Thanks for the intro #Reperio - and a bit less of the "old man" stuff thanks.....
Old man was interested in this "geocaching" I was talking about and asked if he could come one day. used this one to introduce him to the game, think he enjoyed himself, so see if we see a bit more of "Gyrosweeper"around
Great time out with the family. DR JAMES, SMELLY BELLY 8 and JABs Had a lot of fun and it was a very lovely day. Gained lots of fantastic memories and visited some cool places. This was part of my geocaching scouting challenge.

13:04:08 Reminds me of a series of bridge caches hidden all over the ACT. Still a quick find after a slide through the wet grass. Onwards to find a spot to have lunch.
JABs.

On a caching trip with the family up north. This is to help my cub scouting challenge we did 50 in one day which is a record for the whole family together.
Easy find but no way you can hide from all the car muggles here. One of those fluoro jackets would help.
Nice cache. Beware the Hobbler's Bridge troll who can often be seen sitting near this location!
A nice quick grab whilst driving past on the way to meet friends for coffee. SL, TNLN, TFTC
Muggles everywhere as there would be in a place like this, but would they know what we were up to? TFTC
Fourth redrover 09 cache for today. I used to live at St Leonards, so good to come back here to the bridge. TFTC
Nice spot for a hide.. brought back my memories of riding my bike up there every morning to work at Blue Ribbon Meat Factory 18 years ago.. TFTC
We had some things to do in Lonny before heading off to St Helens for Christmas however caching got in the way again. Managed to get a bit of both done and this was one we were particularly pleased to get. Thanks for the cache redrover 09
Another one of those caches I've been meaning to do for a while. Quick find, thank you.
Almost a drive by without getting out of the car.
Located quickly, signed and off to catch the plane.

Another quick find for Sol de Lune and I as we tried to cram in a last few finds in Launceston before flying out to Melbourne. Thanks Redrover 09.
Couldn't park much closer, but it was still good to get as close as we did, just to see if we could.
Thanks for another one Redrover09
Thanks for another one Redrover09
Good placement, but I forgot to bring a pen to sign the log. Thanks for the cache
Easy find if you don't count all the muggle traffic! Log book is full. TFTC
Another quick find or is it just that I am getting used to this thing called caching lol. Thanks for the cache
Cache Hunt 336; GAFF1; Weather, Sunny/cloudy; Helpers, none; Cache condition, Good; Find of the day, 15th - STATUS - Found
Needed another 6 quick ones to get my 20 for the day. As I pulled up to this gz, I knew where this was going. A similar one is in the Hunter Valley , so I pulled up, walked to gz and grabbed cache. SL and returned. Quick and easy. TFTC.

Second find on my way home (hah!).
Found quickly and logged. Thanks for the cache
Found quickly and logged. Thanks for the cache
Found it easily. No sight of the muggles again. Phew!
Thanks Redrover 09 for the cache.
Thanks Redrover 09 for the cache.
Made life hard for myself doing this one. Parked across the road on the grassed area below the roadway. Walked up, saw where I SHOULD have parked, found the cache and left.
Quick find on my way to work, what better way to start the day - than with another cache find,TFTH.
Found after trying to look like your not looking for something! Need an invisible cloak! TFTC
Ha, it was the old magnetic eclipse tin trick. Had to pretend to take a couple of photos, it was so busy!
Lots of cars passing us by, I saw a few give us odd looks but that's all. TFTC
Found after lengthy search, which was pretty much completely due to a jumpy GPS. After it settled down it was a pretty easy find.
Killing time before out flight back to Wellington via Sydney we stopped in Evandale for some dinner....and lo ans behold there are caches in the area! A very late log with JDSavannah during a wonderful stay in Launceston on our pre-Christmas tour of Launceston. TFTC
The last cache of the day on the way back to the athletics to watch Jr NQ in the running. A simple find in a busy spot. It's not easy sometimes looking not suspisious but managed this time due to not too many cars. Lucky a truck was for sale nearby and used this as a bit of a diversion. TFTC
GPS just didn't want to co-operate today, and had us going from one side of the road to the other. After a few mins we did find cache. L rivers tag tb
Easy find, popping out this morning for some quick caching before leaving Launceston. The river has burst its banks and is quite a sight. Cache is secure for the moment though. Thanks.
Found once the GPSr had settled down. We were all over the place at first, before CP had the cache in hand. TFTC
Quick find, eventually! Gu had been here twice before but it had been dark or too busy with passing traffic. Today we thought we would have a quick find before we had to go out for Sunday lunch, No such luck with a muggle perched across the road, watching the world go by.....(Why??) Anyway, quick find after lunch....TFTC
Found on an early autumn evening though darkness had well and truly descended. Plenty of waterfowl could be heard squabbling over roosts for the night so I will have to assume that the GZ is a pretty place to visit. Fortunately the cache is quick to find because I would not like to spend a long time searching due to the heavy traffic. The log book was signed back in the car and I remeber that the log was difficult to extract from the tin. Thanks for the fun cache to find.
I went past the parkimg spot but once this was corrected it was a short stroll to gz and an easy find. Thanks
When we were planning our day's caching activities, we though that access to this one may have been a little difficult. Not so - readily accessible and a quick find. TFTC
Sirius had been here before us today again. Our pen would not work so we took a photo of the cache to prove we where there if anybody wants to see it. Number 2 on our afternoon mountain bike loop.
Second of 2 finds on the way back from the Tip.
Nice hide and relatively easy find, this time by Dad.

I had looked at this one previously but too many passing muggles. This time I waited until dark and found it after a quick search. Great hide!!
Nice easy find after dropping the new geo pooch off at the vet

25 years ago I lived in this road but there were no caches. I often walked down here. Today it was a quick find in an obvious spot after a muggle workman got off his mobile and drove out of the area.

Find # 987 @ 10:40 and the 4th of 17 finds for the day on our Tassie trip.
A quick find. As I was approaching the car, a gentleman approached asking if I found it. He introduced himself as the cache owner. Just happened to be passing at the time.
TNLNSL Thanks Redrover09 for the cache and it was nice to meet you.
