Just to back up kimmatmoo's request with some stats on this cache:
25/02/2012 is the first mention in a log of the cache and log being wet/damp.
Then needs maintenance was placed on the cache in regards to the wet/damp on 18/03/12, 7/05/12, 28/07/12 and 21/08/12; yet no mention of owner maintenance has occurred.
03/09/12 the 1st of 7 DNF's appear and amongst them up until today appears another 2 needs maintenance.
This gives good ground that this cache should be archived and allow another to be activated in its place in the future.

Had a quick look for this one then read the past logs and gave up hope it gets replaced as its been on my to get list for a while now
After a MASSIVE string of dnfs thought we might have a look just to be sure and sure as can be it was not there
Stopped on our way to Lakes to grab this one with Thing no1, Thing no2 and Gonefishen07 who had previously found this cache. After the Things and I had a good look Gonefishen07 came over to see what was taking us so long as she had said it would be a quickie and much to her surprise we were not just mucking around the cache was no where to be seen.
On our way home from Sale after enjoying a nice warm weekend we were trying to pick up at couple on the way. This was not a good choice. No where to be found.
It needs to be looked at

Today was the second day of our excursion out of Tasmania touring from Melbourne to Canberra and return via Gippsland. We visited a number of towns today between Melbourne and Sale and were lucky enough to find some caches along the way. Despite being overcast at times and some very infrequent drizzle, we have had an excellent day. We wondered about the significance of this location. Apart from a view over some paddocks, there wasn't much of scenic value. There were however squadrons of mosquitos. The logbook is damp and needs replacing in the near future. TFTC Carpo's Crusaders
Driving from Lakes Entrance to Morwell we enjoyed a few caches en route.
This was a great break during the drive. Large ants close to the cache but we bravely soldiered on.
Thanks Jacqueline and Peter #6998

I emptied all the water from container, but everything in it is saturated, including the log book. needs to be in a continer that will seal tighter, or placed in a position where it is no so open to the weather
Aflying visit on the way to Bemm River for the weekend - tftc Thanks Carpo's Crusaders
Needed a pit stop on our trip to Lakes Entrance and this fit the bill and a bonus cache too. The cache doesn't seal well and the plastic bag has a big hole in it and so everything inside it quite damp.

Nobody around when I stopped for this one. Enjoyed to multiple sensations of spider webs across the forehead... NOT! What is it with spiders in this part of the world?
I heard one spider say to the other "Should we eat him here or take away?". To which the other replied "Let's have him here before the really big ones take him off us". (Apologies to the arachnophobics.)

Thankfully no spiders , cache retrieved quickly, log a bit damp but still ok. Pity that some people don't seem to know how to use rubbish bins. Did a bit of a clean up while we were there.

Found by Mary & David at 0815. Today was supposed to be hot, but the fog is lingering giving everything a grey ghostly appearance. The only two vehicles were well out of sight and thankfully there weren't any spiders. Dropped off "Globetrotter Willy Notter" TB. Our thanks to Carpo's Crusaders'.
Found on the way to a family function at Bairnsdale. I was glad I didn't need to cross the road. Thanks

Another good reason to stop on our way to the coast. Not the most beatiful rest areas but a good little cache. Thanks CCs.
Found at 11:48:32 AM GAFF1. A few years ago we had completely cleaned up the Princess Hwy of caches from Melbourne to Mallacouta.
Now look at them all! It is great to see so many now available for us to choose from.

Nice quick find on my way to Bairnsdale. Nice views, but a bit too hazy to see the mountains clearly. Thanks for the break in the journey and for the cache.
Looked all over and couldn't find it but did find a lot of blue plastic broken up so we think it's been vandalised.
Found at 9am. No trackables to choose from, but we had one to leave here to continue his travels. View was a little hazy, but still impressive. Took: safety cone Left: Bingley the Airedale TB - hope he enjoys the view too!
Found easily enough, but I had to dodge a Golden Orb spider across the Western side of the hide. A bit of a challenge in the dark.......

Heading to Heyfield to give Vombatus a hand with his annual fire works display we took a slightly longer way and pulled up at this one. There was nobody else using the ample parking provided and the cache was found exactly where the GPSr said that it should be.

Very easy find at 1545hrs. We have been past many times however have been lazy and not made the effort to stop. Special trip today to drop off some TBs so now there are some in the cache. Took nothing and signed the log. Thanks Carpo's Crusaders for this one.
4348. [font=Century Gothic][green]Blamed my mother for overshooting the stop on the first attempt as she was gasbagging on and on. Went back to score an easy find after having to wait for a break in the traffic. Boy there must be some mothers getting visited today.

Another leg stretch, with the addition of a lot of arm exercise swatting and shooing off blood suckers. No one about today so had the area to ourselves. Some nice distant views. Thanks for the hunt Carpo's Crusaders.
found on our way north. I don't think I have ever seen or felt Mozzies as bad as they where here we open the car door and they just attacked us hundreds of them. Geo child and I tried to run away from them they just followed us and attacked some more. Some much so apart from putting date and name on log I forgot to write anything else. Found on our trip home from the Surf Lifesaving State titles at Lakes Entrance and an extended stay afterwards. Found this morning around 11:00, #2 for the day, #180 overall.
We had to sit for a few minutes, while an asphalt-truck muggle finished his smoke-oh and did a check of his truck before moving on.
Not much traffic today, so crossing the road was no problem and neither was the find. Juc_jr #2 wasn't impressed with the amount of broken glass around and was wishing he'd worn his thongs ! Still we made the find, signed the log and were on our way without injury. TNLN

Heading to Cape Conran for a camping holiday with the kids. Granted permission from the GLW to pick up a few caches along the way ...

1st of 4 found by Mr & Mrs 1Sr on our way to Merimbula at 1040. A nice easy find but the mozzies are killers. We have never seen so many. We spent the next half hour in the car killing them all.
