Decided to leave the neighbours in peace for a while. Having visited, the tree that was at GZ is gone and we didn’t have time to scout for another spot. Perhaps someone else would like to hide here.
Was returning home after a drive along the coast picking up caches. Easily found the entry to the park but looked around, under and in lots of things but couldn't find a cache. No problems with dogs or neighbours which made the searching easy just was able to find anything unfortunately. My only sad face for the day out of 16 caches. Pretty good ratio for me though - better than average.
I looked and looked, but to no avail. I was secretly hoping a nosey neighbour would pop their head over the fence and give me a hint.
WARNING: Curly-haired cacher warning. I'll be picking twigs out of my hair for weeks.

This was success number 1 of 7 on this outing.
Thanks Earthbound Chief

Found it while at a family brunch who's house's backfence borders the park. Nicely hidden, cache was quickly in hand and there were pretty much no muggles (apart from my relatives playing cricket in the park), and even better no unfriendly encounters. TFTC
Prob shouldn't have done this one in the dark- no neighbours, but the dog didn't like us looking around on the other side of his fence. The 'I found this' note was a bit creepy to read in pitch black too
Lovely little park, we only saw one actual muggle walking through the park but how many were watching us from behind curtains we'll never know. We found the cache, signed the log and returned it to it's hiding place without being challenged by the police or any nosey neighbours.
TFTC, Merann.

Yes, we did actually drive straight past the entrance. Nice hide, TFTC. Found after a few minutes by Sarah.

The plan had been to take the newly purchased cachemobile south for a promised repair, then cache my way back home. So much for that; the parts hadn't arrived... oh well, more time for caching.
The GPSr, for once, led me straight to the entrance to this hidden gem in automobile mode. I guess it has to happen occasionally. Of course, it still exacted its pound of flesh by insisting that GZ was one feature, when the cache was eventually found by another. C'est last vie.
No neighbours were disturbed in the procurement of this smiley.

A fairly quick find, no muggles out today and no one looking out windows that we could see. Thanks for the cache and bringing us here, love the ti trees giving this place its character.
2nd attempt at this one thanks to muggle activity. Finally managed to sneak in and get it! TFTC
No muggles or nosey neighbours. Geo kids and i had some good running races and then made a quick find. Visited a couple tbs. TFTC.
Found with geokid#2 after a quick trip to the shops. What a hidden gem of a park - didn't know it was here even having gone to scouts just down the road. I love the gnarled trees growing on top of each other. Got in to park ok and no muggles to disturb us in the late afternoon sun. SL, TNLN, TFTC.
Thanks for the hide. Have lived in area for 35 years and haven't been to this spot.
Definately under the watchful eyes of the locals

It took a while to finally find an entrance to this park. By the time we did, the GPS was nearly out of batteries so we had a very rushed search around to find GZ. The little dog on the other side of the fence was most unhappy about us being there. Luckily nobody came out to see what the noise was all about.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Took us 10min driving around trying to find the park. No muggles in sight. Took pencil sharpener and dropped off mighty bean. No geocoin in cache
On a weekend trip to Melbourne from Sydney...so of-course we had to do some caching....we had a local muggle sitting on a log in the sun near GZ but he quickly moved on once we approached...had a nice quick find...TNLN...T4TC
I really like this weird little suburban jungle. A quick find with no muggles to be seen. Tftc.
Weather was wet. under stealth not that the red and white umbrella helped in this regard, but it was quiet as we made our way into the park from between the houses. only one keen muggle walking a dog waited for her to pass then proceeded to the GZ. Just as the partner said "found it". the dog started barking from the fence nearby. We made haste to fill out the log and leave the scene. TFTC
Dropped by on my way home from a lunch. Thankfully, after reading the description and logs, there were no muggles about and the neighbours seemed preoccupied. Fairly quick find and thank you for the cache, Earthbound Chief.
Can you just imagine the call to the police? "Hello, there are some people outside my house in a public reserve, wandering around and having fun. They aren't do anything wrong, but can you come and stop them?" What is wrong with some people?

Hmn, a pair of dog walkers or the Neighbourhood Watch on patrol?
This one was simple to find but surprisingly took awhile before the window of opportunity presented itself.

09/06/2012 18:33 This little park actually has three entrances. The two northerly ones are a small opening in the fence at then end of a dead end road and the other is a large park entrance at the end of another dead end. It does have a great many park windows facing inwards but lucky for me the weather was cold and damp enough to deter sticky beaks. No-one about anywhere I saw so searched and signed in peace. The other advantage of these closed parks is the lack of ransom muggles walking by. Luxury caching. TFTC Earthbound Chief TNLN SL
Last one after a big day of caching.
Took a peek at the sat map to find the entrance.
One doggie + muggle about in the park but they were more interested in chasing a ball.

An attractive hidden park and a nice sized container made for a memorable cache. Thanks Chief!
New log book and dropped a couple of coins- sorry it took so long,we have not cached all month
Found at 3:02 PM GAFF1. We like these hidden parks where there is a single secret access. Managed to find the access at our first attempt and then the cache was soon uncovered.
Thanks Earthbound Chief
Thanks Earthbound Chief

Great park! Must come here more. Found it easy once I was in the right spot.
Found @ 23:15. Grabbed on a night run in the area. The second of 7. After finding my way in to the park I made the find after a brief search. At this time of night I don't think that I was noticed, but the car may have been on the way in. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and found the "extra" note in the cache interesting. Thanks for the cache.

What? The log book is missing again...good grief! I guess another maintenance run is in order. This cache must have a worm hole in it!
Log book is missing and found a strange note inside Wrote my name down on a piece of paper
A favorite!
Brilliant hide! clever camo.
I don't know what made me look there but I did the camo threw me off....I'm glad I checked
P.S..... I've just read the description of the cache (Today is/was a day of caching using coords ONLY) WOW! I'm surprised I found the cache undetected a bonus for me

Found @16:45 after finishing workearly down here today. Spent a bit a time searching in the wrong spots to then find in a spot I glanced past first. TFTC TNLNSL
Found this one after not much looking, quite clear, cant believe it hasnt been muggled yet, TFTC
First of 9 on my second bike grab, Sixth out of 14 for today
Very unusual hide! loved it! there were a few muggles in the park but they were concentrating on their dogs. I got a very sour look from one of the older muggles as I left the park though. TFTC.

Haha very funny hide. Found on an evening out caching with Burge. Kept quiet so as to not alert the neighbours. I have to say though - this is a very unusually located park! SL. TFTC.
Another busy day in and around melbourne searching for geocaches. Soon had this cache located. SL (The cache I found had a log) Thanks for the fun!
This cache definitely has gremlins I think! Where could the log book have possibly gone? And the cache is still there? Oh good grief! Well, it has been a year since this cache did it's disappearing act and then reappeared after another kind cacher left a replacement cache, so there were two in the hidey hole! So the saga continues...from 2 many caches to 1 cache with no log. Will try to replace it in the next few days. Thanks for the heads up bogonghazy!
Quick find again in the cover of darkness.
No muggles were watching tonight, BUT there is no logbook, just a note from a muggle to say it was found and will be found again by others.
So I signed it, and re-hid a little better.
Thanks again earthbound Chief for showing me this nice little area

Was rather nervous there would be people around after reading the logs. Luckily the place was deserted and it was a nice quick easy find.
Very out of the way little park. Geokids found this one; so excited started yelling. Had to quickly "shoosh" him while there were some muggles around!! TN, left a seahorse. TFTC.
Found with Thing no1 and Thing no2, we were very quiet and did not disturb any local muggles. SL TNLN TFTC

Found the cache, quite easily, muggle activity extremely high and was actually spoken to by a member of the public afterwards, just asking me about it and saying that they had had quite a few people visiting the park because of it. So they are very aware and also dont think they like their little park being populated! Signed the log, TFTC
My second find. I seem to be following around after thedubfamily!
Muggles are very suspicious at this location!

#194. Number 8 of 23 finds today. Thankfully this one caused no trouble at all - no neighbours, no police (!) and a very easy find. Only difficult part was finding how to drive anywhere near GZ! TFTC.
#466 12th of 23 found today in Sth-East Melb. A new football was right near the cache and I was about to throw it over the fence (where I presumed it came from) when the owner and sons turned up so had to wait a little 'til they left. Thanks yet again Earthbound Chief.
Found on a night caching run through the area. On my own tonight. Well, at 2300 hours i had no problem with muggle neighbors calling police on me...... Which was a good thing. TFTC.
Found it after accidently missing the entrance.
Grabbed it after Muggles walking their dog had left
then quickly signed the log book.
Took - TB & GC
Left - Playing Card
Will take TB & GC to many caches with us
as they have been sitting here for months...

A nice easy find on a great melbourne afternoon after work.
I had no problem finding a way in, had to wait for the muggle running around with her dog to go away before I stealthly retrieve this one.

Oh, a sneaky little park! You probably wouldn't have known it was even there unless you were a neighbour... and now a geocacher!
This one was surrounded by snails! Yuck!
Thanks Earthbound Chief for this cache.
