Found this one while heading to Horsham today from Port Augusta, after a short walk from the parking area the cache was soon in hand, thanks tigersden for the hide.
Heading back to Victoria after a great touring holiday around South Australia we needed a break from driving , so what better place to stop than a wayside with a cache.
Thanks tigersden for the placement here.
Thanks tigersden for the placement here.
We are on the road heading to Tasmania for 8 mths. Taking 4 weeks to get to the ferry in Melbourne as you can not rush because there are caches to find along the way. Nice to stop and find a cache or two. TNLN.. TFTC
Found on our way home from Clare, after our 3 week adventure caching in the outback. A quick find. TFTC
Oh man, am I happy that I stopped at this cache..... A couple of minutes after leaving this cache my tyre blew out and I lost control of the car. Had I been doing 110 on the highway it could have been very nasty indeed, but as I'd just stopped for this cache, I was yet to reach that speed. - VERY LUCKY!!
I found this cache on my way home to Adelaide from Ballarat. It was an interesting stop to break up the journey.
Well what an unexpected wonderful adventure this week turned out to be! I was meant to be in Alice Springs, but plans needed to change, so a relaxing trip to Victoria was the go.
Wozzle68 and I buddied up, and we ended up being great travel companions [^]....OMG, so much laughter , loud music [^], off-key singing and fun was had [:o)] [^]. We also teamed up with ChooknChunk and travelled in convoy to attend Mildura for '3 States in a Day' caching and events. What a great 4-some we made [^]....certainly brilliant dynamics [^], fabulous conversations [^] and loads of giggles [^]. I then stayed in Ballarat for a few days which was great fun.
Thanks for the cache tigersden!

Owl has passed this way many times and commented on the inappropriate placing - double lines, high bank, etc. Today while passing on the way to an excellent caching adventure with Sushilord, he suggested she try driving into the parking bay she'd completely failed to notice on previous trips. A quick find then followed on a perfectly appropriate placement. Talk about GZ blindness!
On the last leg of our great ocean roadtrip.

Harrowang and Ava from Beavar stopped here to prepare a snack for lunch. There just happened to be cache nearby so we grabbed that too. Nearly to the Victorian Border! Hooray. TFTC tigersden
Our last cache find in South Australia this trip. WE stopped to prepare a luncheon snack and nab this cache just a few mtrs away as well. No sign of the TB, must have jumped into somebody's caching bag. SL at 1.15pm #4338 Travelling on holidays with Ava from Beavar and heading home now to NE Victoria. TFTC Tigersden
found as I was returning back to Adelaide from a week long holiday. quick easy find.

Quick and easy cache on D&D's trip from Adelaide to Melbourne. Took a cool looking marble, left a 12 sided die.
After meeting up in Bordertown last night with Team Crackers, The Drovers and Micaparamedic we headed off to cache the SA series and some local caches. We found a variety of different caches and this was one of them.
We signed the log as CDKM as we made our way to Mannum for the night before we head further west.

On a quick two to three day get away by myself. Heading over to Tailem Bend and Murray Bridge to pick up a few smiley face along the way collecting mostly Earthcaches, Letterbox Hybrids, Wherigos and 'Finds by hidden month' I need to fill - Plus any others that are nearby any of the rarer types I'm after in boosting my numbers a little.
Day 1: After leaving on Home on Sunday I was fortunate to have excellent weather on my side and a great run also traffic wise, which was great as it enabled me to get quite a lot of KM's done and caches done too while on my way to Tailem Bend for the night and get an early start on the trail in Murray Bridge.
Day 2: After spending the night in Tailem Bend I made an early start at first light to cram as many caches in today as I can. After completing the Geopets series in Tailem Bend I headed over to Murray Bridge to grab a coffee and then do and complete the OZmega series and a few in between before returning back to Tailem Bend for the night.
Was an epic day with 218 caches found and logged!
Day 3: Made this my last day in SA before calling it "time-out" and head back across the border to VIC.
Did a few more this morning including making a start on the Wandering Heroes series before 10:30 before calling it quits.
stopped passed here for a quick breather and grabbed the cache that was here also
Thanks tigersden for the cache.
Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC & smiley face

Yes we were on the wrong side of Highway too, but never mind TFTC TNLN SL now off to the Hills as running out of Data.
Found it with CherryRose on our two day geo caching trip to Bordertown. Found on our way home. Should have done it on the way there. TFTC TNLNSL
Another wonderful JLW over. Mythical Mundulla was just amazing...so much fun. The Golden Elf sadly lamented to me "OH so now its over!---sigh----" So we happily cached our way home, after first heading to Wosley to grab the caches there. All in all it took the two of us 9 hours to get home...but we enjoyed every moment. Thanks for the caches all! I put a wizard in one, a keepsake from the mythical weekend, but who knows which one?
Well that would have been easier to get going to the event rather than heading home!!! Oh well, the things you do......TFTC.
Out with the grand kids. seaked out this one on the way past.
master Shrek4 had the GPS, Miss Shrek4 uncovered it.

A perfect spring day for a drive again and towards Horsham for a stopover.
Hardly any muggles around and mostly good quick finds.
The clue was right, it was about 8m from the obvious spot.
Thanks for the cache tigersden,

Camped at Mundabilla we took the day out to explore the local area. Loved seeing the old historical buildings, farms/museums in this area. Also the flowering Canola crops, Managed to snag a view of the Indian Pacific as it passed us by at a cache and some glorious spring weather (no wind after yesterday )

Our first stop on an overnight trip from Adelaide to Melbourne and back again. We were thinking this looked like a good spot for camping overnight on future trips and found a caravan parked near gz who thought the same as well.
A nice quick find then off again.

Found on our travels between Murray Bridge and Bordertown and beyond! Today we said a sad farewell to the OzMega Showgrounds site we have been occupying for the past 16 days as the Mega is now over and it is time for us to continue our journey around Australia finding caches as we go.
Thanks tigersden for breaking up our journey with a cache-stop.

What a week this has been at the Ozmega Event in Murray Bridge SA. I have so many caches to log so it will have to be a cut and paste log because of the numbers but this does not mean that that I don't appreciate the effort that all the cache owners have put in to hide these caches because without the hiders we would not have the pleasure of finding the vast number of caches that have been placed in this area and also the owners of caches along the roads that we have to travel to arrive in M.B and return back to our homes.
I left Geelong on Wednesday 16th April 2014 and arrived home a week later with close to 500 caches found and now the mammoth task of logging all of these caches.
Thanks to all the cache owners.

On our way to the OzMega in Murray Bridge picking up a few caches on the way. We thank the many cache owners for putting out and maintaing these caches for our pleasure. There have been challenges as well as simple drive byes to break the journey, there have been a few DNF's also.
Apologies for the generic log but we plan to do quite a few logs in the next few days.
A nice easy find.

Afraid the cache was easy to find as it was obvious due to it being partly exposed. Well rehidden.
