easy found on a very hot day after a short break at Lazy Joe for a drink. Thanks and greetings from Germany
Found during a one day business trip to Melbourne. Thankfully, the meeting is tomorrow and I have some geocaching time before hopping back across the Tasman.
Sunday morning seemed a good time to attempt this, as there was very little traffic about. Having spotted the container I took it for a walk up to the nearby park to sign the log and note down the clue for the final. Thanks vp4 for the cache.
Yet another good cache and hide by vp4. Thanks for the cache vp4 as well as your interesting Notes on the past History of the Ammunition Factory - much appreciated. Very busy area traffic wise this afternoon
Found in between traffic. Nice easy find. Thanks for the cache and your efforts.
A pretty easy find for me - particularly after finding a similar cache in the series. Looks like I'll have to try for them all. Thanks for the cache vp4.
Pretty busy road here, but this was an easy one to grab. It's the second in the series we've done - maybe we'll come back to get the others and then the mystery. Thanks for the cache.
On a trip to find a few caches I can across this one after fletch and Danny boy were not located. At least I have one today.
Don't know what is going to haopen with this series as the clues near the showgrounds have been wiped out.
Might just have to wait until it comes up as an unloved puzzle.
The bananas have that clue.
Thanks vp4 for this series.

Thanks vp4 for this series.
Found this one but it's fallen too far into it's hidng spot, needs to be retrieved, so alas I did not sign it.
Bit concerned with all the cars but hey as if they would notice. Little old me.
A nice quick and safe cache for a lone woman at 8 o'clock at night. Not like the nearby Pipemakers park, which I left without finding the cache because it was too scary. TFTC.
Another one in the footscray tram series ticked off the list.
I must be nearly done by now... and where have I stashed the other clues? Need some more searching closer to home! Thanks for the cache and the series, a transporters delight.

Found it! After watching my Nephew in a wonderful dance performance at the nearby college, I found this cache. A quick find. Thanks for the history of the area and the tramways. TFTC SL
I parked my bike across the road and wandered across to make an easy find. There's no sign of the terminus now! I forgot to write down the code, but I'll worry about that later. Thanks vp4.
Found with Misselaneius. This is the first in this series I've done. Looking forward to doing the others. TFTC & a history lesson.
A sunny and short caching adventure today with MadBoy42. The walk from Danny Boy (GC83AB) to this one provided some lovely views of the area. The cache itself took a wee bit too long to spot for me - it is the curse of the short people. My first FTT cache, but as a local I have every intention of getting to them all. TFTC!
Found last traditional cache series for FTT7 but Ive lost some code numbers which means I have to go back some caches I found last year or so.
Thanks vp4 for interesting history about tram series and cache

On the way to Orienteering after work and picking up a few caches on the way, what better to occupy the afternoon.
This ones a bit harder to look casual but here I go, in for a quick grab and walk, sign down the road and back.
This would be much easier at 10pm.

Quick find in a spot with nice (and unexpected) views. Thanks vp4, I've kept this brief but I've put more detail in the final log.
Found this one today. I completed all of the series today which I thought was quite impressive. Thanks for a great series and the history lesson along with it. There was a lot of traffic today which meant I had to be careful in getting and returning the log. Took nothing, left nothing and signed log.
Thanks for the cache and the series vp4.

I have found a couple in this series each week after my sporting comp at MSAC. So tonight I thought I'd do the last two containing clues to the final cache. I managed to get a car park across the road from GZ. Not much passing traffic being so late at night. There weren't many places to hide a cache so I located the bold hide quickly and retrieved it between passing cars. I signed the log at 11:50pm and then speedily returned the cache to its hiding spot. TNLN.
Thanks vp4 for the nicely hidden cache and for the history lesson on the Footscray Tramways and MMTB. [^]

I had to duck into highpoint ( to pick up an ammo can) , and this was a perfect drive by. .
I've only a few to go in the series now.
So thank you. 17/09/12 15:38 Find #455

Out on a caching day with Highrod!
Is this our last FTT? Where have I put the answers to all the others? Will have to check at home and come back for the final puzzle. TFTC and the interesting histories vp4

Found on a Melbourne caching trip with Kinkell1
Thanks for the cache, Highrod - Ballarat.

As I was leaving a customers building site, I thought I would open the geocaching app on my phone, just in case their was a cache nearby and sure enough, 58 metres away
Busy road but the type of hide was familiar
TFTC and history lesson.

A quick find after shopping ! An interesting history associated with this and I will now have to complete the others. Thanks and cheers!
Found @ 11:45pm, find # 1570.
On a caching night out with waffle eggs.
Once we had started this series we then tried to finish it, not knowing at this time that #4 was disabled.
Moving on from FTT 2 we then made our way to this one, after driving past it we turned around and stopped right next to GZ, found cache in the second place I looked.
Noted the tram # for later on.
Thanks to vp4 for this cache.

Found it on a little caching run on a Wednesday night...after a bit of a tussle to get this one I can say that I won! Laid my hands on the cache then handed it over to Jacimarble and C@H to sign. Second one of this series that I have found.
So I stood back and watched while the "children" tussled for finding this one. that's what you get caching with Ali and Justin.
Yep, as it says, quick drive by...unless you miss it and have to u-turn and park on the other side of the road Gorgeous Melbourne winter's day - perfect for caching. No. 7 of 14 for the afternoon T4TC
I've had a cold for a week, and I'm just not shaking it, so today I decided to sleep in, work from home in the morning, and head out to do some messages in the afternoon. If I just 'happened' to be able to fit in a few caches with the messages, then that is just co-incidence.
This cache, cache number one for the afternoon, despite my deternined effort to get the messages done first, was done on the way to the last message. I have picked up 2 others in this series and I'm sure over the next few years I'll collect some more, and maybe even one day complete the series. The pickup today was easily completed.
Thanks for the cache vp4.

Still on the same mission after giving up on Solomons Ford. Once again thanks for the history of trams in the area and I took note of the number again.

Looked at GZ as we drove past, and guessed where the cache would be hidden. Parked in the lane nearby, then a short walk on the shared pathways.
Cache exactly where expected, retrieved during a lull in the traffic.
The log sheet was extremely wet, so I dried it as best I could before signing. A small bag is desperately needed here.

Quite a few people on the river path tonight. I don't like running on shared paths - I would find it less irksome if cyclists would learn that it would be polite to ring the bell before passing.... Found quickly in the expected place. Thanks.
Found 1:45 pm.
Nice quick find on a lovely day
I remember when this place was an ammunution factory. Hence the cache name I suppose.

Find # 3533 and 8th of the day @ 4:22 pm. I had the afternoon to myself so what better than get a few caches. This area sure has changed I remember when my brother did his apprenticeship at the Amo factory. TNLN, Left my mark in the log, Thanx Vp4....
After plenty of walking to do these caches today was great for a nice easy find.

Found on an afternoon caching with Burge in Melbourne's West. Burge had been to this one before so it was an easy grab. TFTC.
Found this on Sat morning. Quick and easy one. Nice and solid container. Thanks.
I hope the people in the overlooking houses know what we are doing or they're liable to get a little nervous. TFTC
Nice easy find after a close call with a crazy car driver! Log is now full. SL TFTC
As usual I had planned a night of caching with my good buddy jsmyong55. We had quite a number on the list, and I never thought we would get through them all. We did and then some! The final tally for the night has not yet been realised as there are both Geocaching Australia.com and Geocaching.com caches in the mix, but we both know we both grabbed over 50 caches each. To get jsmoyong55 over the line we detoured from a direct route to his home to get a few more. It was the first time for both of us to get over 50 so we were both pretty pleased with our efforts. This cache was one of those we grabbed. jsmyong55 nearly took his arm off getting this one. Luckily he's quite tall. The cache was in pieces but we fished them all out. thanks vp4
Out on a legendary cache run with caching buddy Trailrunning. For the first time, we actually completed the whole list and added a few more on the way home to meet the 50-find cache mark. Started early at 5.45pm all the way till 2am before we went home tired, but happy. 2 DNF's along the way but an awesome run all the same.
We parked across the road and ran towards GZ. Saw the cache but it had dropped deep in. My hands were quite long so I had a go at fishing it out. Felt for it and got it but had a little trouble getting my hands out. Long story short, there was no need to amputate nor to blowtorch, I had my hand out and we were soon signing the log. TFTC vp4 for another from this series
