Just referring this one on to the reviewer as there's been no cache here since at least April, and there's been no response from the CO. Cheers.
Sounds like the cache was removed when the letterbox was upgraded. Found the rose cottage which was cool.
Did not find this one today think it may have been removed when letterbox removed
Picked this on up with Team Crackers.
Sorry for the late and generic log,
Thank you for the hide,
Regards The Coffee's.

Catching up with some very late logs.
Heading home from the Queensland Mega with The Coffee's we were grabbing a few caches along the way.
After completing The Endangered Series at Bookham we were heading for our accommodation in Bookham and decided that Gundagi would be a good place for dinner. It was well and truly dark now but we wanted to have a look for this one as we couldn't find it on our last visit 18 months ago. Off we went by torchlight and much to our pleasant surprise the cache was located within 30 seconds of arriving at gz.
Thanks for the cache TeamWobbley, a favourite point from us.

We really hate to DNF a great cache loop but faced with the evidence (photos of previous cachers) of the letterbox, versus what we found two days ago & today doesn't match. We have attached a photo of the letterbox today that doesn't match photos of the old letterbox. Unfortunately no sign of a logbook anywhere.
Rose Cottage is a hidden jem!

on our way home to sa from the qld mega stopped over night in newcastle, seems there is a new letter box and no cache.. thanks anyway☺
Previous logs are very water damaged. Lid is missing from cache. Needs attention. Nice hidden place in the middle of town.
Found this cache some days ago, but couldn't log my visit before.... Cache needs maintenance, but the place itself is really nice. Tftc & greetings from Austria
Tftc. Was supposed to be a sea dat on tv rhapsody of the seas. But due to tropical weather we get to find some geocaches instead.
I found that one quickly but the mosquitoes also found me quicker. 6 bites and counting
happy valentines day! Found with Climbmax. showed this Newcastle man something he never knew about his own city. ha!
Drop My dad to Dr at Newcastle... I drive around to Newcastle find few caches for one hour...... Hide well.. thank
For a cottage as old as it is, it has held up quite well. What a shame it is hidden in 'the backyard' of other buildings. We would not have known it existed, had it not been for this cache. Cache will need a clean out (too many full logs in the container). TFTC!
Visiting from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. This was an intriguing find for sure!
GPS led us to the general area, and lo and behold...this little cottage getaway
was tucked away from prying eyes. A muggle had followed down to this location,
saying she had lived in the area her whole life, and had never seen this cottage.
Once she was gone we signed the log! Very clever!

Took us a while to find the way in..... but a quick find on getting to the GZ!!! Thanks Wobblys for the hide!!!

I found this cache a while ago and forgot to log it had been to a meeting in Newcastle and after getting out walked around the corner to look for this one and after approaching from the wrong street it ended up being an easy find.

Nice quick and easy find, but needs new log. There were tons of scraps in there and hard to find somewhere to write on, added a temporary log.
Little tricky but look in obvious hiding places for something black. Paper damaged so bring a new bit of paper to start logging

Well, what a place to be guided to history of Newcastle brought to you by cachers, awesome!
Am no hunter, just for smileys

2 things. Firsts and foremost. The cords put you in the carpark behind the cottage. Which is locked and illegal to enter. Second. The log serious needs to maintained. It's in peices and hard to right on.
Other then that. The location is awesome. Never knew this existed. TFTC.

Quick find thanks to clue. GPS had me 25m away - buildings to blame I guess. TFTC
As noted previously, cache is damaged - lid falls off. Logs are loose and in disrepair. Needs maintenance.
