Well I did go to the site - should've read the logs first. The GZ is now surrounded by a bright orange flexible fence that council workers erected when they completely dug up the play area. Who knows where the cache has gone.... Owner should consider taking this one offline pending council rejuvenation of the site. Maybe this one can rise again or be relocated elsewhere in the park.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
Planning a cache trip down this way and this one hasn't been found for a long time so I hope the owner will check it eventhough I haven't gone and had a search.
Thought I'd wander along to see if I could try and find this one which seems to have experienced a few DNFs lately. As the weather was very poor with rain showers and hailstones I had the place to myself. So, I searched away, tried everything in my humble geo-sense experience but alas could not find this one. Of course, it may be that I ain't clever enough to find it - a very real possibility with my eyesight! It may need checking by the Owner just to confirm it is still there and be it so, another attempt by this plodder will be made.
Searched and searched GZ for quite a while but without success. Will try again when in the area.
Mmm...we were at GZ right on 3pm. Had a good look, search, feel, pull & tug but couldn't locate the cache. Found an obvious spot right where GZ is - could the owner have had the cache in hand (to replace the log) at the time when we were there? Could it have been muggled?
Found today at 5:30pm.
After a short walk across the park and quick search had cache in hand.
Park was rather dry considering the rain we had last month, thanks jackyboy912.

10.00Spent the New Year in with sister at a square dance in the area. Decided to start the year right with some caching. Great day to do it as there at no muggles about, and the weather is great. We were a bit worried to start with as not much to hide in at GZ. Sis picked it up pretty quickly though. No room to sign left. Thanks for the cache.

On our way to a nearby port for lunch and thought we’d check out the caching menu in this area. A neat hide in a very pleasant park. Many near-by houses are sporting their Christmas decorations. The first of a number of Nano’s for us today, and for a change we didn’t have any trouble getting the log back into the container BUT THE OWNER DOES NEED TO VISIT AS IT NEEDS REPLACING AS IT IS ABSOLUTELY FULLLLLLLLLLLLL. See November 15th entry.

A nice easy find after work.
The log is fuller than full. Managed to squash in my S666.
I agree, strange that seasoned cachers have used so much room on the log.
Thought they would know, caches like this are initials only.

Needs a new log. No room left for even one initial. But a clever hide. The kids loved the playground.
Reperio at 1120. Fantastic little park here. The mornings rain kept people away today, which made it a nice straight forward walk up and find cache.
Gratias.

20.30pm. I was on my hols caching around with Lochb when we arrived here to find it had got cold, so we kept moving to keep warm then a lucky quick find of this good prize that seems to be safe here, nice one thank you and greetings from england.sltn.patandjeff=bones1.
It was after dark and rather chilly when Bones1 and I approached this cache. Nobody whatsoever around, so this was a quick find. It's amazing that the cache seems to be safe in this spot. TFTC
I normally approach playgrounds with trepidation, but thankfully this one was deserted today, so I had an easy time of it. The cache was in hand within 30 seconds or so, but there was only enough room on the log for my initials. Thanks for the cache.
For some reason I completely neglected to put this one on the list today but it was showing up on the GPS as bold as. A nice spot at GZ although the locals must hate the traffic noise, and I am not a fan of caches at playgrounds despite the good hide. Thanks to jackyboy912. The log is quite full and I am surprised at experienced cachers taking up SOOO much room on it?!
Not a soul in sight at 08:30. An easy find a log.
A per other LOG's, the log sheet is in need of a replacement.

I like these cache containers. Easy find, but log is full and needs replacement. TFTC
We found this cache at 2:45pm as the 2nd of 4 as a short divert on the way home from Avalon. A very quick side stop here. Thanks from D, H & A B-A.
Found this one in nice steady drizzle, Nice easy find.

I am always nervous approaching playgrounds but luckily this one was all desereted and anyway the cache was not in the playground itself which is always a relief.
Nice to get this one unobserved.

Out caching with "garnercx". First find geocaching, wasn't aware they came so small Nice and easy find, good location to take children.

I hadn't read the cache description too closely before rolling up near GZ for this one - and was a bit nervous when I spotted the playground (with a mother + child having a bit of a play on this nice, sunny afternoon, too). As a solo, male cacher, I tend to avoid these spots but, after wandering a bit closer, I could see that GZ wasn't on the actual play equipment and I was able to maintain my distance while a gave the object at GZ a quick scan and spotted the, very small, container and was able to retrieve, log and replace it without drawing undue attention.
Thanks again Jackyboy912

We had GZ to ourselves which made for a quick find. Squeezed our name onto the log and then it was on to the next.

I had a spare couple of hours this afternoon, so I thought I'd try some iPad geocaching, armed with only my new toy. It worked brilliantly, with very accurate GPS readings, and it was a pleasure using Google satellite view as I approached GZ. Luckily there were no kids playing here today, otherwise I'd have given it a miss, seeing I was alone. A quick find, tiny scrawl of my initials, then on my way. Thanks for this hide.
We were out with Mr Coffee and the Coffee Clan on another of our Sunday suburban cache and lunch days. We arrived here to find the place deserted and started to look for the cache. This time Mrs Coffee had it in hand quite quickly, not like your last cache we did. Before we could replace the log a mother and child came to make use of the equipment so Mr Coffee went and played on the slide, they were both watching him so the cache was returned un noticed.
Thanks again jackyboy912 for the cache.

Found today, and found easily.
The park was deserted.
There were no other places to hide anything within 5 metres of GZ, so the hiding places were limited, and found the cache in the first place I put my hand.

This one is not only close to the hundred steps but also near the first cache I ever found so it's a significant area for me. There were a couple of muggles about but they wern't bothering us.
Thanks indeed

Hmm.. a nano in a playground - my favorite!
Fortunately, I know how to get the logs out these days - a cigarette lighter. When enough has burnt, you just write on what is left.
Thanks, Robmc.

Took nothing, left nothing.

Found whilst out for a day's caching with Bushfire, Packetstorm 4 and RHPS. Well, Bushfires log says it all! Muggle kids - what are they doing in a playground?? It's a bit hard for us older cachers to look innocent in such places, so Packetstorm was sent in to do the work....
While a lot of cachers are in Wagga Wagga for the mega event this weekend RHPS/ PacketStorm4/ Speedy stamps and Bushfire decided to clean up some caches in Werribee, Altona and Williamstown today.
Arrived at this lovely park at 12:10 to find some muggle children using it so we sent our biggest kid PacketStorm4 off to retrieve the little nano and Speedy wrote on the tiny log with a very fine pen and it was given to PacketStorm4 to replace which was duly done and then he had to have a ride on the motor bike on his way back to us.
Thanks jackyboy912 for the cache.
Took some time till we spoted the little one but we got it
