Found this cache, but contents absolutely sodden. No clue to be read here. Signed emergency logsheet.
Log book is quite wet. I placed in the cache a small resealable plastic bad with some dry paper for people to use.
This wasn't on the list for today but found myself driving past so nothing for it but to stop and have a look. We were taking a bit long searching all the variants of the hint that a guy from over the road comes over to give us a specific hint. Well I had looked there but obviously missed it. Still talking with the helping hand when I remembered I should've collected some additional info so back I go but couldn't find anything in the logbook or on the container. Got a few still to go so no panic yet. TFTC #7230
Quick find once we managed to park without sinking into the sodden ground - naturally, I forgot to note the relevant info.... TFTC!

TFTC - a fantastic afternoon in East Otago caching. Dark by this time and some freaky sheep watching on.
Picked up a pie and drink on the way to this one. Started my o second group of the day around this area. #357
A quick and easy find for me while Miss 10 practiced her hurdles using the equipment that had kindly been left out on the sportsground next door. TFTC N!mrod

Some people call geocaching a game (some even try and convince themselves its a sport) but to us its just a great fun hobby - not that we don't take it seriously! Spotted what I thought was the obvious hint item but in the end trusted the GPS. TFTC
Found while heading to Christchurch, I stopped off to do a few around Palmerston
4817. After a couple of extra days in Dunedin after the Mega Event this was our day for travelling back north, and this was our twenty third cache find of the day. After we had found a carpark at a close and safe spot the cache was found after a quick search and the log signed. No sign of the cache guardian today. Thanks for the cache. Rodney and Iris.
Mega well over and time for us to make our way towards our flight out of Christchurch. TFTC SL
Last day in Dunedin for Sully1 and I as we visited as many caches as we could before making our way to Oamaru for the last night in NZ. The cold fierce wind today didn't deter us and the range of hides was once again a large one.
This was a nice find, thanks Nimrod
This was a nice find, thanks Nimrod
Found along with bogonghazy after the Mega Event, while picking up as many as we could before leaving Dunedin and beginning the trek towards Christchurch and the inevitable trip home. Sadly the weather had begun to turn on us this morning, but like true Ozzie troopers we continued our NZ assault armed with raincoats. Thanks to the CO for placing this cache, and for bringing us here.
Continuing our circuit of Palmerston and pulled up here to discover we were being keenly observed by an interested muggle. He advised that this cache had seen a number of visitors recently. We made a quick find even without his help. This is the first one in this puzzle series we have found and we hope to finish off at a later stage.

Had a nice chat to the cache guardian. We had to try 4 posts and he came over to help us out but we had SL by then. He says he empties it after it rains and it is drying nicely. NINO TFTC
The NZ Mega starts tonight, so I decided to spend the day travelling around this lovely area as I awaited a couple of Aussie teams who were also here for the event...
Grabbed this cache whilst travelling & taking in the fantastic views around the area... What an absolutely beautiful country to explore & photograph...
Thanks For The Cache N!mrod (Sorry for the generic logs)

This was another of the many caches that Roostaman and I stopped by on the way to Dunedin for the mega event, but this was one of only a few in this series we managed to come across or find. Hopefully I can rectify that on another visit to NZ someday.
Gratias N!mrod.

Find # 4412 and a total of 113 today with Marcus Vitruvius on the 3rd day of our NZ Mega trip, on the way south from Timaru to Dunedin. Another nice cache and hide and a quick find then on the way again. TFTC N!mrod,

Found with YuGeo4 as we kept away from the hail, wind and rain in Dunedin. Thanks for this one.

With school in and a wet day to keep others at home it was no problem to recover this cache unseen. Log a bit damp.
On a day caching trip with ingidayna to Palmerston and surrounds to get 1000 finds. TFTC
Found on a day mission to palmerston to get these green boxes, found with wethreefourdices TFTC
Nice quick find. Cache contents are pretty damp, the log book may not last too much longer.
Just in time! Found and signed and I was walking back to the car as the hoardes emerged for their lunch break.

Needed to find this one to help with the puzzle as all our guesses had been non events. Easy find inthe the dark and the rain TFTC.
Quick find with the hint. The field was in use but thankfully not close to GZ. TFTC.
A nice easy find in a spot that somehow got the four of us onto the topic of smoking in school and hiding from the teachers

Spent ages on the hint (or hint items depending on how accurate the GPS is!!!) abut finally found the cache in the grass post muggling. Put it all back together and where the hint suggests it should be all happy for the next finder. TNLN Thanks
Second visit, today successfully. Cache found in the grass away from the hide and had obviously been grafitied. replaced where it belongs. THANKS
Was lying in the open, and had been found by local muggles 6/9/11. Left tucked away in the usual spot. There doesn't seem to be any clue in the cache or written in the logbook- looks like it's gone.
The family are on a caching expedition around Palmerston with Uncle Granville. Quick find. Nearly got all the pieces of the puzzle. Salamat!
Found with Mr B on our run from Dunedin up to Oamaru. A quick find today, thanks.
An easy find, several muggles nearby. One across the road, two smoking about 150m along .... felt best that only one of us go after this cache.
The crew split into two and approached on opposite sides of the fence. Geoson got the prize and the cache was passed over the fence to Mr bjtrekker & geodaughter who opted to approach on the wrong side of the fence to sign the log. Nice spot for a cache. TFTC.
PB delivered Annie within a couple of metres for this one! Not sure if we were supposed to get that close - but we did! TNLN TFTC
It took me FOREVER but once i found it,it doesn't seem like it was that hard
Nice quick find. Guess I'll have to do the rest of the series now Cheers Gav [6576]
Great to knock this one off. Just the final to go now - but don't have all of my notes from the others with me, so that'll need to be another trip.
