Not much to say about this one, except for the fact that it does kind of feel like a duplication view when you stand in the middle of the trees.TFTCSigned UNN

My family and I headed down from Brisbane to Canberra to spend the Easter break visiting relatives living here. The lure of a Mega event in town at the same time was just a coincidence, honestly .After an enjoyable stay, my wife and daughter had to fly back home last night for work and study commitments, while I still had a few more days in town to spend finding some more geocaches. With no family commitments to worry about, I was out the door before sun rise for a full day of cache finding. After spending a bit of time this morning looking for caches that were either too hard or unsafe for a solo person or too high for the tool that I had, I finally found a location I could reach but not until I wandered around trying to get the phone to settle on a specific location, which it eventually did, and I was then able to sign my name in the logbook.

I found your D2.0/T2.0 Small Traditional called Duplication View on 30 March 2024. It was find #19018 for me. Thank you jusojara for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of Australian Capital Territory.

Another fantastic day here in Canberra, the locals have certainly turned the wonderful weather for the event, maybe they had a chat with the Lord Above. We did not find many caches today but they certainly are quality caches. We signed a couple of challenge caches that we do not qualify for but found many others that we do qualify for and signed. The event last night was fantastic with loads of people to chat with. SL TFTC

Something special or unusual goes here:Another quick find as we walked through the park. The Generic Bit:The Capital Geobash Adventure 2024. Day 8: Cruising Canberra again Big Grin Yet again today myself, Anymules and Muff1 set out to try and find a few more caches.Big Grin A lot of puzzles were solved over many months preparing for this trip so we wanted to grab a few of those. Wink During the last two days the puzzle finds and concentrating on completing the USG series of challenge caches meant that when we checked this morning we had all finally qualified for as particular cache. CoolBig Grin So that cache, some L.U.C.Y. caches and a special Wedding were the targets for today. CoolCool***Thanks jusojara for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Big GrinLogs prepared and published through GSAK.

I had been for a long drive after work to collect the second set of clues for a puzzle cache. On my way home, I suddenly noticed a sign that had both Lyneham and Kaleen on it. I thought, Hang on - the third clue is just here!I drove around for a bit before finding a suitable place to park. (It helps if you zoom in on the map!) Then I had a lovely walk through the eucalyptus ridge before finding the geocache and recording the clue. Thanks for the cache, jusojara! I'm looking forward to solving the puzzle

Duplication well and truly finished nearby, as we watched the traffic roaring by. I guess that makes this hide a good spot to watch how said duplication morphs in coming years

Slimy slimy log book, that probably needs drying out at some stage and/or replacement.

Collected the required info for Day Of The Trifids and look forward to eventually tackling that one. TFTC jusojara!

Geocaching can be of varying contrasts, one day it could be extremely tough, bush bashing, climbing over massive boulders in the middle of nowhere like we did yesterday finding ‘blue gum cliffs’ cache in tidbinbilla. Today it was a leisurely walk around lyneham picking up caches and enjoying the winter days sunshine. Quick find. Tftc

Out for a quick walk on this cloudy and very windy today. I've needed to knock off the caches in this area for a while. I had planned on three today, but one of them proved to be outside my skill set. Oh well.

This one was meant to be the third, but became the second. All nice and easy here. Not much of a view really, the interesting parts of the duplication now long behind us. I found a nice water thingy to photograph on the way though. Oh, and I found a trackable in the cache too. TFTC Smile

29-Sep-19
Cache 5498 on 29 Sep 2019.

After doing family things most of the weekend, I decided to take an hour for myself and grab a couple of caches. A perfect afternoon for a short walk in the suburban bush. Both caches found easily, and I deposited a TB in each of them for good measure.

Thanks jusojara for the cache and the fun!

A reasonably quick find on my stroll around the urban bush behind North Lyneham today. The duplication is long done of course so as I sat here and signed the log, instead of machinery it was the drone of cars zooming back and forth along the GDE. I wonder where all those people are going to or coming from today as I sit here by myself in the bush? TFTC

This geocacher reported that the logbook is full.

A straightforward find after waiting for cyclist to pass by on nearby track. The log was slightly damp but okay to sign. However it is close to full so it was a case of finding a non-consecutive gap. TFTC
PS I photo'd the lid so I am looking forward to checking out the associated cache.

Today was a girl’s day out caching. Was with Kitty Katch, Joolay, GeoGlors, Darzee Di, and Isopedia. Some of the caches had been found by others or all. It was beautiful day, not too cold and the sun was out and the views over parts of Canberra with the autumn colours left a smile on our faces. We say a scar tree, had a laugh as some used a ladder to climb a tree – then explain to some mothers with kids in their prams some silly excuse as to what we were doing. Just love exploring the bush at our back door. Thank you ladies for bringing me along on todays adventure.
