Has been disabled for 2 years!!! Should be fixed or deleted so other cachers can Place some caches here.
I could not have done such a good job on the repair this time as it has not lasted so long. I will try again.
And So It Begins… Mission GC! Solved the mission puzzle during the week and chose this cache to claim the souvenir. Nice little park. Kiwiscot had good fun playing on the slide and spinning thing. Once the local walking his dogs had moved on we made our way to gz. Initially looking at the wrong spot. Expanded search area and soon had the little cache in hand. Log saturated but managed to add our name to the list. TFTC & Mission Souvenir
A relatively quick find today between showers to get our Mission GC souvenir. Cache needs maintenance. Will email CO. TFTC
Very clever camo here and after a bit of poking around we managed to find it. If it's easier than it was it must have been devilish before! Lovely little park we've never visited, or knew existed for that matter. Albert the Geohound got to meet a new friend too so that was nice for him. TFTC.
Arrived at GZ to find a guy playing with his dog so went to get another cache close by, came back and the guy was gone allowing me to have a look.
Found easily enough.
The glue holding one of the magnets has failed - cache is still holding but may want to fix this so it isn't lost

Had never been to this little park before. Wandered our way down to GZ and began our search. Have to admit we were looking for something a bit different so were pleasantly surprised when we manged to expose and extract he cache with just our fingers. Clever hide.
I went there today to put it back in but it was not quite right, I will make adjustments this week so by next weekend it should be back up. Wont be as good as the original but hopefully close enough.
I have been away for a while so have only just managed to pick up the container. Try a rebuild soon
Having found a nearby cache while out for a walk after work it was onto this one at another park. What a nice green space in the middle of some great looking villas. Made my way to GZ where I spotted the seat referred to in previous logs. Had a bit of a look around and spied something that did not look right. Signed the log and returned cache as found. Log is getting close to need for replacement. Thanks for the walk and the placement NZpixie.
Another nice little park I didn't know existed. Found the cache in its new temporary hiding space but not too sure how long it will last here.
Cache has been destroyed unfortunately. Found capsule and log on the ground. Have placed down the back of the seat at the location.
Awsome cache took a while to find lucky no one was around tftc. Camo was split but still fits back together nicely. Add a fp.
Well that was a crafty hide, luckily hubby decided to investigate that spot and yay there it was! Gets a fave from us, TFTC

#271. Ooh, I love shiny new logs! I'm glad you re-enabled this one, its been on my watchlist for ages and has been the closest unfound cache to my house for a long time!
Very cool cache, and it was just luck I think that I happened to end up in the right place, otherwise I feel I could have been looking for ages.
When you said I was looking for a "vile" container, I couldn't work out what that meant! It took me longer to work out that you meant a "vial" than to find the actual cache
I was sure there would be muggles around, but at 5:30 nobody was here.
If I was a premium member you'd definitely get a favourite from me. TFTC!

back up and running, I plan to do some more work on it so get it now before it gets harder to spot
I have done some work on this cache and at last and it will be up and running on the weekend of 14 th March.

what a cache my best in NZL very good handmade I want togive more then one FAV Point
The muggle that had been hidden by a tree came over to investigate what I was doing and I showed gteat interest in the cicada and weta remains on the tree. He then proceeded to have an in depth discussion on insects before settling down to read his book right in front of the area I wanted to search. As GPS was bouncing I wandered around looking at other possibilities but he looked like he had settled on for the afternoon. Maybe next trip to Auckland.
On a previous trip to Auckland, I'd had a try at this one - but the GPS was swinging all over the place. Today was no different - GPS went wild, swinging 50m or more every few seconds. Is there a magnetic anomaly here, or something? This time, I tried the brain instead of just the GPS, and there it was. Clever hide - though I now have cracked fingernails!! Reminder to self to carry Swiss Army knife next caching trip. But I retrieved it in full sight of muggle only 10m away. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(2281)
Very clever indeed! Loved the hide and not a muggle in sight! Another lovely spot I had never been to. Thanks for bringing me here - so quiet and peaceful. TFTC.
Today was my last day in New Zealand. In the evening my trip continued to Melbourne, Australia. After checking out of the hotel (and leaving my suitcase there for a couple of hours) I walked to Mount Eden, finding a bunch of geocaches along my way. I am glad I got the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view from the top of Mount Eden.
It took me a few minutes to figure out this very creative hide! Very well done, and definitely worth a favorite point! The logbook was signed at 9:49.
Thanks for the hide and greetings from Denmark!

3rd visit here due to to many muggles. Finally muggle free a quick search and as expected but took a little searching but top effort on cache n hide loved it tftc
Excellent little hide! The hint pretty much gave it away for me though so I had an idea where/what it would be even without using GPS - that or my cacher's 'eye' is finally developing! Though I did spend a while looking at the right thing, but on the wrong one! Thought I might have to come back later with a retrieval tool but turned out to be easy when I was actually trying the correct one, LOL! TFTC.
Tried to find a couple of times but abandoned due to muggles. Finally found with foopod and milk. Awesome cache! TFTC!!
It took a while but finally Smileywave had the right idea! Great cache!

Short caching stop on my way to work. The park was very quite and gave me time to find the cache. The GPS did first send me to the wrong area but as soon it directed me to the correct GZ the cache was fast found. Gets a fav from me as its well crafted. TFTC
Finally! Second attempt at this one some 14 months later. Got ya you little sod! TFTC.
Awesome Camo, although GPS was playing tricks AGAIN...a definite favourite...appreciate the work and thought involved...cheers V.
Very good camo. Great little park gps led straight to GZ and after a short search cache was located, signed and carefully put back into place. TFTC
Well I was on a mission for "Others" and surprisingly there is not that many around - this one was actually the closest to home. I was not sure what I was looking for here and I did spend a fair amount of time investigating the wrong item. However I was not allowed to return home empty-handed so I persevered - very very nice camo on this one.

After a couple of other attemps at this cache, I came to the park just to eat my lunch, not planning on looking for it. But something caught my eye, and sure enough within two seconds of getting there I had the elusive cache!! Loved the camo, thanks for a great little hide Will have to come back when I have a pen to sign it!
finally found this elusive cache - 4th time lucky for ancmcg and I, beginners luck perhaps for Indyjones_
had to wait for a muggle to move from where we suspected it could be before we started prodding and poking
glad to be able to tick this one off! TFTC

Found this on a nice sunny afternoon stroll with friends - it took retrokiwi and I a few tries to get this one... maybe indyjones_ was our good luck charm. :O

Very satisfying find! I tried to find it by logic but my wife looked it straight in the eye.
#588 This cache is fantastic- totally gets a favourite point from me! I thought I had exhausted all my options so sat in the sun and took a couple of phone calls and then I saw it! Very glad it revealed itself as this is such a great cache and in such a lovely park. TFTC!!
Cool camo! Found it pretty quickly, maybe next time I wont read the Logs first.
Kids enjoying this.

Out and about picking up particular caches to fulfill another stage on the GIO Licence. This one fit the bill. Took us a wee while of pacing up and down and using our observation skills. A penny dropped, one half of the team was saying nah it can't be that, while the other half had it in their hands. Gets a fav from us, such a cool hide, well executed. Thanks for the fun. Nice park too even complete with a sunbather this morning. SL. TFTC.
Little walk in this part of the city during a sunny saturday and to finish these 31 days of geocaching with a good day!
We searched almost everywhere around GZ... Nothing. Checked again out GPS and one little thing that had our attention... And what if... Ho! Yeah!
We had the cache in hand!
Nice work on the camo. (FP)
Thanks for the cache!
Greetings from France!

Nicely done. Found first place I looked today and didn't even get the gps out. On closer look what I took to be an exposed magnet last time probably is not but it was enough to make me stop looking. Thanks for confirming. NINO TFTC
Had to wait out a council muggle. He'd parked his mower right at GZ but was shattering the peace with a leaf blower. What a waste of fossil fuel. I honed my finger dexterity while waiting then moved after he went. An immediate find of an exposed magnet but couldn't find anything to sign with an inspection of the surrounds.
Well I was thinking that I might have to archive this rather than replace again, but fear it was is still intact and in its rightful place.
Great hide. I spent a good half hour fondling trees, searching walls etc before finally getting there.
Phone had me a few metres away, maybe some better tools next time.

I remember walking through this park while exploring the area in my student days. Stopped by during a work trip (or should that be a caching trip!?) to Auckland. Was initially unsure if I was in the right spot, but I spotted the well hidden cache on a second look. Excellent camo job. TFTC
Saw that this one was re-enabled, so back for another look. Some teens were camped in front of one of the benches, so I sat on the other while I finished my lunch. The GPS seemed to indicate towards the teens, but they showed no sign of leaving, in fact, another arrived. Decided to do a check where I was, and was very surprised to find the exceedingly well camo'd cache. I can see a lot of effort went into the construction of this one. TFTC.

Well with more visits than it took me to put the original in this is back in action, please take care, no need to use force.
The camo is broken so I will have to build a new one, the log container has also been damaged so will have to get a new one. Will be out for a while but less time than it has taken e to get here in the first place I hope
It sounds like it is need of repair, If I get that way over the W/E I will be taking it away, most likely Sunday
Excellent hide, took me a little while to find as I was going round and round. A really good fit, TFTC Fav point from me, the hide might need a bit of maintenance soon though as the camo is in 2 pieces.
On a mission tonight to find four caches of "other" size to complete the Learner Licence Stage 3 Challenge. Arrived at twilight to find that there was no torch in the car so off we went into the park. About to give up as it was getting dark and spotted a second seat on the way out so decided to let the GPS settle, had a sudden thought and headed back to where we were looking before it got too dim to search. Searched with fingers : success = four down, nil to go . TFTC
Second time is a charm. With a new mind, it didn't take me that long to find. I actually think I looked there the first time, but for whatever reason missed it. Good hide. Fave point for the effort. Watched a few kids mess around with a shopping cart in the park. No clue as to why the cart was there to begin with. Anything with wheels is good fun. Cheers for the cache.
Great camo! Took a little while to find but a pleasant park to search in on a hot day.
My second attempt at this one. After parking my bike i started searching the area. I considered taking apart the lamp post, then the pipes, but thought better of it. Spent about 30 minutes searching before returning to the bike defeated. Back at my parking spot, which i had already searched, something caught my eye - Bingo one little cache.
It had just started to drizzle so this rather nice park was completely empty. The camo was great and not easy to spot. A very nice hide indeed. TFTC.
A lovely crafty hide! Will have to look at doing this ourselves - you could be starting a trend with your cunning. TFTC and a nice park too.
Hehe, this is an evil one! The coords were slightly off, really only slightly, but you can trust them. We did and found the cache after removing our sunglasses and having a closer look. Perfect camo! Was one of the highlights of our tour today. Thanks.
Got it! Nice job with the cache but disappointingly the coordinates were a little off.
Beaten by the cache after at least 30 minutes searching. Will have to return another day.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
Went out after work this afternoon to pick up a few caches
Wow this is awesome, we loved this cache, a favourite. BTW one of the magnets has come off and likes to attach itself to the other one, may need a little attention.

Wohoo, finally I manage to get my hands on this sneaky hide. Have to admit, if evilno9 had not helped it would have taken me forever. Nice camo job. Very well done. Loved it Nice little park to enjoy the sun and sit here quietly with no human traffic.
