Was just about to give upland found it. When you think you scratched enough. Scratch harder !!! Shelley boys
Found with Two Baker Boys on Day 6 of holiday caching streak. Enjoying a mid week holiday in the Kiama area with geohusband. Found pretty quickly using my caching eyes. No chickens here today. There was no trackable in the cache. Thanks for the quick find.
Had a look at the obvious places but felt very exposed so didn`t hang aaround for too long in case I attracted too much attention.
This hide must fool plenty at times that I am sure probably don't log DNF's.
A nice park and hide to go with it, well done.
Thanks to Rowers for the cache hide.

Found after a quick night search. Left a foreign coin, took a coaster and also said goodbye to our good friend "Brown Bear" travel bug. See you mate, happy travels!
Woohoo...found with crying babies...first one we found with a treasures inside!

Getting better at these! Tried about 6 months ago but came up empty. Easy when you spot something strange! Tftc
Walked over to this spot from the nearby shellharbour beach cache. Had a little search, but didn't manage to uncover anything =( Probably won't be back for another search as I'm not a local to this area, but it was a nice location to stop at nonetheless!
Found along with Lloydelicious on our geocaching adventure!

GrimRaider and I managed to pick up this cache today while at the 7th Annual Rats Event. Nice hide and found with lots of cachers looking on - a change from avoiding the muggles haha. TFTC
Nabbed with Canaroo and a bit of assistance from our support team, while visiting the Annual Rats Event.
Well made, thanks for the cache.
Well made, thanks for the cache.
We found this one easily today while at the 7th Annual Illawarra Get-Together as there was plenty of cachers scratching around, TNLN thanks.
When the other chickens had finished scratching about I wandered over from the event. Certainly not what i expected. This brought a smile to my face. Nicely done.
Found it with help of a few other chooks while attending the event. What an excellent container! Thanks!
Geo Wife and I attended the "7th Annual Illawarra Get-together & 100" on a slightly overcast morning however the day developed into a most pleasant caching adventure.
With plenty of nearby cachers looking on I located this one quite quickly, must be the chicken in me!!
Signed the log and all replaced as found.

My first Australian cache! If this one was a 1.5, I'm heading home now! We made like chickens and then like ground hogs - a Canadian animal that burrows - but eventually found it. Can't remember who my partner was but he was a great help. Met too many people today to remember all names. Left two travel bugs and an Ottawa and Canada hat pin. TFTC.
Took a while to find. Needed help from the owners who luckily live across the road and spotted us looking so they gave us some hints and we were on our way. Thanks
Make like a chicken how funny many helpers came in handy it is there folks and co-ords are good had fun with this one took a special treasure away with us and replaced with a few more
Didn't find this one and didn't really like the idea of scratching like a chicken, especially as there are so many great spots nearby. Will have to come back again some time.
gave this a good try with the Newberys but the cluie did not help us and we had a lot to do so gave it away.
Found on my holiday trip to Shell Harbour.
It took a while to find, but finally I managed it.

According to the guidelines chaces are not to be buried.... Maybe I missed something here, but if we need to dig around to find it, then we are upsetting the environment??
TFTC, Found while attending the 6th Illawarra Geocaching Event. Visited with trackables enjoying the chance to meet local Cachers from this area.
Found at the 6th annual event. Thanks to Mrs Steeba for pointing me in the right direction. SL TFTC
I can't believe it took 8 or so experienced cachers so long to find this one. After way-too-long it was J&J.au who made the find, just inches from where many of us has already looked. The locals looking out there windows must have wondered what was going on. Thanks Rowers, for the frustration and the cache.
I was one of the aforementioned scratchers! Jim found it in the end. Sneaky hide! TFTC.
Found with ... well nearly everyone at the event who had not logged it
This was more right cache right time as a group from the event had just brought this one to the surface

The chickens had been scratching everywhere.....found it eventually, after a hint or two. TFTC, our first for the day.
DNF at 11.45am. We looked fairly hard, but as travelers we could not spend the time to scratch through all of the garden! Cache may still be there, but if it is it is totally buried.
Thanks anyway Rowers.
Thanks anyway Rowers.
Sad to say, got a dnf for the day.. On an easy cache too.. Maybe my hunting eyes are a little weary..
Not a soul around today. Funny how the rain will do that! Quick easy find. Log book a bit damp though. TNLN TFTC
Great little hide. Very clever. Noone around today n the cooler weather

Quick find as the cache and its contents were strewn about the garden and nearby grass.
We have put everything back in the cache and replaced it where we think it came from.
As its obviously been muggled, it might be best to find it a new location.
The log is quite damp and out pencil wouldnt work.
TFTC. unable to sign log.

Found with a local Rat after a walk along the nearby beach.
I had it in hand after a short search and thankfully there was no muggles around either.
The inside of the cache was wet & the log book soaked. I tried to dry out the cache but the book will need to be dried out.
TNLNSL TFTC,

4053. [font=Century Gothic][green]Walked over from where I'd parked the car for Shellharbour Beach as I knew there were people near GZ. As it was a bit warm I sat under a tree and found logged and returned the cache while in this position. Sore elbows from the tan barekka dn quizzical looks when I left but no other attention paid to me.

Skyejam and I was not confident to retrieve the cache because too many muggles but when Webguy and other guys retrieved it stealth so skyejam approached and sign the log before he put it back Thanks Rowers
When I saw Team Webguy and other cachers stood nearby and I said to sevabo that I couldn't retrieve it because there were so many muggles nearby so I approached to them and signed the log quickly before he put it back. Thank you to Rowers.
Another find during the event at the same locale. I'm sure the nearby crowd celebrating a birthday party must have been wondering why this spot was attracting so much attention.
TNLN and thanks Rowers for the cache.

With so many cachers only metres away at the ICC event, this was one popular find today. Surprised ozvixen and I were first to sign for the day though (with a small tip off from paegle boy).
It was interesting watching other cachers do this one and how they left it. When I retrieved it, the top of the cache was partially covered in cammo, when I left it, it was more than covered in cammo. I watched another cacher do it and just leave it fully exposed. I hope this one stands the test of time.

We made a last-minute decision to attend the 5th Annual Illawarra Get together (well, we were bludgeoned into it by Mr_Roo, really).
So, we managed to get a couple of caches on the way there, and quite a few after the event, on our convoluted way home again.
We did much of our caching today in the company of Mr_Roo and Albida, which was a lot of fun!
Quick find whilst actually at the Event - found with Black Bunny.

Our 4769th overall find.
I'm sure this cache would have got some hits today. I wonder what the people picnicking nearby must have thought though as the stream of people going back and forward to the cache were doing? Nice to see a bit of effort going into a hide like this.
Thanks to Rowers for the cache. *Overall Experience: 3* http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/Rating
