Having found my first cache in this series just over three years ago, I was determined to visit today and see it through to completion.
A busy stretch here today, but after waiting for a gap, I was able to grab the container. With the clue noted for the final, I was now close to the end. Thanks for the cache.

A Guy and Girl - An Hours Spare Time - Five Caches
After doing some Christmas shopping at Highpoint West we had an hour to kill, so what better way than to grab a few caches as we worked our way to Docklands. Whist Katy drove Trent navigated zig zagging our way.
Parking the GeoCruze nearby we approached the GZ both of us calling the hiding spot at the same time. We removed the cammo and Katy use her smaller hand to grab the cache.
Thanks for the cache vp4!!!

After a wrong turn on the way to the airport saw me heading over the Westgate, I decided to take advantage and get cache. Found this down a fair way but the fingers got it replaced the 'camo'??? back on top. TFTC.
Quick and easy find. Enjoying this series. Thanks for the cache and your efforts.
Found it! A quick find after visiting sick Geo-Nephew up the road. Thanks for the history about the trams. TFTC SL #11 of 31.
These "big ????? ?????" are everywhere and yet the bananas never noticed these clever hiding places until caching came along. It is amazing that something can be learnt every day yet you think the hard drive might be full. Does our hardware improve as computer hardware improves over time. It seems B1 can still remember every treasure ever discovered.
That was not expected!

The first I found in the series. Very easy but looking forward to getting them all.
A nice quick find on a very busy late afternoon with muggles and cars everywhere. TFTC vp4
Parking is difficult during the day, but I managed to make a quick find. Thanks vp4
Found on a night caching trip with lionJRB. This one was found quickly, signed log and replaced. TFTC vp4.
Woo first one I ever found! The papers gone a bit soggy. So heads up for anyone going to go to this one, bring a small zip lock bag to store the paper in to stop futher damage.
Thank you for yet another footscray trams cache. A nice easy find. The hardest part here was timing my crossing of the road. Signed the log, took note of the clue, put it all away and then ran back across the road.
Found this with MadBoy42 on our brief 12/12/12 adventure. For once my smartphone outsmarted MadBoy42's GPS and was able to put my hand on the cache with ease. TFTC!
Went looking for 3 caches close to home with Misselaneius only got to find this one due to muggle activity. A nice little find. TFTC
Enjoyed grabbing this almost 'drive-by' on the way through. I wanted to go far a large cache session tonight but could not manage it, the weather did not help, so i settled for grabbing this on the way past.
Nice idea for a series, will get out and complete the whole lot soon. TFTC.

On the way to Orienteering after work and picking up a few caches on the way, what better to occupy the afternoon.
Nice casual walk by in peak hour, look casual, look casual, got it, look casual, look casual, piece of cake.

Quick find in a spot I was drawn to like a magnet. Thanks vp4, I've kept this brief but I've put more detail in the final log.
Found this one today. I did the whole series today and finding a park was the hardest part of this cache! They are amazingly skinny roads (almost lanes) around here. Anyway found a park eventually and then located cache easily in the first place I looked. I then had to wait for passing traffic to go past before returning cache. Took nothing, left nothing and signed log.
Thanks for the cache vp4.
Thanks for the cache vp4.
Lid cannot close properly and log isn't in plastic bag. I'm worried about the log book get wet by rain. TFTC.
Came here after finding the nearby Mary MacKillop - Footscray (GC3NJJ1). I managed to park the car just around the corner from GZ. Not many muggles around at this late hour, just a few passing cars and trams - not surprising seeing that I was at a tram stop [lol]. The co-ords were spot on so I found the bold hide in a logical spot and signed the log at 12:15am. TNLN. The container's lid was a bit loose but I was still able to close it.
Thanks vp4 for the interesting cache, my first of the series. Great info on the history of the Footscray Tramways and MMTB.

Found @ 11:30pm, find # 1569.
On a caching night out with waffle eggs.
Once we had started this series we then tried to finish it, not knowing at this time that #4 was disabled.
We had just passed #1 and had to leave it for later as there were a few muggles about near GZ, so we made our way to this one once there it was a very quick find.
Noted the tram # for later on.

On our usual caching run this was to be our last cache for the evening - A nice and simple park and grab.

Found @ 17:55 with shogun. This was an instafind in the obvious spot.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and forgot to grab the clue - oh well, at least I know where to return to when I need it.

Thanks for this series, a quick few adding to the day's total. Gorgeous Melbourne winter's day - perfect for caching. No. 8 of 14 for the afternoon T4TC
A nice easy find with highrod. Took down the tram number, now ready to chase the rest of them. TFTC and the history lesson
Had a few muggles around but made the easy, well camo'd find and signed log with Kinkell1

Remembered to jot down the tram number this time, unlike one of the others (that I consequently had to revisit today).

Driving around in circles trying to find a way to Solomons Ford and decided that a little detour to your cache would make me feel better.
Thanks for the cache and the history. THis time I took not of the tram number.

Found it at night. Still very muggly. Taking a travel bug somewhere nicer to progress it on its journey
Been in Melbourne for the long weekend, but heading home today. Had to grab a cache, and this was closest to my sister's house. Squeezed a couple of travellers in. Thanks.
I’ve only found on other cache in this series, but since I had walked to a nearby doctor with my good friend and her tiny new born baby it was too good an opportunity not to pick up this next one in the series. Hopefully it won’t be another 18 months before I pick up another one! Given that I plan on visiting the baby more, I think I can see my way to pick up some more soon. Thanks for the cache and the series vp4. Looks like you might be a not so closet tram buff? Having done your MESCo series in Geelong, I don’t think there can be much doubt.
Find # 3532 and 7th of the day @ 4:13 pm. I had the afternoon to myself so what better than get a few caches. Easy find but the log is full could hardly find a place to write. TNLN, Left my mark in the log, Thanx Vp4....
Over from Adelaide for the King Tut exhibition. We were staying at the nearby Ashley Gardens CP and I needed a cache today to help fill in my day of the year grid.
A short drive and a park and I was across the road. Cache quickly located and retrieved. Hand in pocket for pen, left it in the car.
Back to the car with the cache and signed it, then back across the road to replace it.
All this at 5.30 on a Friday.

Found on an afternoon caching with Burge in Melbourne's West. Luckily this was a quick easy find as the traffic here made for muggle heaven. TFTC.
First cache for the day with pantherx. Quick find for another day of caching. Let's hope the weather improves. Tftc tnln sl
Yeah! Found it easily. Log book was almost warned out and has not enough space. Thanks!
Given we've just been to a cache hidden in the same manner, it wasn't much of a challenge. Never mind though, it's another notch for our guitar. TFTC.
As usual I had planned a night of caching with my good buddy jsmyong55. We had quite a number on the list, and I never thought we would get through them all. We did and then some! The final tally for the night has not yet been realised as there are both Geocaching Australia.com and Geocaching.com caches in the mix, but we both know we both grabbed over 50 caches each. To get jsmoyong55 over the line we detoured from a direct route to his home to get a few more. It was the first time for both of us to get over 50 so we were both pretty pleased with our efforts. This cache was one of those we grabbed. Although it was one we nearly didn't. The cache was so far down it was unreachable by hand. We tried. We tried getting with the wheel brace, even tried zip ties looped together. In teh end it was a small tree branch that pushed the grass away and was able to pull it to the surface. Phew! Thanks vp4
Out on a legendary cache run with caching buddy Trailrunning. For the first time, we actually completed the whole list and added a few more on the way home to meet the 50-find cache mark. Started early at 5.45pm all the way till 2am before we went home tired, but happy. 2 DNF's along the way but an awesome run all the same.
After a similar experience with the previous one, we weren't too keen for another one. This time, it was even harder to get to with an even smaller hole. I could put my hands in but couldn't reach for the cache. We decided to rummage through Trailrunning's caching tool bag and tried various methods in getting it. Finally with a long branch, we managed to get this one out. What a relief. Hopefully it doesn't too far drop down again. TFTC

Had to play hide from the muggle across the road for a while
cache finally in hand and signed the log.
Thanks to vp4 for this cache and series.

Inquisitive lollypop muggle wondered over to see if I needed to cross the busy road! I new it was a long day but I didn't think I looked that bad. Shoe lace trick worked and SL. T4TC

4252. [font=Century Gothic][green]The shopping centre I parked at has seen better days. Maybe trams would help? Nothing wrong with the spice from the Indian store or the nearby chicken stop though.
