As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, and assuming it still meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Been overseas for quite awhile and given no-one has found the cache recently, I assume it may have gone missing. When I get the time and energy , I will replace.
A bit of evening exercise, my knees will know about it tomorrow! No-one else around, but no sign of the cache.
I went up to roys peak today. A little bit of snow on the top. No chance to find the cache! Greets from germany
Today I was very fortunate to be working up on the mountain installing some new radios, so didn't have to hike up as I flew in by helicopter!
By the time I was able to have a hunt and search the area whilst waiting for the aerial chariot to come back, heaps of hikers had ascended onto the peak of the mountain for a rest and some lunch. Sadly I wasn't able to search out the hide as everyone was watching us pack up our equipment, but the views were awesome, and especially since we were getting paid to see them, and work in this wonderful area of our country! My job has some great perks for Geocaching.

No luck today. Maybe a hint, or a check from the CO needed? There seems to have been a bit of earth movement around GZ too. Next time.......

We were visiting the summit a few days ago, but I had no pocket query on my device, so I couldn't look for this one. Thanks anyway, Wiesel Flink
Alas, like TallGuy789 below, I did not find this cache either. Had plenty of time to have a good look around so will keep this on watch list to see if others do find it. Perhaps a hint of sorts would be helpful.
Views are wonderful and was a very pleasant half day walk.

Three of us spent quite a while looking for it, but no luck. Nevermind, the view was certainly worth it.
A great climb rewarded by finding the cache and by a super panoramic view. I did take a panoramic picture. TFTC
It is always great to find a cache after having done a long hike. It is the right reward!

What a great walk! Not easy but worth every meter. Stuning views all the way up to the top.
TB out.

Great to get up here again. doesn't get easier with the passing years. Met a couple sketching the view fromt the top.. He was happy to have a photo of his work uploaded.
Partly because others have logged their time, but mostly because I am a show off - 1hr 17mins up 41mins down
I think that it is harder than 3.5 terrain - its a long way up (obviously).
I knew I had about 10mins to search before a couple arrived, and I replaced the cache about 10s before they arrived!
Maybe give a hint, for eg it is within x metres of the summit pole?

too much snow last time I went looking for this one, but found it on a second attempt
Two and a half hours walking time, a tad over three hours including photo stops, view stops and catch our breath stops. Views stupendous from the top -- a clear early Autumn day, absolute magic.
Shared the summit with a Christchurch student on Easter vac, an Israeli couple doing their big OE after finishing in the army and a very quiet German (?) woman who kept to herself. Charlotte chatted to the muggles while I wandered nonchalantly off in the direction pointed to by the GPSr. I did wonder how lucky I was going to be, but poked around until I saw a suspicious pile of rocks and Bingo! Actually got there just in time because we met a lot of people heading up as we came down a bit later.

Found it after very hard 2hs 15min walk up to the summit. The view up there was worth every single step. TFTC from Germany!

We needed the 3 hours up and 2 hours return so the 3,5 star terrain is certainly an underrating for us - we've had higher terrain rated caches that were a lot easier! We only started at noon but the conditions were perfect: overcast on the way up and sun, bright sky and amazing views when we were on the top. This is really worth the effort. The cache itself was a sneaky little hide but luckily we had the top for ourselves and found it relatively quick. Time enough to log & rehide before we were joined by two couples of muggles! The cache is in good condition and sits perfectly in its little cave! TNLNSL

More than a dozen up at the top. Plus two radio mainteance workers working on the electronic equipement in side the small building. We searched for a while as covert as possible with no luck. It was no the less a great climb up with the real treasure the views surrounding us, the day was on of those clear blue sky, no wind, warm day, just the kind that you picture in your minds eye.
So lucky with the weather, beautiful day! Ash's first mountain, tired but glad she did it. TFTC
My daughter and I found this one. What a beautiful view! Well worth the climb. Lots of other people were on their way up as we made our way back down. A bit windy. The cache is very small and well hidden!
A pleasant news years eve (morning) stroll - yeah right!! Went up with two other Geocachers.
Solid walk but worth it for the views alone. TFTC and skyline views.

Great early morning walk up this little hill with 5 others (2 other cachers)
Found after a little hunting around. Stunning views and nice conditions.
Thanks for getting us up here. TNLNSL TFTC.

What a ridiculously perfect day today to do the skyline track!
Lake Wanaka blue as blue and Mt Aspiring rising above it all.
Nabbed the cache, no problems.
Note to others: On a fine day, this spot has the best view in New Zealand.
