We have archived this cache. Found it totally exposed again, and the cache contents strewn around GZ.
As it is getting overgrown, untidy and the area is being used more and more as a dumping ground, this is no longer a place we feel proud to host a cache. Thanks to all those that have visited in the past.

Easy approach from the road. I found the cache in an unusually exposed spot, but there were no obvious places that it came from, so it must be the right place. TFTC!
Took a little wandering around but spotted in a few minutes. Didn't know this oval was up here...Or golf course for that matter. Cheers!
Was naughty here and parked adjacent to GZ, being 12m away. Quickly spied the hide and CIH in one of the first places I looked. Thanks GSPVX for the quick smiley.
The co-ords are pretty good considering the cover - 4m on the iPhone and 7m on the ancient clockwork Magellan. Left a hotel pen and placed cache back in its niche. Mossies invited us to stay for dinner but we made an excuse and left.
Finally found it!
This cache has been my nemisis. I've been here 3 times before and spent ages each time with no luck. Obviously today was meant to be the day to find this one as after reading logs saying how easy it was (NOT!!) I thought I'd have another go. Well it was out in the open and I didn't have to search or dig at all.
Thank goodness for that!
SL & rehid, covered it with some natural camo.
Cache # 1211 Visited some TB's.

Easy find. Got a few odd looks from the golfers.

This is what caching is about. One of those great hidden spots that you've driven past thousands of times, but may not have known about.
I seem to have made a 6-legged friend too.

Working in the area. Easy find. No one about except a cache guardian.

The Geowife asked if I wanted to find some caches out St Leonards' way. Of course, that was just an excuse to get me to drive Geoson #3 out there for a market research session.
Worked though.
Managed to grab two caches before I got the call to "Come and get me". Was actually hoping for three.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
My second target - hoping to backtrack slightly for a third.
Parked at the oval and made my way to GZ.
Hmmm, lots of spots here. After 10 minutes I spotted it in a location I almost dismissed as being unable to hold the cache - glad I checked.
As I removed the cache got a PAF re a cache I'd found - was worried that it was the Geoson wanting retrieval. Crisis averted there, I completed signing duties and then found that the hide only just holds the cache. Took about 5 attempts to get it back in place. It wasn't that hard to retrieve!
Walked back to the car - as the Geoson said he was ready. Well, the jokes on him - I'm 15 minutes drive away!

With just a bush turkey for company, Mr Ozjeeper was beginning to look like a bit of a bunny as he circled around probing in all the likely places. Returning to a previously-searched spot, but this time reaching in a lonnnnng way the container was grasped and the find made.
Found it without too much difficulty after warming up (!) on a few bird man minecraft caches in narrabeen

Easy walk. It was easy to find. Took 2 toys and put toys on exchange. Kids loved it.!!
Got lucky here. Looks like the bush had been cleared recently so the walk in was not too tough. And our angle of approach led us straight to GZ. Now that doesn't happen too often. Nice oval here. We took a walk around the sparsely muggled golf course afterwards. TN L the Dragonfly TB SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Fought off a few mossies and did not find it in the obvious area suggested by the hint. A slightly larger radius of search and some leaf removal revealed the hide.

Conditions: Lovely spring afternoon
Companions: None
Muggles: Cricketers, a cyclist, but no-one who noticed me
My daughter had a party nearby, and after some quick shopping I had time for some caching while waiting. I parked at the oval, where a cricket match was just about to start, and headed into the bush. Once at GZ I saw a number of potential spots, and started searching. I noticed a cyclist heading up the road, slowly, so waited for him to pass before resuming my search. There was one area that seemed particularly likely, and through viewing it from a few angles I noticed something. A-ha! TNLNSL, TFTC

Stopped off on the way home from work for this one. At GZ there were a few likely spots that "bugs bunny" may be hiding in. So I started burrowing and eventually found the correct burrow, surfacing with CIH. Cache was dry and in good shape, despite the damp location. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Finally found it after a little digging around, geokids had to get brave and make like a rabbit.
Saturday afternoon and needed one to keep the streak alive...!
Very busy road to GZ, stopped half way up the hill and dived into the bush, coords were good in the end but took awhile to have a proper rabbit look...! Without the hint I would have never found it.

Jumpy GPS but the coords seemed good in the end. A fair bit of looking around for this one but finally achieved. TFTC. TN Left a Sydney Monorail Token.
The third of four caches found with the geo-son after attending a Sunday afternoon school band concert at Chatswood. Came in via the end of the fence and the access to GZ was relatively easy and mozzie free. Took a TB which I should be able to move along out west in a day or two. Many thanks GSPVX
No rabbits today but a lot of spider webs. A relatively quick find if you attack it from the right angle. Left TB. TFTC.
No problems with the coordinates. As the parking was a nightmare when we were there, we decided not to give up and tried until Geomum found it. TFTC. 5th cache of the day and we were very happy.
Almost gave up after poling around in the wet bush but trying in one batch of leaf litter, heard a sound and located the cache. We left it more accessible for the next cacher. TFTC
Found this one with CJ this afternoon on a wet Saturday. It was amazing that we actually found the cache because it was buried under leaves in the location of the hint. CJ made the find. She was scracthing around locations fitting the clue to no avail, but heard the hollow sound of tupperware after tugging at a stick. I dived in and dug out the hole until I found the source of the sound. Bingo. Now wonder the last log was a DNF. With the cache in hand we signed the log and replaced it without burying it, but leaving it with enough camo. We were puzzled by the name though. Where does Greyhound 17 fit in? Thinking bus or dog. No worries it was fun. TFTC
I've been past here about 50 times, and have always been short of enough time to get it. I came past again today, still short of time, but decided today was the day!
Searched an area reasonably thoroughly that matched the hint, with no luck. Then found a joining area, and found it quite quickly. Some of the other recent logs don't really match up to how I found it - don't really need long arms ...

When I got here I was pressed for time. My plans for a round trip from Echo Point were foiled when I realised I had forgotten to replace the Bridge To Nowhere cache and it was still in my bag so I was going to have to make a return journey.
I had a reasonable search including a spot that matched the clue but it just wasn't my day. I'll have to come back and try again another day.

After finding "Between a Rock and a Hard Place", this became the closest cache to home. Had this on my radar for a while and finally felt like finding it. Printed out cycling directions and cycled down on a hot afternoon.
The hill up to the carpark is a slog on a bike so tied it to a pole on the road up and made the short Bush Bash to GZ. Walked over the cache and only realised upon looking back. Cache was well hidden.
Shame there were no TBs in the cache as I am going to WA tomorrow and would be able to take them.

28/12/12 9:23 AM. Cache #322. Current streak: 110 days. Straight after Echo Pointer, Yelyac & I made our way up here and walked straight up to it. Nice easy find. TFTC
I was only at GZ for a few minutes but got eaten alive by mosquitoes - and it was noon on a hot, dry day. I should have heeded the CO's advice.
I parked on the road leading up to the carpark and gz was easily accessible. The clue led me to the cache quickly but you have to have a good gander to see it - and then it's quite a reach to retrieve. Thanks GSPVX.

Now that I have read the past logs I am thinking why did I park so close to the golf course. This one has always interested me based on the name. Still not sure what it means, greyhounds and rabbits? After parking was surprised to find that it was a fairly easy walk to GZ. Not too many likely spots here and luckily I picked the first one.
Introducing SnoopDog9 to geocaching. Found in the dark just as the mossies were getting interested.
No longer a virgin!! This was my 1st cache with the help of shnappstix....thanks Tony.
We came prepared for a bush bash and were surprised we could park so close but moved the car back a bit when we saw the golf green. We plowed on into the bush and over shot and landed on the road below so cut in again which got us closer. We checked a couple of likely hide and then when coming from a different angle spotted the hide. We took the travel bugs and then re hid. LN TFTC
Parked at the oval, next to the golf course. Got out of the car and trod on a golf ball. Is this a good spot to park? Being an icy afternoon, there weren't many golfers about so I took a chance. Found a few hidey holes at GZ and the third produced the goods. Dropped Terry the Toad TB. TFTC
Approached the GZ from the car park just on dusk, luckily we found it quickly before it got dark. TFTC
Went in the hard way, should have read the previous logs. Took a bit of finding in the failing light under the trees. TFTC.
Parked next to the golf course and then thought better of it and moved the wagon a bit further away. My fears were justified as I found a golf ball just near GZ. I meant to put it in the cache but forgot. Anyway found the cache after reading the hint. I looked one way and saw it at the other end - it was well covered. TFTC
Also parked at the oval and found the cache quite quickly. SL left TB. game being played on oval and lots of golfers enjoying their amble around the course TFTC mozzies not too bad

A quick cache find at lunchtime, parked at the oval, and GPS took me to within a two metres of it and the right angle to spot it. TNLN TFTC
Was a bit worried about all the dnfs, but Found within ten minutes.
Parked at oval then walked down the road and bush-bashed into the bush after taking a bearing and noting the distance of about 17 m. After finding it we saw an easier way in *facepalm*.

This was to be our final cache but actually was our 2nd DNF in a row....
Now off to the airport for the trip home..

Got to the parking coords ok, but the GPSrs were a bit unsettled, the bush a bit tangled, and time a bit pressing. Perhaps later. =^.^=
Here in the company of the MCBC - 2 of us from Vic, and 6 from Qld - on a weekend raid of Sydney caches.

Drove up to this one after another cache got the better of me. Needed a find for the day, so pulled up in the car park. Walked over and started searching. Mozzies and webs were around and many dead and rotten pieces of wood as well. After 5 mins, I went for the hint and it gave me enough info to make the find. SL, TNLN and replaced. Nice one GSPVX, TFTC.

First of the day. Parked at the oval and went through the endless spiderwebs and wandered around before making the find in a very sneaky spot. Lots of hidey holes there. Signed and replaced. This one shouldn't get muggled.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Reperio at 1710. This was the last stop for the day before heading home, and after parking in the nearby carpark, it was a short stroll over to GZ where the cache was located fairly quickly. There were absolutely no muggles around at this time of, so the cache find was made easy. Didn't see any golf balls nearby, so most of the holders that play here must go alright.
Gratias.

Second time around, and despite Satanas 666 saying that he had checked that spot, I poked in a stick and heard that wonderful sound of plastic! Another DNF put to rest today, thanks GSPVX.
Felt more like a ferret than a greahound searching in the holes but managed to find eventually.
Coords seemed pretty close, even with the tree cover.

Passing by trying out new GPS. Popped in to check out the cache. Quite a trail now leading in from the golf course. New machine working well. Thanks
I couldn't manage to work out how to get to the oval car park so parked at the golf course and walked thru that way being careful to avoid flying balls and serious-looking golfers... Did that AND found the cache so mission accomplished!! TnLn, SL & TfTc !!
941 - 13 for today. Found on 15/01/11 2:29 PM
Came in via the road and because of the tree cover had difficulty in located GZ. Eventually ended up on the edge of the golf course. Went back in from the golf course and it wasn't long before the location was found. Best to come in from the golf side. TNSLLN

A quick cache check confirms that the cache is still there, but is waterlogged as a result of all ther rain we have had recently. It's inactive for a few days while I dry it out. Check back soon!
No luck here today, and we did an extensive search, maybe it isn't there anymore?
First cache after having returned from Sweden - what else can you do when it's raining? Took the Geocoin and dropped TB Hotwheel Harley which we brought from Sweden.
