. A quick and easy find (yeah right!). OmaGosh over and out...
Found at long last with GuanoGerbil and OmaGosh. Thanks for the fun. I think.
I see wicked weasel is leading the race in the most DNF's. I might have to head down for another look soon before I get left behind
