It was a crappy day to be out and and about but we were so it was nice to find at least one cache. Lady Morris found the cache and Mr Morris managed to find some leeches. 5 in fact. Uggh
A quick find after camping nearby. Nice to find a clean log and well maintained cache. TFTC!

### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there bubblzdee,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

We’ve decided to get out the big smoke on this extra long weekend and visit family. A day trip out and about in the area exploring and found this gem of a place and it was empty of people.
A short stroll down the path to a lovely spot. Unfortunately we couldn’t sign the log book as the whole thing was saturated. We didn’t have anything to replace it with.
Picture sent to co.

Cache container seems ok but was full of water and log book saturated. Needs maintenance for future finders.
Super easy to find, was out in clear view.
Lid was not on properly, with much of the contents were waterlogged/damaged so we cleaned those out. Found lid seal and put box back together.
Great campsite except for the leeches

Driving around Cobboboonee N.P. today and picked up a couple of caches while exploring and birdwatching. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
What an amazing campsite. Spend 4 days here and although it was 45° in Nelson it was so much cooler here in the Forest.
I took an army man and left a dinosaur. TFTC

What a great spot and a beautiful day for a cache. Easy find. All in good condition. We're planning to camp here tonight. Thanks for bringing us here.
Eine wunderschöne Waldlichtung zum campen. Und zum Frühstück kam ein Känguru vorbeigehopst.
Horse riding for the week in the area to raise money for Beyond Blue. Not wanting to take my phone, found this cache by the description and hint only as we had lunch at he picnic ground. TFTH even though I did write the incorrect date in the log!
A nice little campground entirely devoid of visitors on a late Saturday afternoon made for a nice walk down to the viewing platform an an undisturbed find..
After coming in to the campground after the second day of a three-day trip on the Great South West Walk, I went for a walk down to see the ferns and found the cache without any trouble. We were joined by some friends later in the evening and really enjoyed spending the night at this campground. Thanks for this cache bubblzdee! TNLN
Yet another fabulous spot to visit, maybe camp or have a bbq. Well worth a favourite. TFTC
Finally, a family day off.... so we're heading to Portland for lunch and a bit of caching along the way. Do we take the Nelson or the Hamilton road? Neither! Let's cut through the middle and grab some caches!
What a great National Park to explore! Little miss has pegged Jackass Fern Gully for her next camping expedition.
Took a golf ball and left a little teddy.
Thanks for the cache

Out for a drive over the border with my brother and his two children. We decided to venture off the main roads and explore some of the national parks.
This one was a favourite with all of us...
Thanks

Wow what a beautiful serene area. I loved it very very much. I didn't love the leach I found on my pants as I was driving away but luckily my blood remained inside my body and not his.
I will definitely be back it was so peaceful. A fave point for me.

A great camping area, and then a lovely walk down to the gully. Thanks for the hide and bringing us to this great piece of Australian bush.
We had spent the day in Warrnambool, Victoria shopping and caching yesterday. We stayed at Codrington Gardens, Victoria in a double decker train carriage. Was so beautiful there with alpacas at the door step, peacocks, sheep, donkey's and more. It was now time to head home. Our first stop was in Portland for some more geocaching. Had been to Cape Bridgewater for some more geocaching and now back home we go, have to get organised for school and work tomorrow. This was the last one on our list to do for the weekend, we found including this one a total of 33 geocachers. We love these type of weekends away. Thanks for bringing us this camp ground, never knew it was here. Geokiddies enjoyed the maze close by, what a cool idea to have at a camping ground. TFTC
I was wondering where my next caching opportunity would crop up !!
Here at the appropriately named Jackass Fern Gully [:o)]
A nice drive in to GZ I gotta say
So from the completely deserted campgrounds, on an Australia Day Weekend, no less , I wandered the short stroll to the lookout into the ferns.
Why is this elaborate structure here ? [:o]
If it is a lookout why don't they chop down some of the scenery impeding the views ? [:o]
Nice spot though !!
And on hands and knees I soon spied the cache
TFTC and stroll through the bush !!

Thanks for bringing us here and for the cache.

Nice easy cache and walk. Good recovery from fires. Tree ferns are beautiful. Great place to camp
Found in pitch black on this really windy night! Great short walk thanks, like the stone wall entrance.
What a great spot. nice walk down to GZ. Geokid was very excited to find the cache .
Thanks bubblzdee for bringing us to this part of the world.

Hawkz25 decided to cut through bush .. reckon it took way longer than the track would've lol but we're here .. thank god no snakes today ... tftc:)
Lovely spot for a cache. Roads were very squirrelly on the geomoto and demath ran over a tiger snake which made it very p'd off as I rode past.

Fortunate enough to have a couple of weeks off before the busy season we headed across to Portland to visit Dad for a few days and then we are off to Sa where the caches are plentiful and the weather often warmer. We headed here after a very opportune FTF at Stringy's and were happy to see this great little picnic/campground totally deserted probably due to the wild weather we've been having over the last little while. Once parked we had an enjoyable stroll to gz where the cache was located fairly quickly and our names is now in the log.
Thanks for the cache and for the information and showing us a location that we will definitely be revisiting when the weather improves a little.

Went to replace the missing cache only to find it tucked in the corner where it's meant to be!
I suspect this has been muggled as we used the clue and it should have been obvious.
Lovely quiet night at the campground. Easy find in the morning - viewing platform no longer has a view as the forest has been left to go wild
First attempt was on the GSWW and the GPS went flattoo early. Send attempt easy as. It is a pity the these picnic grounds are not being used as much
Found no worries @ the "viewing Platform" for short sighted people. Camped the night here, found the other cache last time we stayed here. TFTC bubblzdee for bringing us back.
Another find while winding my all around Western Victoria. A nice and easy find amongst the greenery of the area. Did this one in shorts and sandals... luckily i didn't get attached to any leeches.
