i had no luck with this one. My GPSr led me to a stone wall and a little beyond. At the stone wall a shrub has obviously been cut away, not too recently but on the other hand it has been a while since the cache was last found.
Searched but couldn't find a cache, darn it.

Found this years ago but not showing up on my list. Found again today with Aussie Clark
A brisk walk up the Grassy Knoll. Doully found the cache. Took TB and placed in "Cycle Trail" GC3DFYN... **TFTC**
Another day of going southwards together with Lady Murazor. Today we got from Oamaru to Dunedin finding quite a few geocaches along the way - and this one was one of them. It is quite weird to go south and to have the sun behind the back at the same time, at least for an European...
This find was quick and easy.
No trade.
Thank you for this cache and greetings from Kraków, Poland.

Heading south for a wee family holiday. Family caught a cheap early flight down to Dunedin this morning...and will spend the day exploring Dunedin attractions...whilst I drive down to meet them...and find a cache or two along the way!
A surprisingly quiet spot with a busy road nearby. Thanks for making me stop. Cheers.

Found today with BDP82. Dropped off TB that wants to go south. Good hide. Thanks for the cache.
.spending the night in oamaru to knock of a few caches and help me get a 100 for the month , this was my first proper lot of night caching just sticking to the back roads rather than the town
I was expecting a DNF for this one after the last couple of logs but no was a quick find in the dark will have to give my prodigy KJR a few more lessons in caching ,cache in good order tftc
After doing the opposite earthcache I walked up this grassy knoll. When I arrived at the geozone it appeared that the wall has suffered a bit. I hope it wasn't done by geocachers. The cache was well hidden but with the hint it was a quick find.

Heading up to Aviemore and after not finding this one first time round as I was a bit dubious about pulling stones on this wall I decided to leave it and investigate further with someone that had found this earlier this year. A successful find this time with Challispoint and happy that no stone was damaged in this wall by us. TFTC
'Just visiting the area of Kakanui for a few days . What a lot there is to do here with sea and estuary and wildlife reserves it's amazing. Also an opportunity for a few caches. Thanks to the owners for bringing us to such a lovely spot
Mega trip to NZ with vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka, logged as TVVKFIN. We stopped here on our way back to CHCH from Mount Cargil. Thanks for the cache.
Long time dream came true and we could visit New Zealand. NZ Mega was our maingoal and we had time to find others too. We travelled together with Veke68, Katsukka and tanjuli (+husband) and had great time. We used TVVK Fin (that is tanjuli, vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka) in mostly logbooks to save space.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Finland.

Thank you!!!!

Caching holiday in New Zealand with Tanjuli, Vipema and Katsukka continues and today nice trip from Christchurch to Dunedin and back. Lot of kilometers but many nice caches and of course couple of very old caches too.
We logged mostly only TVVK-FIN to save space in the logbook.
Thanks!!

cache find #3756 An early morning drive from Dunedin, and heading to Christchurch. We stopped by to find this cache and do the nearby earthcache. found the cache easily. TFTC.
On a road trip with VDH56 and I.C.U. and this was the first stop so good to get a smiley face.
Was driving past and thought "now there's a place that should have a geocache". So I pulled over, whipped the phone out and sure enough.......
The cache was soon in hand. TFTC.

Hope the stones aren't being removed by searchers. That would be sad. A good search
Day 3 of our 5 Day end of year geocaching trip. Today was our biggest day of our trip with 75finds and 4DNFs with most of them being park and grabs. We found it on our way from Dunedin to Twizel while our holidays in New Zealand. Nice view. Greetings from Germany and TFTC.
Stopped on our way in to Oamaru to get the GPSr out. Only 36 m to the nearest cache! Woo Hoo! Quick find. Found with Lollipopcat and SpyDude13. Kia ora mai for the cache.
Spent the day geocaching on the drive from Christchurch to Dunedin. Resulted in 156 finds. Quick find. Signed log. TFTC!
We are staying at Rakaia Gorge this week, and we decided to spend a day travelling south so we could complete 2 Auckland challenge caches. For the 'So Far Away Challenge' we needed to find 10 caches that are 1000km or more from home. And for our Full Geocaching Licence we needed to find 50 caches in a day that are at least 1km apart. We have also been wanting to visit Moeraki Boulders (which also happens to be 1001 kms from home), so we had to time our trip around the tides. The 8.30am low tide meant we had to leave very early to travel 220kms from Rakaia Gorge to Moeraki , then find at least 10 caches further south before caching our way back north.
We had a very enjoyable day exploring further south than we have travelled before, clocking up close to 500kms, finding 69 caches along the way, and achieving both the challenge cache goals we had set.
After getting the answers from the nearby earthcache we crossed the road to The Grassy Knoll for a quick Trad.
Thanks for your part in helping make our day so much fun.

What a nicely hidden cache, tucked into a great spot and this very nice memorial nearby. After too many caches at the base of posts in long grass, this was a great pleasure and deserves a favourite point. Thanks Bitsprayer.
A quick saunter across the newly mown grass and along the wall soon had it found.

RuruNZ had stopped before the knoll and we accessed it via the fenceline off a driveway. Think the wall looks more like the ones in Christchurch that have suffered in the quakes. Glad to see this memorial has a lot of open space for use at Anzac Day parades and we aren't doing a multi with info needed from it. Not that I don't mind doing that. It is always good to see the names of our heroes.
Fellow cachers pulling in as we were pulling out so quick howdy and then off. Collected an FTF here a few years ago for an earthcache, that earthcache was one of the very first in the country too.
Found on our short but Mega trip across the ditch. we flew in to Christchurch on Friday, drove to Dunedin on Saturday, cached on Sunday, drove back to Christchurch on Monday and flew home on Tuesday. Tiring, expensive and well worth it.
Coords had us a little way away (it was very overcast) but there was only one hide it could be.

This was another of the many stops made today with Roostaman on the way from Timaru to Dunedin for the mega event, and even though this was a quick stop, it was a nice memorial to stop by.
